Purchased the Fanatic triple action pump. What a revelation! My 12'6" board took about 15 minutes with my noisy electric pump. With this, I can pump it up in about 7-8 minutes, and it really isn't difficult. I highly recommend it, it arrived in no time at all.

I found the staff very helpful And professional before I made my purchase. I then contacted them after I snapped the paddle bracket by incorrectly putting it together. I sent them a email out of hours asking for help. I was shocked when I got a call from them out of hours. They explained how to fix it and then to my surprise they even replaced the clamp free of charge. This is customer service above and beyond what I expected. Would definitely recommend them.

Hi, I live in Holland and I recently (27/52020) ordered a hardbody/composite sup from The Supcompany. During ordering the owner Tony Jones was friendly and forthcoming but when it came to shipping/ delivery things turned bad. To start with delivery took way longer than promised. I got in contact with Tony several times asking him to provide me, again as promised, with a time and date for delivery but he was unable to provide me with a time or even a date. And when the first delivery failed because the driver apparently could not find my adress he again could/would not provide me with any info on a new delivery date " because he could not get in contact with them". However he did leave me a phonenumber to contact them myself. This proved to be the wrong number and only after several calls (even to England) I was able to plan the delivery. All and all this took quite some time and maybe it wasn' t their mess but I was the one that had to clean it. I find this to be completely unacceptable. When my sup finally got delivered (9/5/2020) I carefully inspected the box for damages etc. but it looked fine. I unpacked it the same evening only to find a big dent in the bottom of the board the next morning in broad daylight. I immediately contacted Tony, told him I carefully inspected the box, send him multiple pictures of both the dent and the box to show him there really was no damage visible and asked him for a response. Because he did not react I urged him to. He then reacted by asking me "Did you have the driver make a note of the damages when you accepted delivery?" As if he had not even read what I had already explained to him. I then repeated there was no damage visible and therefore there was no damage to report to the driver... Since then I have heard nothing from him. He did not even have the courtesy to respond when I sent him a reminder a couple of times. I think he feels he can get away with this kind of behaviour because I live abroad and it is almost impossible to start any legal procedure. So if you life outside the UK and are thinking about ordering from The Supcompany I would really think again! If you need them they will not be there to fall back on. Warranty clearly means nothing to them. I am writing all this down because I am incredibly disappointed and it is the only way to prevent other people from having the same experience. And to be clear: Yes I can substantiate all I have written!
Of course Tony will react as promptly as he did when I posted my review on Feefo. And of course he will make it look as if I am exagerrating and he was not at fault and did all he could for me. But I hope you will trust me when I say that is not the case at all!
I ordered a wetsuit from the SUP Company via their website and recieved an email confirming my purchase and that the money had cleared. 24 hours later I recieved another email stating "my order had been cancelled" they gave no reason, just that they had cancelled my order.
I checked my bank account and the funds had already been taken so I phoned them to ask why it had been cancelled and they guy on the phone said they don't have it in stock. No appology was given, no offer of when they could get me one, no alternatives were offered, nothing!!! The guy was very blazay about the whole situation. I told him I needed the wetsuit for this weekend, which is in 3 days, and asked when my funds would be refunded so I could order another from a different company, he replied that I wouldnt recieve a refund for 3-5 days.
Aweful customer service! I will never buy from them again.

No alternative was offered, only an email to say my order was cancelled. And no alternative was offered when I called you 24 hours after my order was placed. The fact you have now lied about how this was handled goes to show how untrustworthy your company is.

Unfortunately once the items were paid for I discovered after sales service was non existent.
Starboard composite SUP, which was supposed to be in stock a week after my order took weeks to be in stock with zero explanation from the company ( I had to chase myself to find out what was happening).
Once dispatched there was a mixup with the warehouse that I had it delivered to. Needed confirmation of delivery details from TheSUPCo to chase delivery, and once again they offered very little assistance.
Finally, I ordered rail tape and roof rack pads a couple of weeks later. Despite the pads being listed as 'in stock' when I placed the order, I receive an email 3 DAYS LATER to inform me that the pads were not in stock. I replied with an alternative choice and, surprise surprise, I had to chase them to get a reply.
The moral of the story - If your transaction goes smoothly then it's 5 stars. The slightest issue, and you get zero assistance. I hope others got better service than I did.
Great service. These guys have the most comprehensive range of boards in stock all available to test on site in lovely surroundings. Their extensive knowledge of the products and huge range of stock means you can buy with confidence and walk out with exactly the right gear. I went for the Red 11 3 sport and I m delighted with it.
I was completely stuck on what to get my Bro for his birthday then I saw an ad for the SUP Company so had a look at their website. Contacted the sup company by email over tips on my first sup board. They got back to me fast with good advise. i ended up going for a red 10'6 and working in carbon fibre i spent a little more for the carbon 50 paddle. The quality of the board was superb and even took it out for its first outing before the harbour master Paid me a visit. As i didnt realise the river was shut. The board was stable and i was standing up straight away and having fun. The paddle i was less impressed with as on its first puting the paint had flaked of on the paddle almost looking like the surface was not prepared correctly before painting. But all in this is a good company id be happy to go back to in the future.

Had a pleasurable order process, however when the board was delivered in my absence, things went all wrong. On opening, immediately on my return home, I saw the board was damaged and I contacted the Sup Co to inform them of that. There was an implication that I hadn t adhered to their policy of inspecting it on delivery; difficult when you re out and the delivery company don t notify you of a timescale! I complied with my legal obligations by inspecting it as soon as I could and informing them of the damage straight away. My girlfriend was in at the point of delivery, but wasn t given any option to inspect before the driver disappeared, not that it was necessary as the contract was between me and SUP Company, not her.
I had to inform Tony of my legal rights and their obligations, and that his policy didn t affect my consumer rights....take note if you get the run-around like I did. He finally agreed to allow me to reject the board. I would have accepted another but my trust had been eroded by now.
I delivered the board to the store and politely asked Jess if I could have an email confirming they d received everything, for my records. Nothing. I sent 2 more email requests. Nothing. Two more phone calls. Nothing. No info on refund either.
I thoroughly regret ordering from The SUP Company. They didn t actually inspect my board prior to dispatch, so the chances are it could have been damaged prior to their receipt. Who knows? But the chances are it could happen again and they try and pin the onus on the customer for daring to be out when the unannounced delivery takes place!

Board did not arrive on said day. Waited in for a full second day for board to arrive at 7pm, 2 lost days!
Tracking service was non existent. Tracking that only states "in transit" is no use. Board was damaged on arrival and not delivered by said courier (DSV). When repackaging board for return i noticed the box had been opened and re-sealed by DPD on opposite side i originally opened. Leash supplied was a coiled leash, no use for surfing despite board being a surf sup!!! Online chat support had a feel of being ignored. Overall a very disappointing amateurish feeling experience.

Ordered two replacement Starboard US fin box bolt and plate - had a slight hiccup with the order but all resolved in the end.

Poor communication, poor after sale service. Product not as described. Rude and unhelpful. I would use one of the other sup providers. Might get better service that way. (EDIT) cheers for the reply to my review but maybe if you spend more time answering your phone and emails then you do replying to bad reviews, you might not get the bad reviews in the first place.
Not a good shop, staff are clueless and not interested and I have paid for stuff and hasnt been delivered.

The purchase, delivery and processing went quickly and easily. The goods were in perfect condition. Since I had decided in the meantime for a different board, I arranged for the return shipment. This was done at your own expense. There was no confirmation of receipt of the goods, only from DHL. Inquiries via email were ignored or simply not answered. No information when the purchase price will be refunded.

I ordered a Fanatic SUP on Sunday evening and it was delivered first thing on Tuesday morning. Spot on service, thank you.
During the last weeks i tried to buy "something rather new on the market". I started with another shop in the UK that claimed to have it in stock. After four weeks I canceled the order since they we not able to deliver!
Next i placed an ordered in a "nr.1 online-shop in france", after they told me online that they have it "in stock". After some days I got the message "will be shipped in july". Yes, I canceled that order too.
I moved on to the online-shop from "The SUP Company". Short online chat, order, shipment on the same day, it arrived a few days later! :-)
Final verdict:
In my opinion this online-shop is really up to date (!), they show correctly what they have in stock (!), they answer questions immediately and very friendly (!), and shipment is perfect!
Compliments, will definitely be a preferred online-shop in the future!

Website says they have the paddle I want in stock, so I drive over to get it and some advice. Get good advice (this timr) but they haven't got the paddle, which I wanted for a training session today. I've visited here 3 times now since buying my board to get advice about what to buy to improve, but I found that I often know more than the staff I have talked too. Today was the last straw, enough is enough I won't be back again.

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this company. I bought a board from them back in the summer after using their excellent demo facilities and following their knowledgeable advice. I since progressed really quickly and Tony did an amazing deal for me to trade in my used board and get me a race board to fit my brief. They have been so patient and helpful with me to help me get the right board. My partner has now taken up the sport with me and the help continues even though we keep changing our minds on things. I broke one of my fibreglass rods and they quickly replaced it , no hassle. Same for a paddle that was unfortunately damaged, no one's fault but again they sorted it. I go back to them time and again. Yes they are at times super busy but that is because they are doing a good job and the owner spends a lot of time helping people so it is quite understandable. I believe in supporting UK home grown small businesses. Thank you Sup Company, keep up the good work.

As a beginner to the hobby of paddleboarding I wanted to make sure I invested my money in the right product. After lots of research I decided on the Red Paddle Voyager 13'2. Due to the lockdown the store was closed to the public. I emailed lots of questions and was given a prompt response. The board was out of stock initially so I pre ordered it. It arrived sooner than expected which was a great surprise. I have had an excellent customer experience with The SUP Company and would highly recommend useing them.

Great service. I phoned up and was given advice over the phone on what would be a good product in my price range. Ordered at 11AM and my new SUP was delivered the next day (Saturday) just after 9AM and we were straight on the river! Very happy with our SUP.
Very pleased with the advice and service received. I had spent hours doing Internet research following a paddleboard starter session elsewhere, and had convinced myself that I wanted a Red Paddle Ride 9'8" due to my weight (70Kg) and aspirations. After some discussion it was suggested that I should consider the longer, slightly narrower Sport, which I hadn't really looked at. Following some more research I could see the sense in going for the Sport model and I am pleased with the purchase, which arrived within a few days of ordering.
