Happy with a new bag.
Very busy when I visit the store. We could not be helped as well and when I turned or returned another customer was already gone with the bags I was trying.

visit this day and never again. My husband spotted a set on a dummy and we asked where we could find it. The saleswoman (a certain age, glasses, brown with a ponytail in the men's department) looked at us from very high (indeed we are not typical Asian or Russian customers ...) and gave us the price of each piece history of not wasting his time (2200 and 800 ) We wanted to try it and leave with the full. We turned our heels and left live!

There was a long queue that wrapped around to outside of the store. I didn t mind waiting, since I thought the queue would move fast. Over an hour later a SA finally comes outside and proceeds to tell people the items they want are out of stock. She does the same for me, I knew this was just a technique to get people to move out of the queue since it was nearing closing time. The person standing in front of me was dressed from head to toe in LV. The SA looked at him and allowed him to jump the line and enter the store. I was baffled and asked her why he got preferential treatment. She continued to lie and said he had an appointment with the ready to wear. Why would he wait over an hour in line if he had an appointment?
When I finally entered the store not one SA came up to me and asked me if I needed help. They were all too busy trying to pack up and close. When I addressed someone and asked for the specific bag I wanted to buy, she said: We close in 5 mins, we cannot request any more bags to get brought up. She said this in the most disrespectful manner.
I waited around 1,5h in line just to get told that I will not get served.
This is the most appalling treatment I ve every received. You get better service at monoprix than this so called luxury store.

It often takes a long time to queue up, because too many sturdy mainland customers have come to buy a lot of money.
The LV flagship store on the 4th floor is very good. The price is also cheaper than the Asian store, plus the tax rebate, it will really buy.

Very expert and polite. The service has become of high quality. They just need a guest toilet. It is not a short purchase because you have to turn to an accomplice of sales and during the purchase, there is office work and in case you want your initials to be put on the article, you also have to wait, now not to say that there was a long outside line to enter. So in reality, I guess toilets are necessary. There is a men's section but mirrors the closet of a married couple, a busy full fashion store for women.

You are advised with professionalism, there is a huge choice of products.
Vendors take the time it takes to satisfy your desire and point you to the best choices.
I also wanted to mention Mr Jean Ginape for his professionalism and kindness during our purchases.

Wow, 20 minutes before the store opens and there is a long line. When we were finally inside, everything I asked for were out of stock, even simple coin wallet with zipper. Only had 2 options. Really? Thought this is the biggest stores and should have more options. All the purses are the same. Out of stock or only one ugly color. Each passport is only allowed to buy one purse and two wallets or two purses one wallet. I bought a few items I didn t want anyway. The second day I went to the LV store in Montaigne and got everything I wanted.

Expecting to buy a cheaper back pack in Paris LV than in Singapore but apparently doesn't make much difference in the price other than getting savings on tax rebate. The service is so so, unfortunately the man who's helping me is a freshman in LV and doesn't understand much on the tax rebate causing much delay in settlement. They serve champagne and other drinks to their customers. The floor size is undoubtedly the biggest LV I have ever seen.

We waited in line about 30 minutes and the store is huge. Immediately we were asked if we needed any help, and I said which bag in particular I was looking for. The manager found us an attendant right away, who spoke beautiful English and was very kind. It was our first time buying designer and it was overall a very lavish and great experience.

Also the sales consultant I dealt with did not seem to have updated knowledge for the stock in the shop and he suggested one purse I liked was sold out but it was available when I went to downstairs. In general, I felt they were trying hard to upsell to their customers.

Such an amazing store. If you are a fan of Louis Vuitton and in Paris, definitely stop here for a visit. Staff was very friendly and extremely respectful. I have not been in a Louis Vuitton quite like this where the staff was so kind and helpful.

I did not experience the experience I was looking forward to. The store is more like a luxury mall than a luxury boutique. We have to queue outside because visitors do not even come to buy in general. We do not feel the exclusivity and prestige of the brand.
The seller was a little slow and too "lick boot" I felt too much, it made me feel uncomfortable.

I can not afford to go but I admire the French know-how. Continue to make us dream with your quality products. I save to give my wife a day, a bag or a perfume. The famous LOUIS VUITTON briefcase would be a must for lunch in a park. Your reputation is international and it shows with the daily queue in front of this store. Hat low.
