I bought a model a few years ago and broke the closing slider there is little (totally my fault). I went to the shop to make a quote (a drink of choice was even proposed to me during the wait ... coffee, water, champagne) and it was repaired gracefully in the afternoon. Following this my companion decided to buy a bag. Home irreproachable, a perfect advice and listening to us who offered different models and offered champagne before even knowing that we were going to buy. He accompanied us for the marking and even shared his knowledge of the Louis Vuitton house during the wait (it's nice to see someone competent and passionate). We did not display any outward sign of wealth and we are not a millionaire yet we were welcomed and accompanied as are other guests who spend 10 times or maybe 100 times more. We will gladly come back.
