Worst experience of my life - pre-owned and new car. They will tell you anything you want to hear in sales and finance. Then once they have you, they could care less. One manager basically called me a liar - taking the word of his employer over mine. Don't EVER go here.

Today we bought a SUV from Mac Churchill Acura and this has been the best experience we've had in buying a vehicle so far. Michael Pham was courteous, showed great integrity and made the whole experience a pleasant experience. We walked in feeling like a valued customer from start to finish and we didnt feel like we were being mislead in anyway which we had experinced from other dealerships. We would definitely buy from them again.

I have bought/leased 9 Acura/Honda vehicles 2 of which were from MacChurchill Acura and I have to say that they are the BEST DEALERSHIP that I have ever dealt with.
The salesman, Mike Weide, and Finance team, was awesome in meeting my needs.
Mike was very knowledgable and helpful in 2015 and again in 2017 when I acquired my second TLX.
There Service department is also great.
I would recommend all of my friends and family to buy/lease from MacChurchill.

This is the WORST place I have ever bought a car from, the only reason I came here is because Capital One referred me. I should have gone back to the dodge dealership. Bought a cheap used car just so I didn't put too many miles on mine or my wife's car and since day 1 I've had issues, had to sign 3 different contracts and all of which had higher and higher payments, then bought the warranty and set an appointment to bring my car in and now all of a sudden my warranty is voided? How the hell is that even possible?

The staff were very helpful in explaining everything that was required for refinancing my car, and also the possibility of working to possibly move on to obtaining a better vehicle for a better price. My only regret is that I didn't go in more prepared to possible upgrade. I most certainly am coming back!!

Slide crap in on the deal without your knowledge, (insurance and crappy warranty) and you can't EVER get anybody to help you over the phone you actually have to go pester the living crap out of them. They sing a good song but that's all it is...just a song.

Just had bad experience with preowned. Sales manager overlooked OTD pricing and agreed. Wasted 4 hours because the sales manager dropped the ball. Salesperson was good hence the one star.

Update: I went back a week later to make a purchase at reasonable price. I was satisfied with financing as well. Appreciate JT helping me all the way. Will definitely deal with him again for my Acura needs.

I haven't purchased a new car for 15 years. After looking at all my options of SUVs, I decided on the Acura RDX based on other family members' great reports on the Acura name and service. Never has purchasing a new vehicle been such a pleasant and educational experience. My salesman, Mike Weide, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't pressure me one bit to make a decision. He rode with us on our test drive, which was extremely helpful as he pointed out all the new things a 2016 vehicle can do, versus the 2001 I had driven. He definitely knows his products and I was able to make up my mind on models and features after his input. Today, I went back to the dealership to pick up my new tags and have some accessories installed. Again, great service! Everyone is polite and helpful and the lead technician kept me apprised of the progress he was making as I waited in the nice and quite computer room, so I could work. First class all the way! You can't find fault with MIke or any of his colleagues at Mac Churchill Acura. A true gem, and a pleasure to find in this broad industry. Thanks again, Mike, for a pleasureable experience and making my decision so much easier. I love my commute, only wish I didn't have to work anymore, hah!

Just bought a 2018 Acura MDX from Mac Churchill and it was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever done.
Dillion Hodge, the salesman went over in detail what features were on the car as we were sitting in it. Very knowledgeable with the product that many other dealerships are weak in.
Great communication and email/phone followup to make sure we didn't have any questions or issues.
Extremely impressed!

Horrible experience. Two sales guys were working with us. One guy was very nice and polite, the other was pushy and rude. We ended up buying an Odyssey that they stated was in great condition. The next morning we found out the vehicle had previous frame damage!

We went back up to the dealership with documentation in hand and three people pretty much told us 'too bad'. One guy told us that if the vehicle runs, it shouldn't matter if it has frame damage. He was extremely arrogant and when I informed him that I was recording the conversation in case we needed to bring this matter to court, he got up and told us 'good luck- go get your lawyer'. At that point I called the police and was getting an officer to come take a report since we were left sitting at a table. As I was on the phone giving them the address to the dealership, a gentleman came over and said that we would work things out. After another hour and a half of arguing with different people, we finally got the keys back to the Jeep we had traded in and left the dealership. Only two people (one of the sales guys and a gentleman in the finance department) were ok to work with. As we were walking into the dealership yesterday, a disgruntled guy was walking out and said loudly enough for all the potential customers to hear "Good Luck and Watch your backs!" I wish I had listened to his warnings.

All of my future business will be with Jackie at Huggins Honda- she is fabulous!

NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER!
It was my worst experience in my life. I was at this dealer on Saturday. The dealer's so called managers do not understand the math they do, actually they don't really know a simple math, shame on all those managers. They could not make a deal on the day I spent there. One of the finance managers was doing several trips to the cabin to negotiate the price after we agreed at a price for a car. Every time he returns from the cabin he goes up and down on his own price. We could not finalize the deal that time and I returned home (40 miles from the dealer). After I came home they asked me to come back for a price (little more than what I gave at the dealer). I agreed on that price and drove back to the dealer. This time again they started going up ($500-1000) on the price. I was really upset about it and came back home empty.
Another internet manager called me this morning (Monday) and said he did not know anything about what happened on Saturday. I told him all the stories from Saturday then he said he will work on the price. He called me back after couple of hours and offered the same price I gave on Saturday. Me and my wife drove down to the dealer, met with the internet manager, he brought all the paper works, signed all the paperwork, gave him credit/debit cards for payment. All of sudden, he stopped on his own math one more time and started saying the math they did was not right then started going up by $1500 on the price again. He brought another manager to convince me for new 1500 up price, this time I was really got mad and just walked out without saying anything. It was really a horrible experience. In reality all four managers worked with me do not know their own simple math and they don't do their math before inviting the costumers to the dealership. I spent two days for nothing.

Not a pleasant experience at all. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a car from this dealer and was promised by my salesman that they would take care of a few dents on the car (even though I suggested that they keep the vehicle until they fix the dents), I was told I could just bring the vehicle back later and they would take care of the dents. I later returned when my salesman told me to and asked for the sales manager (like he suggested) and explained the agreement with him, since my salesman had went on vacation and or course no one at the dealer knew anything about the arrangements. And here it is four weeks into the purchase of my vehicle and I still have yet to hear from him or anyone else! Lesson learned! Do not trust dealers; make them take care of the problem before you leave with your vehicle! My first time purchasing a vehicle and boy have I learned a lot!
I went to visit the finance department to ask a few questions and a salesman walked me into the waiting room and let the finance people know that I was waiting. Two hours later after being passed over by people coming in after me and leaving before me, I finally had to try to alert someone walking around in the back and ask them to put me on their list .
My experience at the service department was great! The service department has good people and they have real customer service skills that will actually make a customer happy to return for servicing if needed. I think the people on the used car side are more concerned about making sales then they are in taking care of their existing customers.
However I do love my new vehicle! Just wish I had purchased it from a different dealer!

I worked as the receptionist for this dealership for a month before I was laid off. I LOVED my job here, and out of nowhere I'm told there are no more open spots left. Too bad this place never worked out, and being laid off really showed me what a lack of good management there is here. After leaving though, I was told that the GM makes his business decisions emotionally, and unfortunately he decided to cut me because he just didn't want to deal with the trouble of finding a place for me there. Yeah... that's REALLY professional. Apparently they are trying to cut their budget, and have had these plans in effect for months... then why the hell did you even hire me a MONTH ago?!? Completely unhappy with this dealership. I've felt like coming in to talk with the GM about it, but in the big picture, I don't matter to the guy. He doesn't even know I exist so why bother?

Car buying experience with my daughter was a so unconnected and conniving She purchased a 2015 TLX. She didn't even haggle, but the loan broker "accidentally"
wrongly dated the contract to be a week early (is this illegal?) so had to redo paperwork at the end of signing all the paperwork. We had to say no about a dozen times to the loan guy because he was absolutely sure that my daughter needed "gap insurance and a $400 a month addition expense for maintenance fees" on a car with 11,000 miles on it. The sale man didn't take the time to sit in the car and do what most sales folks do and educate her on the features, he was more interested in getting the money than making building client relationships and of course the tires were changed out for an older set. In addition, no manual was provided, we had to ask for one and the sales man, Jason, gave her an old manual that had a bunch of sticky stuff on it. Don't buy here... these guys are not even sub par... take your hard earned cash to a more professional lot that doesn't try to stick you with small, unprofessional behavior and actions.

Complete waste of time. Went to the dealership on 01/30/16 to take a car on a test drive that has been on their website for a week. When I got to the dealership the car was sold and they tried to "up sell" me into another car. I checked their website on 02/03/16 and the car that I was told was sold on 01/30/16 is still showing, but nobody at the dealership can advise me if the car is available.

Isn't marketing a product at a low price and then trying to sell a higher price product in its place called "Bait and Switch"?

I also managed to get this all done before I had to get to work so urgency is good here. The staff here is quite friendly, but Ricky's sense of humor and great charisma makes him an excellent member of this team.

These are the worst sales people and service staff...

These are the worst sales people and service staff that I have ever met. They refuse to own up to their mistakes and change the rules on when they will accept coupons for service when it fits their needs. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. The service manager refused to accept a coupon because he said it was an outrageous discount when they said they accept all coupons as long as they are not expired, which this was not.

When I tried to buy a car here, the sales people are just as bad if not worse. They will straight up lie to your face when trying to deal a price with them. To make it worse, they laugh about it when they say "let me talk to my manager". Worthless dealership who hires incompetent staff.

We purchased a new car through Mike at the end of July. He was very patient with us and overall it was a smooth transaction. About a month later, I scraped my car against something in my garage and was really upset about messing up my new car. I called the Service Dept. at Mac Churchill right away, hoping to get it fixed quickly. Well, I had a less than stellar experience with the Service Advisor. After speaking with an Asst. Manager in Service and speaking with Acura, I finally got sent to Churchill's General Manager, Sharbell (I hope I'm spelling that correctly.) What a gentlemen. He listened to my issue and took action swiftly. He was professional, communicative and effective. My car was fixed within a few days, and all with no inconvenience on my end. Sharbell truly understands what Customer Service means. His handling of this situation will keep me a customer at Mac Churchill - for service and for the future purchase of vehicles. Thanks again, Sharbell :)

Jason Lee and Mark Smith in New Car Sales were phenomenal. I had a terrible experience on the used car side with Preston and Jason Vallejo. Jason called me and asked if I would consider a new car at a discount. I decided to give the new car sales side a try and I was very pleased with their level of customer service and willingness to help close the deal. They were both very accommodating and lived up to their word. They did not give me the run around and did everything they could to ensure that my experience was more than pleasant. Thank you! I was looking for a second opinion on the check en...

I was looking for a second opinion on the check engine light that came on in my '08 Suburban. The first dealer stated that I needed a new engine and cam shaft ($10,000 repair) and this startled me. I reached out in a panic to Mac Churchill directly to ask for his help and a referral for a second opinion about the first repair suggestion. Mr. Churchill connected me directly with the service manager and, based on what was happening with the vehicle (stuck lifter in the engine), was asked to have the truck brought to the dealership for a looksee. SO GLAD I DID!!! Not only did their expert service techs find the problem, diagnose and fix it they also checked the car for other possible issues while it was in the shop. The staff knew that the car carries precious cargo-my family and small children and they went the extra mile to make sure that anything that looked aged/etc. was identified and remedied. I am grateful for their relationship approach to business and their ABOVE AND BEYOND attitude toward customers. I am a believer in the value of relationships and am so very grateful that the dealers' staff considers customers family...their team not only saved the day for my family but they also formed a customer relationship that will last a lifetime! Thank you to the Mac Churchill team for all that you do...your thoughtfulness has not gone unnoticed or under-appreciated!

I came by a few weeks ago and didn't really know what I wanted. Bruce Phillips approached me and was not over bearing at all, like the normal "car salesman". Lol. We walked the lot as he pointed out several options and I LIKE OPTIONS. Although we are not ready to buy at this time, when we are Bruce will be the first person we call. In fact, I've already sent a few friends in his direction. Maybe that will help when its time for me to purchase, haha, but we'll see!

David Johnson was AMAZING!!! I saw a vehicle I wanted online and he quickly responded to tell me it was. He shot me a text and asked if I wanted to drop by and look at it. When I decided I wanted to I let him know what time I would be coming and be told me the car would be waiting. I ended being a little late but when I pulled up the car was waiting! He was finishing up with another customer so I only waited 10-15 minutes. He was very personable and not very pushy which made the experience even better!! I felt like he got to know me and he really listened to what I wanted! He helped to make sure I got as close to what I wanted as possible. I started the application that same day and went and signed paperwork and drove off the lot next! If you go here I recommend asking for him. He made my first time car experience easy and I don't feel like I got a bad deal!! Thank you David!!!

I appreciated their efforts to get me a new vehicle within my comfort and budget and did not feel pushed into a deal. They understood the commitment to a budget! They're trying to sell me a car that worth $26,000...

They're trying to sell me a car that worth $26,000.00 for $42,000.00. Need I say more? I left them my 2009 TSX on Saturday because I had to go to a wedding and they pressured me into taking a 2012 TL for a test drive. I called them around 7:30 to tell them I wasn't going to be able to make it back to the dealership on time. They asked for the $5,000.00 down payment over the phone. Very unprofessional to begin with. I wasn't even sure I wanted to buy the car just yet. anyway, turns out the wanted $42,000.00 for the 2012 TL and it's only worth $26,000.00 I can't call them today because they are closed otherwise I'd just take the car back today. I gave them a $500.00 deposit last night, before I was able to look up the Blue Book Value and the Edmunds Book Value. I just want my $500.00 and my TSX back. I don't want to do business with a dealership that's willing to do this to it's customers. That's not a fair price at all. I hope on Monday I can walk out of there with my $500.00 and my 2009 TSX. If not, then just the TL at below Blue Book or as close to it as possible, not $16,000.00 more than Blue Book. Who in their right mind would agree to a deal like that? Buyer Be Ware. Worse dealership in the world. Oh yeah, I'm upside down on my TSX by almost $10k, and I bought it from them 2 and 1/2 years ago. I thought I was upside down because of the interest rate I got on the car, but after learning what they are trying to do to me right now, I feel I might be upside down because they did the same thing to me with the TSX. I never did check the Blue Book Value on the TSX when I bought it, but imagine if I took this deal on the TL. How upside down would I be 2 and 1/2 years from now? Instead of $10,000.00 I'd be $20,000 upside down. This place sucks.

Peyton was probably the worst experienced salesman I've ever dealt with.. Very unprofessional constantly calling and texting me while I'm at work. Sold me car that was not ready to even be sold. (Didnt have everything ready to sell from the dealerships side) tries so hard to put me in the jeep but doesn't know a lick of what's going on, only cared about him getting paid. When I try and call him back he always forwards my call and won't call me back. I have never had to go up there as many times as I did. And it not like it's close and convenient for me to go. It's completely out of my way. Out of all the 7 times I went up there the least amount of time I was up there was an hour and 25 minutes. The most being 3 and a half. I honestly would like to go somewhere else where I can get helped properly and not feel welcomed. I could have just gotten a inexperienced salesman that didn't know how things work but if you don't know something ask... Don't just pull things out of you're ass and lie to me. They put me in rental and told me to drive off with it when I didn't have full coverage on my old vehicle and I had someone hit me and now they expect me to pay for the damage even when the accident wasn't my fault. And then they tell me that it was their fault that they shouldn't have put me in that rental since I didn't have full coverage nor rental insurance. They have gave me the worst experience in buying a car ever. I strongly don't recommend going here... Completely unacceptable.

They worked really hard to find me the car I loved instead of getting me in one I just liked. My sales consultant Pedram Registry was great. He skipped lunch and walked the lot numerous times with me to find the perfect car in the Texas summer heat! He made sure I got want I wanted down to the floor mats. Great selection of pre-owned Acuras & I'm so happy with mine. My advice would be to pay attention to the numbers. They will switch them around to make you think you are getting a great deal only to add things back in as "finance charge" on top of your interest. Also confusing you about your trade in & where those numbers show. Don't trust them to answer finance questions honestly. Just another dealership trying to make money everywhere they can. That's why I give it 3 stars... You can't trust any of them these days.

The "sales manager" Esteban promised me via Text Message that I could get a 2013 Honda they listed for $12,300 for $9,000 CASH. I had many text messages with him where I reiterated numerous times that I was not looking to finance, and that I needed his word I could get this vehicle for $9k cash.
NEEDLESS to say, he is a punk liar. Tony, my sales rep, was very kind. But Esteban, who assisted this deal, was BEYOND pushy, a jerk, conniving, condescending, and just DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE. I work for a much larger car company, and I have never experienced a situation so EXTREME and NASTY.
After being jerked around for over 3 HOURS and him telling me he did not say what he said (even though I have text messages to prove it) . He said "OH i thought it was around 10 or 11k, not almost 15k!! well... okay mr. dramatic... the car is listed for $12,300 and you said SPECIFICALLY that you would give me THIS car. He then has the AUDACITY to show me "the only car he would sell me for 9k cash" and it was an older NISSAN VERSA. Are you kidding me!?!? That is who I work for!! I can get this car BRAND NEW for 10k!!! Then when I have finally had enough of the snake of a man he is, he REFUSES to give me back my license. I stood there and argued with him for 30 minutes (after waiting 15 minutes for him to "go get my license").
He says to me "I have a car out front right now I will sell to you". I politely told him, no thanks I do not want to do business with you, please give me my license so I can go home. I live 1 hour and 30 minutes from here and it is 830pm. I have been here since 445!!
He then again come back with RUDE comments like "Why?!" "Thought you wanted a car!!!" "Why are you changing your mind now, huh?!" I then again ask for it back, he says "I dont have it". Well where the f is it?! "someone tool it on a test drive".... OHHH OKAY!
My father now sees the confrontation and walks over and politely states "Please give my daughter back her license so we can go to dinner".
NO he says, I am trying to sell you a car, that why you are here isnt it?!

At this point... we have been arguing another 25 minutes, so I am beyond frustrated... I had to YELL at the top of my lungs "PLEASE GIVE ME MY LICENSE NOW OR I WILL CALL THE COPS". he says "DO IT, i dont care".

I then YELL again "GIVE ME MY LICENSE RIGHT NOW" "its on its way" he says... WELL IT HAS BEEN ON ITS WAY FOR ALMOST 45 MINUTES NOW.

I then FINALLY have to YELL. "everybody... I REALLY hope you are not buying a car from a dealership that it currently SHOWING US AT THIS EXACT MOMENT that ALLLLLL they car about is MONEY and not about the customer... LEAVE, LEAVE while you have the chance!!!"

Finally, A nice older gentleman approaches and orders him to get my license right this second, ALL OF A SUDDEN my license appears.

Tell me what kind of customer service this is??? It was NONEXISTENT. It was WORSE, it was PURE TORTURE. This dealership could not GIVE me a FREE car. I would never in my life want to deal with such a place that treats a human being like a piece of garbage, I am telling whoever is reading this right now... that I work for a MAJOR car corporate office and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to get Mr. Esteban FIRED! PLEASE Acura, do yourself a HUGE favor and let this guy walk, You will lose so much business if you let this punk kid stay at your company. If i was his boss, I would have fired him on the spot.

I WILL be taking legal action, and I will be in contact with their FSM or their Corporate Headwaters to file an official complaint. But PLEASE... buyer beware!! I have NEVER wrote a complaint before... so PLEASE listen to me. See the screenshots of ALL his lies... Esteban will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in there...

"Ped" ( Mr. Pedram Registry ) took great care of me with the purchase of my beautiful, amazing, 2016 Acura ILX. He's so nice and real. I was very at ease with him from the moment we met. The whole process was easy and took much less time than what I had imagined! After I made the purchase, he patiently showed me how to work some of the features, and he was truly happy and enthused for me! By the way, it was way past closing time, as I had arrived late. If you're in the market for a vehicle, he's one person you'll be happy you met with :-).

Read the fine print before signing your finance papers. It was not disclosed to me on my purchase that I was actually signing up for a lease with a huge balloon payment at the end of 5 years. I was also sold a $3000 warranty and $800 Gap Insurance policy. Very slick financing people who just glimmer over the paperwork and say sign here.

We returned to Mac Churchill because of the wonderful experience we had when buying our first car from them a couple years ago. This time we had the pleasure of working with Salesman, John Thompson, who took great care of us. Becareful with this particular dealership
They buy crashed vehicles and sell them as certified right now living the experience with my wifes car.

They provided no carfax information when the car was bought and now that we want to trade it in when they pull the carfax it says they bought it in an auction and it had a rear end collision which caused a structural damage

It is not the only bad experience my parents had a same problem as well buy at your own risk

Sales guys were good end easy to deal with. It was was the prick finance guy trying to force me to buy an extended warranty because I was upside down on the car we were trading in and told me I couldn't buy the car if I didn't. I finally agreed on a $1800 package that was for 10 oil changes and 10 tire rotations. Was told I would get a charge card in the mail and the oil change would cover up to $100 and tire rotations up to $40 each time. Lies lies lies... the oil change only covered $40 and I am responsible for the difference and tire rotation was $20. When I kept calling and getting nothing but voicemail. I finally got someone on the phone from finance and all they said was, I don't know why that guy would tell you that. I am in the process of cancelling the maintenance package. I know it won't get anywhere, but at least I tried. The finance guys are a bunch of crooks....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We keep our cars a long time, and one of many reasons is because the car buying process is normally so unpleasant. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Edgar Santos is no-nonsense, has integrity, loves cars, and cares a lot about his customers. From start to finish the process was comfortable. All deals were honored with no hassle. Edgar gave us a very long test drive and overview of the vehicle. Before we drove away, he told us to text him at any time and to always feel free to use him as our point of contact. This was our 4th Acura purchase from Mac Churchill. All our experiences there have been good, and this one was the best of all.

DO NOT purchase from this dealership and ABSOLUTELY do not purchase the maintenance package, even though Moe in the finance department will tell you that you can cancel at anytime, which is a complete lie. You will try to "cancel" and still have to pay for the services.

Very poor customer service and no one is professional, last minute manager not even scare to gave them poor review, he smile when I told I am not happy with this dealership, it's big scam, never deal with them on phone or through email , as I have written price(email)from one of there representative (Phillips) they not agree to consider . I've had several cars serviced at Mac Churchill and am consistently pleased with the quality and price. Most recently, I had tires rotated and balanced to remove a vibration at high speed. The wait is consistently 15 minutes longer than they estimate, but the work has been flawless and there's no vibration at high speed. I also appreciate the report of additional work that needs to be performed in the future. It helps me prioritize and budget better.

I was looking to replace my car and stopped by Mac...

I was looking to replace my car and stopped by Mac Churchill Used Cars as it is near my house. The salesman that helped us, Rich Pimental, was very nice and helpful. He put in a lot of work hunting down cars that fit my criteria until we found one that we wanted. That, however, was when the good experience ended because the rest of the process was terrible.

They, of course, started the offers with the highest possible interest rate they could offer (standard practice). After we got them to come down to a reasonable APR (because we had pre-approval elsewhere) I was still unsure that I wanted to have the proposed car payment. While we were thinking it over Mike Brooks came over to "help". Unfortunately for him, his intimidation tactic was not appreciated, nor effective, so he eventually left with our salesman, Rich. Soon after, Colt Cannon came over to discuss the situation. Very nice guy who chatted with us for quite a while until we came to terms and agreed that we had a deal (which included them sending me the first month's check...but I'll get back to that). Then came the LONG wait to simply sign my paperwork...which took about and HOUR AND A HALF!

We finally got the deal completed and left the dealership with my 2010 Acura TL (on Monday), but I needed to bring it back in a few days to have it officially inspected and get a couple rock chips in the windshield fixed. I took it back to them Thursday afternoon and was given a terrible loaner car (Chevy Malibu). The process of getting a loaner car took TWO HOURS. They were supposed to have my car for a day, but they ended up having it for about a week and a half...and the rock chip repair looked terrible. I also had a near dead battery because the detailers and window guy had apparently been listening to my stereo. I went back up there to discuss the problem it was implied that it was my responsibility because I bought the car "as-is"...until I explained that it was fine before I left it with them. After getting my battery replaced I followed up with Colt about the check they were supposed to send me and he assured me it would be in the mail as soon as my loan was finalized with the bank. A few weeks later, when I picked up my new license plates I asked again. I was reassured that the check was included in the deal and I WOULD receive it soon.

Here I am, 2 months after purchasing my car, and I have still received no check. I called and spoke with Sales Manager, Paul Garrett, a week ago and still have not heard anything back. In short, EVERYTHING takes a very long time and nobody really seems concerned about the customer's convenience. Hopefully I get my check before my car is paid off in a few years.

This place approved is for a purchase with a trade in. They gave us a loaner and then for 5 days I had to call repeatedly to get a status before they finally told us that the "deal wasn't approved" and changed their requirements. Their kids "playroom" is filthy and their communication is horrible.

The first time I visited the location I was helped by the man that sits next to Corey and he gave terrible unprofessional service. I wish I could give them a "zero" rating but unfortunately that isn't an option. This dealership pretends to be a buttoned up and professional organization but instead they are the reason why people cringe whenever they think about purchasing a new car. The level of dishonesty that I experienced here is unrivaled by any of my experiences at any other dealership.

The salesmen put forward a "working contract" which is supposed to create a framework for the negotiation process. Unfortunately, the salesmen don't ever honor their side of the agreement. In addition, they try to squeeze the buyer in every way possible. After several wasted hours my family decided that we wasted enough of our time and left (the best decision that we made that day). They tried to call us back after we left but we had enough of their sleazy tactics.

My family and I will never go there again and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Tried buying a car there with trade in. They come back with loan details etc. I asked about my trade in they said it was not included tried to get me to sign papers what would I do with two cars. They failed to tell me they were not taking it
