Has everything you could ever need and they treat you like a VIP every time.

To wait outside to be able to return in a place which is not a monument like the Louvre is exasperating and ridiculous. I waited for my sister who absolutely wanted to go there.

Staffs are unfriendly and they ignored me. I tried hard to approach a sales assistance and wished to buy a small gift for my family. Poor service and I m not coming back.

The reception is perfect and reflects the spirit of the high-end brand.

The service level at Loui Vuitton Maison Champs Elyssee was really great with many "servants" with friendly personal serving Champagne, Coke and water. What else can you expect

It seems good there was queue and we were in a hurry couldn't wait .

I think Louis Vitton is a celebrity and it's normal that prices are a bit "expensive" if we say. In the Champs Elysees it is normal that Louis Vuitton is also part of the French culture. I loved :)

World best leather goods store in Paris. Very well decorations & good service at all.

Beautiful store- multiple levels, vast selection of bags, clothes, shoes, etc.

Everyone in the store was nice and helpful to me. Jing Jing was helping me and she was great. I came in and was not dressed up (I was dressed comfy lol) and I was treated well.

Maybe the worst service you've ever had in Paris?

The number of employees is insufficient compared to the number of guests, and the guest keeps coming in, but no one responds.
Besides, I told the woman manager on the first floor that I would like to see a bag that I like. "Wait a minute now because the staff is busy, next customer of the next employee is you? I did not want to go to a Western couple, but I moved to them right away.

Lafayette Louis Vuitton I went here first, and Lafayette is a hundred times more friendly. If you have the design you want, you can take it all out and show it to you.

I'm in a bad mood, so I take a taxi and go back to Lafayette.
Do not waste your time and feel free to go shopping at Lafayette.

It goes without definition and the Paris branch is particularly big and cheers my favorite

Brought two LV bags there, but not impressed with their customer service. The store itself is very nice and in a convenient location.

Nice typical Louis Vuitton store, probably one of the most important. The store was very big, we were standing by a little queue but after 5 minutes we got in already. In itself he has all kinds of current articles to offer, but I miss the Louis Vuitton Trunks, which are decades old.

Go and find Mr. Antoinio Sachez here, he really good and really helpful guy..He serve you very well and know various knowlegde about LV product.

Very pleasant staff with customers. Items not all well presented, however, in the shop.

We visited yesterday and the staff at the front door were courteous in welcoming visitors. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to attend to us we left. LV is all about catering to Asian's who would buy LV as a status symbol. The store atmosphere is cold and sterile and uninviting.

You have to walk-in and ask for help as soon as you can. It is crowded but once you get help they will actually help you. If you see something you want buy it before it s gone. Really clean store. The store is huge, employees are alittle rude but it s not gonna make you not come back in. When we go back to Paris we will come back.

Great experience here. You get your very own LV rep and they work with you to meet all your needs from start to finish. Champagne while shopping is also a nice touch.

If i could give zero stars I would! Appalling condescening service. We had gone sightseeing and walked up the Eiffel tower so wasn't dressed to impress. Not sure if this was the reason or I had the rudest sales person in store.

The mother store of LV...shopping here with my mom was memorable.

Nothing less than $1000 but exactly what one expects to find (high end). There is a men's section but reflects a married couples closet, a complete fashion store loaded for women. Sales ppl were extremely helpful. During busy shopping hous be prepared to stand in a line outside as only a certain number of shoppers are allowed in ast any one time dir security purposes.

Beautiful Vuitton store, but too many sales world not accessible too much waiting. If you are in a hurry go on Avenue Montaigne.

Extremely rude customer service. Would have given it zero star if we could. The Asian woman wearing glasses at the cashier counter told us that the toilet is not open to the public with an attitude, something we had never experienced in any other boutique store. It killed all our desire for shopping and we walked out of the store right after.

Great service massive location. Knowledgeable staff who was very helpful despite the crowds.

Disappointed I bought a brand new Thompson bag I put it next to a dark fabric the color went into the leather. Louis Vuitton can't do anything 1,500 spent on a poorly made item
