I never received my Macy's card in the mail. Turns...
I never received my Macy's card in the mail. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address. Customer service promised to send a replacement to the correct address. I received a bill, but no card. I finally went to a store, assuming I would be able to speak to a service person face-to-face. Wrong. I was sent to a phone to call their call center. It took me two rounds of calls to settle my bill. The last out of 8 people I spoke with was very helpful. Finally. Needless to say say I cancelled my account.
