Service was awesome ! Took my TL in awhile back for a damaged subframe , alignment , and airbags.. Taylor Jones repaired it with just the alignment :) . Next on the list is airbags.

New service manager Josh went above and beyond dur...

New service manager Josh went above and beyond during my visit. Minimal wait for quality work. Even changed out my low keyfob battery without having to ask. Only complaint is the price of food and beverage. There is no reason to up-charge when they're making money off service and sales of luxury vehicles.

We were trying to buy a first time car for my daug...

We were trying to buy a first time car for my daughter and after researching for a while now we narrowed down what we want to get her and found a few places. After checking stuff on CarFax we decided to go to this dealership to look at this car we wanted to get her a 2008 Kia Spectra with 91k for $3995. So we get there tell them what we wanted even had the paper printed out with the stock # to make it easier. After taking FOREVER they say ok come take a look at the car. As we are walking out they say so we have some bad news, someone wrecked the Kia during a test drive this morning. They brought out a Nissan Altima that they said was comparable but they would work on the price. First of all this Altima they kept not wanting to tell us the price, then when we looked at it the damn thing had 184k on it, tape on the passenger seat, the liner on the door was falling off in pieces and that was just the glance of it. Then they told us it was $6995 and they would work on the price with us. I said first of all that's not anywhere near the price range we wanted and that is nowhere near worth that kind of money or the price we were going to pay for the Kia. Every time I told them what was wrong with the issue with the car they were arguing with me like when I told them that wasn't an exceptable mileage and they said mileage doesn't matter in those exact words and were trying to say the car was in good condition. Not to mention they didn't bother to ask us if a Nissan Altima would be ok with us which is really not what we wanted at all. It got to the point where we just had to walk away because they were so desperate for a sale that they wouldn't shut up! So people in the DFW area beware of Mac Churchill Acura in Fort Worth because they definitely aren't honest and too hard up for sales. We already have several backups in mind so we are not hard up for their falling apart car!

Being the well experienced buyer that I am, after purchasing 9 vehicles for myself as well as 9 for my children, I went to Mac Churchill Acura, which was listed as a viable candidate on my list of where I would find my next car. Kids are almost all gone to college and each has now their own set of wheels, so I do not have to worry about large capacity cars to fit 3 kids and their friends plus husband, so this next purchase was mainly focus on my individual wants, needs and luxury; after all, I have sacrificed for the family for the last 17+ years. As I set foot at Mac Churchill, Francisco Novoa (my salesman) was ready to greed me with a sincere and happy smile. Went thru the consultation, and for once I was listed as to what exactly I wanted, and was patiently educated on what was available with all these new technologies. I had an Acura Integra some 22 years ago (when I could afford it), and was pleasantly surprised how much affordable this car is now, for my budget and at my reach. This guy made me feel the logic to stop shopping all over town and on line. There really was no point in continuing to shop around, these guys at Mac Churchill were truly there to help me and work out my deal. Being the usual co-signor Mom, I was doubting weather I would get approved too, since I am a co-signor in each of my three children s current cars. Joe Norman (Sales Director) and Tommy Preciado (Finance Manager) worked diligently with Acura Financial Services to get me approved on great leasing terms and monthly payments, with zero down! Here I am telling my story a day later, for since I woke-up this morning, I thought I was still dreaming, so went directly to my garage, and yes! My new Acura RDX AWD is still there, and is real!!! Thank you Francisco, Joe and Tommy; for making dreams come true.

Had a great experience here at MacChurchill Acura ...

Had a great experience here at MacChurchill Acura back on 10/14/17. Received a pre-approval flier in the mail went online and filled out the application I believe for the vehicle that I wanted. I received a call back from Dilip Patel not even 10mins later, he asked me when I was available to come down to the dealership and if I was able to put anything down? I told him all I had was $500. He said okay... got to the dealership with my family a few hours later. They had a nice area for kids to hang out during the entire process. Which my children enjoyed. :) We were offered refreshments and just felt very welcome. Everyone was friendly. Dilip Patel was very adamant in making sure we left with the vehicle we desired. To make a long story short, he went over and beyond the entire time! Normally when financing a vehicle the process is dreadful but he made it very smooth and easy! We left after only a few hours with our 2015 Ford Explorer Limited! Low miles very clean! Exactly what we wanted and needed for our family of 6. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! And I will definitely be back when I'm ready for another vehicle! The finance manager Lawrence Breaud was great as well! Was even able to get our payment lower than what we originally thought it would be. I overall give 5 star service to this team! :)

What they did right ? Hire Jeremy in Service.

Had an awful encounter (my first time there. And yes I look to buy a new RDX).

The boy who helped me in Service said he'd come back out and let me know what the cost and time would be. I was there for over an hour and caught him as he walked thru customer seating area. I asked him what was up. He told me they'd have it ready in just a minute - were working on it now and quoted priced before taxes of $150 for key and chip program.

Then in 15 minutes he appeared and said "You want the bad news?" (I thought good news would be part of the deal .. To follow.). NO
The parts dept DID NOT have my key fob from which to make the key. He could order it and would be in tomorrow.

I called last week, talked with service
- then parts to ensure they had the fob- then back to service and made appointment for today @ 1:30 to have a new key made.

This is a horrible from where I live near 30.

I called back to speak with service director. I got Jeremy.- great asset to Mac team - who listened to my frustration and said he would personally order the key himself and copy Parts Mgr and Serv Dir.

He's the only reason reason I gave them 3 stars.

Less than 5 min later --- He's already ordered the key and I'll invest another 2-3 hours on TH.

If I could give zero stars I would. From there sales team all the way up to there GM absolutely the worst establisment in DFW.. DO NOT DO BUSNIESS HERE.. Purchased a certified Acura with only 26k miles only to have the transmisson replaced after owning the car one week. Spent the first month of ownership in there shop. Communication with my salesman Izzy was none existing doesn t return calls or texts because they don t care even as far as the general manager would not respond to callings or emails. I gave them so many chances to make things right and failed to do so. I don t know any place that treats there PAYING customers the way that they do. And let s not forget how they failed to put the heat shields back on the tranny along with failing to bolt down the tranny properly . I refuse to do business with this place so I took it to Vandergriff Acura were you re treated the way a customer deserves to be treated.. I have all my documentation and photos of the awful transmission job they did. Oh and just to show how shady they are don t bother writing a bad review on there fb page they will just block you. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I wonder if Mac would appreciate how these people are treating his customers. PLEASE DO NOT respond with an apology because there was plenty of time for that also don t advise me to contact some bogus number either if you wanna talk of the matter my number is in the system you can call me..

UPDATE****** Read a review of a customer who waited months for his plates I can t agree with his review more. I purchased in February as my review states and I ve yet to get my plates aswell. And to the (owners respones) my FRUSTRATION goes beyond the service team let s start with your GM SALESTEAM AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN..

They tell u what u want to hear so they can get what they want . And then after selling u a car the try to force you to make a good review or at least thats how they did me . Im really young . I went by myself not knowing much and just like any other typical young person they screwed me over . Bt i learned my lesson . Anywho . I received a 2010 buick lacrosse . The check engine light was on and i said i would not purchase it with the check engine light on so they told me they are going to fix it and to come in the next day and pick it up. Well the next day i came they gave me a 2016 white buick lacrosse . It looked TOTALLY different and im like uhh this isnt the car you showed me yesterday . He said yes it is yea it is . Anywho they gave me that car. Called me a week later saying they gave me the wrong one . I came back they gave me a rental . I had it for a month . I never got the buick . The tag on the rental was expired . My lender company called and asked my about my new car i told them i never received it yet. We all kept going back and fourth with the people. Didnt make a difference so I just got my cash car back and gave them the rental and left .

Don't let the service touch your car. They'll just act like they know how to solve your problems. This is my third time here after simply just getting an oil change and my "Change Oil" light still being on after they changed it. They finally told me they didn't have the tool to turn the oil light off.... AFTER 3 , 1 hour drive trips here!

I wanted to trade in my car and purchase a new 2015 RDX. Robert Cassell worked very hard, over 2 days, to complete this purchase. We were not able to make the deal the first day, Robert worked diligently the following day and finally we were able to complete the purchase. Robert displayed excellent customer service, product knowledge and follow through. I highly recommend Robert and MacChurchill Acura.

Leased a TLX from McChurchill. Had a tire blowout on freeway, pulled over to put on spare, and discovered YOUR CAR HAS NO SPARE! Yes, most Acura's don't have spare tires. Called McChurchill during holiday season and could never get through to a sales person (mine is gone) or service agent to find out why car has no spare. The owner's manual shows you how to install space tire, but YOU HAVE NO SPARE TIRE. Was told to call Acura Roadside, did, held for 1/2 hour, gave up. Had to pay $150 to have car towed to get replacement tire. McChurchill was complete unresponsive and Acura Roadside was completely unresponsive. A flat tires are an inconvenience, but having NO SPARE TIRE is ridiculous! When you need one, you really need it. Was please with my TLX until now. Probably won't go with Acura again.

I was in Dallas from out of state and chose Mac Churchill because they had plenty of inventory at the best price point. I was originally looking for a used car with low mileage. With an internet service manager's help (Kenneth), I left in a brand new car loaded the way I wanted and in my budget. He listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was and really worked to get me into the best option (even finding a color exterior/interior that I wanted.) The receptionist and finance manager also were incredibly accommodating and everyone was helpful and friendly. That's just not normal anymore. A competing dealership nearest my hotel literally told me that there is no factory for used cars when I explained what I was looking for. Needless to say, Mac Churchill was the place to go and I'll be back again.

Just leased an MDX tech and RDX advance. The deal Mike West gave us was incredible. I'm still pinching myself. Never had a more pleasant nor productive experience purchasing/leasing a new automobile. Excellent automobiles, professional staff. They certainly have my business as long as we're here. Can't thank Mike and Mac Churchill enough.

Bryant Waters provided excellent customer service. He contacted me shortly after requesting pricing on an Acura TL. He scheduled an appointment with me the next morning, and spent the majority of the day showing me the inventory that matched my budget and car options. He even provided transportation to visit a second location to find the best deal for me. I am very satisfied with the experience, and would highly recommend Bryant's services to my family and friends.

Was made to wait for 4 hrs to "fill out paperwork"...

Was made to wait for 4 hrs to "fill out paperwork" and wouldn't even let us see the vehicle until this was done. Their reason, why show you a car that you don't qualify for. Then after 4 hrs and everything is done, they come back and tell us the car had been sold already that morning. Then when we actually find a car and get everything done on it, we drive it off the lot only to find out the a/c isn't working and they didn't even put a license plate/ paper tag on the vehicle. This was after we waited another 2 hrs after paperwork for them to detail the vehicle. When we go back, they tell us they don't have time to fix it that day, bring it back on Monday. When we go in today, we are told they can't fix it because, they are not going to lose money. We have 2 options, wait 30 days, in the middle of summer and bring it back when the warranty kicks in for it to be fixed or they can give us our money back or put us in a more expensive vehicle. None of these being an acceptable alternative, we asked that they just fix the a/c. They refused and I was basically hung up on by the General Manager, JOhn. I have been in the car business for a long time, and I have never , ever been treated this way. I think it only fair that if you spend your hard earned money on a vehicle, the least you can expect is for it to be in proper condition when it drives off the lot. I would never recommend this dealership after all the "run around" we have been given. My son saved and was so excited to be able to buy his first car, but this experience has left a bad experience on all of our family. They are telling us they are not going to lose money on the deal ...that is obviously more important than helping the customer. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be taken advantage of and kicked out on the road with a brokedown vehicle. Buyer Beware.

When I got there to the dealership all i need was a car. I was met in the Lobby by a young man, who introduced himself as Bruce he was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I not only got a great deal but I am a proud owner of a TLX. Fully Loaded!!! And the experience didn't SUCK!!.

We were greeted promptly, they answered questions, and they were very knowledgeable about " the numbers" and the cars they showed us and eventually purchased. Yep, we came out with two much Needed cars! This will be our third car through Churchill. We paid off the other one 5 years ago. Thank you guys and Churchill.

In the past the service department at Mac Churchil...

In the past the service department at Mac Churchill Acura Ft. Worth has been hit or miss since buying my 2013 MDX. At times, I didn't even know if I was paying for services received. I have been working with John Tijerina for my service needs for the last 9 months and have had impeccable service. If it wasn't for John we would have taken our business elsewhere. John goes above and beyond to make sure our service needs are met, and that our overall experience is excellent. He prides himself in his work and taking care of the customer with integrity and respect, which is very different from what I have received in the past. He doesn't push services that we do not need, and is mindful of customer cost and past experiences.

Often people only write negative reviews....well here is a POSITIVE review thanks to J.T.

I hope Mr. Churchill himself is able to read this review and truly appreciate the potential such a young driven entrepreneur has for his company and I also hope you are able to secure more like John in your company. I love my MDX and the services I have been receiving at Mac Churchill Acura.

This was and continues to be the worst experience with a dealership I've ever had. Not only did they try to swindle me when I first bought the car, I've come to learn that the extended service warranty that covers everything on the car in fact covers nothing. Now that I cancelled the warranty, they won't even refund me the money like they said they would! Even if you had a decent sales person, the on going service of this company is awful.

Robbie and Sal met us in the morning and worked to find us a great car, even pulling a car that hadn't even been fully inventoried, but fit our needs, to test drive. They were friendly and attentive, and worked with me through the entire process. They even brought my kids cookies, juice and water while we were shopping. Very professional but very personable at the same time. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience I ever had. I have been losing oil in my car and remembered receiving a mail from Acura about the issue with oil consumption proble so I took my car in. They said I had to get a oil change with them first so they could monitor after to check and see or it is a problem. Long story short, they took my car and I waited 2 hours and no one came up to me to tell me anything. How long it was going to take, or what's going on. When I went to ask where my car is no one knew. Come to find out they haven't even started on my car the whole 2 hours I was waiting. Such a big waste of my time. Worst experience.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Minimal haggling over price and didn't try to shove numerous extras onto negotiated price or high pressure finance for warranties, etc.

Review update: while I stand by my initial review on the buying experience, the after sale support is atrocious, therefore stars dropped from five to three. It has been over 45 days since my purchase and I still have not received my registration. The dealer processed on day 42 (the law allows 45 days) but did not mail until day 46. The finance director did not answer nor return numerous phone calls and only processed after I told them TXDMV had nothing on new vehicle. I might had the registration process takes only one day completed at local tax office.

THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL!

My fiance' traded in a vehicle for a truck he fell in love with approximately Oct. 2016. There were quite a few hiccups along the way and the ball was dropped a few times. I have to say this was a positive experience because as soon as we contacted the Customer Relation Manager, Jennifer Hiner, she went above and beyond to make us happy. Jennifer got everyone on the same page, followed up with us along the fixing of the issues and handled our frustration with such grace! I will never forget what she said, "What can we do to make you happy?" Buying a used vehicle has it's cons, the salesman probably doesnt know issues with the vehicle that will suddenly present themselves at the last moment and it is difficult to commit to buying "as-is" without knowing everything. Our experience started out not too good but ended very satisfactorily!

I came in looking for an SUV with 3 row seating for a family vehicle. My intent was to shop around first but end up getting an MDX on this visit. The staff was very friendly and professional. Joseph Trinh was very helpful with the vehicle selection and answered all the questions/concerns that I have. Mike Luong and David Nguy n were exceptional. They helped me finance the car for a rate lower than the prequalified rate with my credit unit. Excellent product/pricing/service! Highly recommend! I'd definitely recommend my family and friends here.

Would definitely come back to Mac Churchill and never Clay Cooley again. Been trying to get a truck for about 4 months now and Mac Churchill is finally getting me into one. A truck that I like and will be very happy with.

My family and I came to the NE Loop 820 Mac Churchill Preowned dealership. We were greeted by a gentleman named Rickey Crochette. He was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and very up front with us. He worked hard to get us what we needed. Because of Rickey, we drove home in a Chevy traverse. I love my car and I will definitely be back and ask for him. Great salesman! I bought a Groupon for a wheel alignment for $35 which is an awesome price compared to $70 or $80 at most other places. I have a Toyota but that wasn't a problem - they were super friendly, took my car, and told me it would be around an hour, maybe two, due to the level of business. The alignment wasn't SUPER bad so it actually only took 30 minutes and I was done. No paperwork or anything (other than handing them my Groupon). I can't speak to buying a car here but I was very satisfied with the friendliness and speed of service here.

I am in the service area with 5 other unhappy customers. I arrived 5 mins before my scheduled appointment and waited at the entrance to the lot for 15 mins before someone showed up to unlock the gate. Then waited another 10 mins for someone to greet me. After one hour of waiting for my 6am oil change they announced to me that I had no a/c filter. That was odd considering I bought the car here and had it serviced here the one time it has been needed since purchase. So why would the a/c filter be missing?? They looked it up and last time they "changed" the a/c filter. Seriously dishonest, completely not focused on customer service, and really unconcerned with their public perception given I am among 5 others in the waiting room who are all having similar experiences. #macchurchillfail

I ACTUALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE WORKERS HERE, I BELIEVE IT'S THE POLICY TO SCAM WHEEL AND DEAL PEOPLE AT WHATEVER COST, BOTTOM LINE IS MONEY, AND IF THEY DON'T BRING IN SALES THEY WOULD LOSE THEIR JOB! I WISH ONLY I HAD SEEN ALL THE REVIEWS(HORRIBLE I MAY ADD) BEFORE WASTING 6 HOURS THERE AND A WHOLE WEEK OF LIES. My wife and I leased a 2018 Acura RDX from Mac Churchill Acura. The experience was very positive! They listened to our needs and manner to construct the lease. As a result my wife and I were very happy with lease agreement! To top it off, I had to go back to the dealership to pick up my car and the very nice salesman Edgar Santos drove all the way to my home and took me to his dealership so I could pick up my car!

Very unprofessional preowned staff. My daughter was told that any vehicle on this lot under $5K would not have passed state inspection and can only be sold to a whole-seller! The car was listed by KBB and Carfax.

I spoke with the customer service relations representative and was told she was embarrassed and would send an email to the GM, but she understood our business was lost at this point.

Do NOT seek to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I only wish I'd read these reviews prior to having my daughter encounter a salesman who outright lied to us.

I suppose a deal under $5K isn't worth their time? So then why bother advertising availability of used cars under $5K?

I went into Mac Churchill today not knowing what to expect, & I'm truly grateful to have worked with this staff. My sales person Chad Gurney was amazing to work with he took the time to get to know me & my situation & worked so hard at getting me into a car that meet my needs. The staff here is amazing from the sales staff to financing, I will definitely be going back when its time to get my daughter a car.

I walked to this dealership in the rain looking for a vehicle. I advised the salesman that this was my first buy and wanted something affordable and something nice. They told me since I had no credit they could only put me in a focus. I paid 2500.00 and told them I would finish the deal later. Well later I went to another dealership, told them my story and they hooked me up with a better car and made me happy even with my credit. NOW MAC CHURCHILL IS MAKING THIS THE WORSE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY 2500.00. I ve been told three different reasonings why they couldn t refund it yet they were still trying to make a sell.

I contacted the dealership to negotiate the price on a pre-owned low mileage 2017 Acura RDX. I was completely upfront with the sales consultant explaining that I work in the business, am tech savvy, and was purchasing a vehicle that day. We agreed on a price and I asked to see a copy of the Buyer's Order to avoid driving a long way to the dealership unnecessarily.

The paperwork they sent me was $5000 more that what we negotiated. I was then told the same vehicle that we agreed on a sale price earlier was now for another customer and that if I would come into the dealership the next day they would try to get me another car. This was exactly why I decided to negotiate ahead of time to avoid wasting a 2 hour drive one way. The rest of the afternoon I received several phone calls from various managers and then finally a text that showed the sales agreement with the correct (negotiated price). I only answered my phone once to tell them to stop contacting me and that they had their chance and that they should be ashamed for their deceitful behavior. They still kept calling for up to a week later.

As promised, I purchased a brand new Acura RDX from another Acura Dealership that afternoon at a better price than what I was negotiating with this dealership.

I had the absolute worst experience here. We came in and "purchased" a Honda pilot. We came in on a Thursday and left with the vehicle that night. Fast forward to Tuesday of the next week and I got a phone call to come in and sign some paperwork. I was told it wouldn't take long so I went in with my 3 youngest children ages 4 and under. We waited a few minutes and then someone came in and told me that the financing didn't go through and they were going to take the car.When I asked why I was just being told about the financing not going through I was told that it was because the banks were closed. Remember we came in on a Thursday and I wasn't called until the following tuesday. I didn't know what to do and I was essentially stranded with no way to get home with my kids and no way to pick up my older kids from school. I was in tears and I was told that if I took the car then the police would be called on me. I found someone to pick me and my kids up and left. Nobody offered to help me find a different vehicle or offered any solutions. It was incredibly embarrassing and I was humiliated. Fast forward to 2018 and my husband and I received a lovely toll bill for the Honda pilot that we never actually purchased but that this dealership registered in our name. We have spoken to someone there twice about the bill and have been told it will be taken care of but that hasn't happened. We are also still without a car big enough for our family. I am incredibly frustrated with the whole experience and I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. That is just not how anybody should ever be treated. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

My sister was looking for a good used low mileage vehicle. Our salesman Jason Sauer was very helpful and determined to find what we were looking for. I purchased a groupon for an alignment from Mac Churchill, sent it to my wife who had it done and then called me in tears with a crying baby that our $45 groupon was only good at their sister location (same name) in Bedford and that they were charging $130! At most an alignment cost $100 elsewhere but the lack of consideration and not offering at least a partial discount for the confusion because the service rep wants full commission is reason enough for me to NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!
