Ordered the Fanatic Diamond Air 10 4 board with carbon paddle. The board is fantastic, very stable but also manoeuvrable and doesn t hurt that it also looks great! Service was very reliable, ordered on a Saturday afternoon, received first thing Tuesday morning. Would definitely use them again and currently enjoying having fun on the board in the last of the summer sun!

Speedy smooth service. My 2nd pair of vaikobi Leggings. Heavy use 2-3 times a week, comfy fit good perfect for K1 in winter, SUP and I live in them kayaking in the summer. Way better than neoprene.

Bought a new board for my partner's birthday. Really great experience. Called to verify that free UK mainland delivery includes our address in the very north of Scotland. Very friendly and relaxed chat with a guy who turned out to be the owner, and yes, free delivery includes us. Great!! The board was dispatched quickly and delivered in just two days. We found that a small part was missing, not their fault, it was a new board in its original packaging. Another friendly chat, a different friendly guy, and the missing part was shipped the same day and has now arrived. If only all shopping experiences would be this easy and enjoyable!!!!!!!

One of the few places with stock during the 2020 Summer of SUP when everyone in the UK seemed to buy an inflatable SUP! Bought an O Brien 10 6 all purpose board and it s great. Really well built.

Ordered a wetsuit and it said item in stock dispatched in 4-5 days but on the website they offer to have it delivered the within 1-2 days when ordering within x hours.

After asking a couple of days later, I didn t get a response via email.

Called them 5 days later and they said they have to order the product from ION and it will take 5 days before being dispatched. I asked to have the order cancelled. Nothing happened. No response to email which was sent after the call.

Another call 7 days later and now it will apparently take 10 days to get the item from ION. At least the order was cancelled now.

I was recommended to use The SUP Company as I was told they had excellent customer service.
I ordered my board online but ran into problems so phoned the company and spoke to Matt who was really helpful. After a slight delay the order was placed. Unfortunately there was an issue with stock and I was told that the board wasn't going to be available till 11th December. Following a email conversation with Jessica, the board was delivered 2 days later. So I cant fault them on their customer service. Would use them again as they actually listen to customers and pull the stops out when needed.

I have ordered a Red Compact 9 6 and Fanatic Fly Air Premium 10 8, from the SUP Company over the last month.
The speed of service and delivery has been exceptional, with next day delivery on all occasions. Great to get your new gear so quickly!
During this process, I received regular updates on order status and delivery time, within a one hour slot.

Great communication before my sale and really quick dispatch time! Everything was looking good. However on opening my delivery I got sent a 2019 paddle despite ordering a 2020 paddle. Sent many emails requesting a refund of the price difference as I wasn't too bothered by receiving a slightly older paddle. But no reply to emails, still waiting on my refund and it's coming up to a month long wait.

Friendly staff, very helpful. The leashes were forgotten in the box but before we d even phoned to let them know the staff had noticed snd sent them next day delivery.

I quickly needed some transportation kit and locks for my paddle board. A quick web chat with supco who advised me on the best products for my needs. Delivered straight to me the next day. Fantastic service.

Excellent, ordered a paddle in the afternoon and payed for standard shipping, arrived by DPD the the next day at 10am.
Then left it on a wall outside a pub... Doh.

Ordered a RED 9 8 ride, arrived very quickly and all in good order. I struggled to get the paddle to go together and after a bit of u tube watching I got it sorted. Loads of videos on line so fine. I was wondering how I register board for warranty then found QR code ! Would recommend to a friend.

I have brouht a RED Co sport paddle board through the team, initially i was looking at the ride series, but with the help, (and fact that i couldnt find the 10' 8" board anywhere), read up on their own reviews and their y-tube videos and when up the range to the sport - needed a slightly larger board due to my weight range, and now been out on the board a few times and its awesome..... the ordering service was easy, keeping up to date with my parcel was flawless and the end product is exactly what i was hoping for... I'd have no issues recommeding The SUP Company to anyone...

I wanted a new fin for my Starboard Airline. Browsing the web I found the sup co website. I made contact using the webchat feature (I usually avoid these things) but got through to a real person who really knew their stuff. We chatted through the various options I had and homed into a couple of options. I pondered my choice over the weekend and ordered one on Monday. Tuesday morning the new fin was sitting on my desk! Amazing service.
