My friend and I ended up coming twice. The first time we stood around for about an hour with NOT a sould acknowledging us. Finally after splitting up we both were able to be helped.

We came back the next day to pick up our bags and were finally greeted by a very kind guy who continued to ask if we needed help, offered us drinks, and was just overall friendly.
