Popped down to Woodmill and asked for advice about boards and SUP. The team were happy to stop unloading a delivery of stock to help and offer advice. Purchased 2 Red SUP s 10 6 Ride s- perfect for the whole family to get started on- excellent build quality/ rigid/ stable package. The boards were delivered the next day and now the whole family are hooked.

Board handles well, but has a little less width than others, meaning slightly less stable.

Board misses a few key features that others around the same prices offer, such as a front find to attach to, also the pump isn't great quality. A better dry bag would also be helpful.

Product information was accurate, telephone advice prompt, and valued, and the goods arrived exactly as promised.WELL DONE SUPCo! Highly recommended.

Ordered fantatic a board on the Sunday afternoon, received it Monday afternoon.. ordered another on the Thursday afternoon and got it Friday afternoon. I ve never had a delivery service this good ever! The Sup co also applied my NHS blue light card discount retrospectively on the first board too! Awesome company and I ll be using them again without fail! Thank you.

We went here to take advantage of their demo sessions to help us in choosing the right boards. I would highly recommend taking advantage of one of these sessions before buying a SUP or even a paddle for that matter. We left feeling well advised and happy with the choices we had made, the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, it's well worth traveling here and trying a board before purchasing, if it's too far then give them a ring.

Their Customer Service is a disgrace. I bought 2 SUPs. One started to open up around the seam and the valve (still functioning) and I wanted to know what I should do and they can do to fix it and make it safe again. This was in April 2019. Now we have Feb 2020. I call them every 2-4 weeks about the status, have to tell my story again and normally get NO response or an unhelpful we dont know status. They are quick with selling but after sales care and customer service is pretty alien to them. I feel so frustrated and helpless, unbelievable.

Great prices, great service and despite the minor issue mentioned I won't hesitate to use them again as the customer service was first class

Have been a few times for visits to get advice, information and try boards, and subsequently bought two from TSC.
Everyone is friendly and helpful but not pushy at all, and really just want to help you find the right board for you.
We have been really pleased with our Red Paddleboards, and the follow up customer service when we had a minor issue one morning was amazing; would highly recommend not ordering from the internet and getting the best kind of advice and back up for the future if you need it.

Very disappointing lack of after sales service with the incomplete order I received. Although my board arrived quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the Fanatic product, the package I purchased and confirmation order clearly showed a free waterproof mobile phone wallet and also a Velcro fastening to attach the leash to the board. This was missing and have called them and sent two emails and to date still no response or missing items that I have paid for being sent to me.

The best by far, even in these crazy times. I phoned them up and they gave me advice on what to get for myself and the family. I ordered online and it was sent with DPD who are also brilliant. My SUP was Delivered like lightning and Packed amazingly, I couldn t fault the service. Opened up and it was all there except a paddle. Called them and they sent the paddle the next day...what more can you ask for. These are probably the best company I have ever bought from in any times, let alone during this pandemic. I would give them 10+ stars if I could, thank you SUP Coy, I will be back again and you get my very best recommendations to anyone wishing to get into the world of SUP. Gold standard thank you.

Cannot fault my experience with the SUP company. Having shopped around my SUP package was as good a deal as I could find and with the added benefit of being able to pay interest free over 12 months was a BIG sell for me. The paddle board arrived within days of my order, which was fantastic service in the circumstances and I was happily paddling in no time. So far so good - thank you SUP company

From the first contact on live chat.. (even out of hours!) These guys have been fantastic. Their customer understanding and service is brilliant. I bought two Fanatic Ray Air Premiums 11'6" and 12'6" as the 11'6" was out of stock, I phoned them and was offered multiple ways to pay and had my 12'6" delivered the next working day.. well after someone got a toasting for missing my order that day! Even with this they called me to update me of this little faux pas (keeping me informed was the best thing to happen rather than saying the delivery company had messed up, or other random excuses other companies make up. A big thank you for that). With the 11'6" on back order they delivered it to me the day after they had them back in stock.
The dpd delivery service they use is informative to the delivery hour. Can't get better than that. It's the finishing touch to an outstanding service.
Love our new boards and thanks for the tremendous and honest service.

Outstanding service and a first class product! My daughter purchased a bundle that included a Fanatic 10ft 8 Fly Air Pure and Pure 3 piece carbon paddle. Great communication from the outset regarding delivery and where the board was in thaw process. Arrived a day earlier than estimated, as described and well packaged. All this through the pandemic.

Ordered a RED paddle board sport. Ordering online was easy. The board arrived promptly on the day expected. Board was as expected - all seemed to be in good order. The only observations were that the instructions for use could have been a little clearer in the booklet. Only complaint was the fin attachment. This required having to undo the nut and spacer, position the spacer in the bottom of the slot, insert the fin in the slot and then relocate the hole in the spacer adn tighten up. Looks like it could be easy to lose the spacer and nut. Would have been great if RED could supply a spare with each board.
First outing on the board was great - stable and preformed well. Looking forward to more trips out this summer.

Bought recently my first iSUP from this company. Good prices and many brand choices on offering. The order was sent quickly, although incomplete (without the included leash and some extra article) and without any kind of previous notice. I had to email the company to query about the missing articles. The CS representative was friendly and helpful. Just past one week after receiving the board package (took one week to reach me) I finally get the missing articles and were set to venture in the paddle world. Other than the aforementioned lack of initial info regarding the order being sent incomplete, the purchase experience was top-notch and would recommend.

Board was easy to purchase and sent out very quickly once in stock. RSS batons arrived late but were sent separately direct from the manufacturer. Only negative point was that the courier left the SUP on my door step!!! Luckily it was there still when I returned home. Pretty poor of DPD to leave it without a signature...it s a pretty valuable item. Otherwise all good.

Unfortunately not as positive experience as other reviews! No instructions on board use, safety or how to get help. Had to leave car keys and phone as deposits. On return was given someone else s car keys. No options to book time slots, was turned away at first as unable to hire any more boards by 1pm. Then advised to return in an hours time. No body checked boards in just asked if they were outside.

Great place for all things concerned paddleboards, I had such a great experience, ordered on Friday, the delivery was set for Monday but came on Saturday, I was out on the water by Saturday afternoon, I have since been looking for more products to order and would highly recommend to anyone

Overall these guys were amazing and unlike most places, it's not just about getting you to buy something.

As a beginner, choosing the right board can be daunting with so many on offer, but I received so much great, honest advice from The SUP Company that it was an easier process. With the addition of offering free teaching sessions at local water sports centres, the aftercare is incredible and they stand out by far from any other water sports retailer!

Having shopped around they couldn't be beaten on price and I even received my new inflatable Red Paddle 10.6 the very next day!

The best way to judge a company is when things do not go to plan. I bought a hydrofoil from the team - great service. But then when I put it together one of the bolts had a problem and was then firmly stuck. Tony and his team took it on and rather than push things back to the manufacturer which would cause delays, fixed it themselves. I am hugely grateful and they went the extra mile to sort this out for me. Great advice, superb service from friendly, decent people. Go with them!

Just AWESOME! The SUP company were really easy to deal with. The whole country seems to have sold out of SUPs at the moment so I put my details in for the email me when back in stock . They did warn me that they sell out quick so get in there quick. I did but I was buying using the interest free finance so it took a little longer but that was still super easy and didn t take very long. Approved and my board arrived the next day!! I LOVE MY BOARD! It has everything you need. It s amazingly good quality. Ray (I ve called it) has his maiden voyage last week and it was so good. Packed up nicely as well. I ve recommended The SUP Company to loads of my friends. Thank you again

Having purchased from the SUP Company a few times I never had a problem. Sadly I have on my most recent purchase. I ordered a paddle cover which was listed as in stock. The following week I hadn't received the item but my partner had received a notice from the postal service for an item with not enough postage paid. I thought it may have been my parcel so I emailed the SUP Company. They then called me and left a voicemail and subsequent e-mail very proudly stating that it wasn't them who had failed to pay the correct postage because they had, in fact, not sent the item as it was out of stock. The phone message and email both stated they tried emailing me and it may be in my junk folder and they tried to call. Immediately I checked my phone calls and had only received one call from them, the one in response to my email. Clearly they never tried calling me about my item being out of stock. Next I checked my e-mails and searched all of my folders and again, nothing about the item not being available. I then asked in an email for them to find the email they sent me from their sent folder so I could see when it was sent. I then checked the item listing and it was still showing as in stock and available for immediate dispatch. I got an email in response saying there was no record of an email being sent to me and they were sorry as they assumed it had been sent.

I accept mistakes happen, but to be lied to about supposed emails and phone calls is unacceptable. I have now lost faith completely with this company.

A good company is not one that gets everything right, but one that deals with things properly when they go wrong. I am really disappointed to be lied to and made to feel as though it was me who had messed up. Luckily I am very particular and I knew I had not been phoned or emailed and called them out. Some people would have accepted their fabricated story and I think it's sad they would go to these lengths to avoid owning up to their mistake. I hope the SUP Company read this and have a change of heart regarding customer care. Lying is not an option.

After 10 months bumps came out in hull during hot weather. When complaining to Red paddle board company and the management at sup company, both not really interested. Many numerous excuses made including bumps are there on all red elite boards from the beginning. Which is untrue... wont replace or refund.
Experienced paddle boarder extremely disappointed.

First impression of unboxing the Jobe 11' 6 Duna 2...

First impression of unboxing the Jobe 11' 6 Duna 2020 was like wow this is a great product overall indeed, everything looks sleek and clean. Inflating the Sup gives you a bit of a warm up and normally takes around 10-15mins, haven't taken it out yet due to sheilding but can't wait looking forward to it!!! Photos to follow soon lol.
And lastly the Staff at Sup Company were very professional with helping me choose the right Sup inregards to experience,balance and speed which is a plus.
Because there's a lot of SUP boards out there and you can get a little frustrated not understanding what SUP is right for you could that could be costly.

Great goods, promptly delivered, but these successes involve limited input from The Sup Company . Unfortunately in my direct interactions with The SUP Company they failed to meet my expectations following a recommendation from a friend.



The underlying value isn t important here but the poor customer service certainly leaves a sting and accordingly I won t be buying from The SUP Company again and will advise friends to do the same. A shame, I really wanted to like The SUP Company as I venture into a new sport.

Subsequently The SUP Company did resolve my issue and accordingly rating amended from 1 Star to 4 Star.
