Got very good service. Thanks to the sales assistant for the very nice service. All staff seems sooo friendly and polite. It was my first time in this LV store in champs elysee, i used to buy in LV in Printemp. The last time i was there was very bad experience, i finished in bad mood at the end of my purchase. The sales assistant Nicolas O i never forget his name. He has very bad treatment! Seems not happy to serve! I left my bag for a hot stamping and when i came back to get it, he acted like he didnt see us and nobody accomodated us and there he go, one young sales guy who got my bag and just gave me without box is he joking? He just handed me the bag in dustbag and shopping bag but no box. I was very upset, in my mind (what is this kind of service??) I dont deserve this,i paid a lot for a very small bag and treated like i only buy in preloved??? So that was the story in LV PRINTEMPS.
AND JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS LV STORE IN CHAMPS ELYSEE IS THE BEST. I WILL DEFINITELY COMEBACK.
