We purchased a new car through Mike at the end of July. He was very patient with us and overall it was a smooth transaction. About a month later, I scraped my car against something in my garage and was really upset about messing up my new car. I called the Service Dept. at Mac Churchill right away, hoping to get it fixed quickly. Well, I had a less than stellar experience with the Service Advisor. After speaking with an Asst. Manager in Service and speaking with Acura, I finally got sent to Churchill's General Manager, Sharbell (I hope I'm spelling that correctly.) What a gentlemen. He listened to my issue and took action swiftly. He was professional, communicative and effective. My car was fixed within a few days, and all with no inconvenience on my end. Sharbell truly understands what Customer Service means. His handling of this situation will keep me a customer at Mac Churchill - for service and for the future purchase of vehicles.
