The minute we walked in, staff/employees starred and followed us around closely. I wanted to shop around but wasn't worth the time.

Multi level LV store sometimes with a short line outside. My problem is articles are often sold out and long lines here. The staff helpfulness can be hit and miss, often unable to get assistance when needed.

The top of the range when you can have fun ... an image of ambassador of France.

Place was too crowded for the amount of staff working. We were in there for 45 minutes and couldn't find help anywhere.

Ok rude they're not the best in customer services. They love certain type of people they prefer to work it.

Absolutely Terrible service. I understand a wait line outside to not overwhelm sales people and for every customer to get proper service, however, these sales people do not care one bit about service.

I went in Friday and waited 45 minutes to try on a pair of shoes I wanted - not one sales person addressed me even after I asked to be helped. the store was busy so i decided to leave. Went in the following day, and it wasn't very busy at all - again wanted to try on a pair of shoes. Noticed another girl waiting and I asked her how long she had been there - she looked at her watch and stated she was there for an hour waiting without any acknowledgment from sales staff. I waited another 30 minutes and decided it wasn't worth the wait...so I went to check on my boyfriend.

My boyfriend came with me as he wanted to purchase a wallet - so he went to wait at the sit down area at the front with the accessories in the show cases - there must've been 4 sales people there - not one greeted or addressed him despite sitting there for 30 mins (while I was waiting to try on shoes). However, they were buzzing around talking to each other, busy on their cell phones. when I expressed my frustration with waiting - one of the snotty sales reps said "Well, this isn't a hospital", to which my boyfriend answered "Well thank goodness for that, with all of this unnecessary waiting, we would all be dead if it was a hospital."
The sales person scoffed and walked out in a huff.

I will never understand the sales staff and it's only at this location - there's another LV on Avenue Montagne who are willing and able to assist customers. I can't believe these idiots are allowed to work there or speak to anyone with their terrible attitudes.

In fact, I went straight to Hermes and Gucci where I was greeted with a smile and walked out with half a wardrobe and a number of new accessories. Last time I'll ever visit that location, don't waste your time.

Nice place, easy to find, many varieties of LV, well served with snack, wine champagne juice,. Unfortunately the security guard in ground level (old man) made unconvenience to people while choosing the item in ground level

Magical place ..., home to the height of the reputation of this great House. As for the Bordeaux store, you just have to go see it and you will have the opportunity to appreciate the extreme kindness of the whole team.

Had to queue for 30mins to enter but I guess that's common. Once insidez the staff were wuite shorthanded and you have to wait in line for about 30mis just to be served. This is quite different when I visited 5 years ago

Coming as part of a fake customer experience for a course, I had the right to a very good time in the shop !! Despite the wait, I was very well received by a saleswoman who took particular care to respond to my request. I tried a pair of shoes that I would have loved to buy. Thank you to the counselor who was of exemplary professionalism.

The famous store is on the corner of George V & Champs. Back in the day Champs used to be " the upper class" place to shop - that is gone now. Once you step outside the store, there are migrant beggars, or young groups of women asking you to sign a fake petition, while they try to rob you. The Street is dirty, with litter. Yes, you may have to wait in line to enter the store, and they will scan your bags because of terrorist. The staff are friendly and most speak English. I went to review the window displays, which are fun and full of creativity.

Sad to say, that it looks like Champs, is going low class.

Store with a rather nice welcome. The items are expensive it is obvious you must provide a special budget if you want to buy but still nice to see the items without buying.

Probably the biggest Lv I've ever been to, a very large selection, you get a Lady who shows you around and helps you choose your clothes. Prices are similar everywhere. The downside is that they let a few people in, so there are large queues in front of the entrance. Overall ok

Impressive store, well layed out and a pleasure to shop in.

I am very busy. French people responded well, waited for a cup of coffee until a person who could speak Japanese came, and offered coffee. The Japanese after that is the worst. In a bad face that looks unwelcome, I said that the item is not in my home. It seemed like a foolish Japanese tourist. The work was nice, but it is not a welcome feeling. Actually, other shops are not crowded and correspondence is also good, so I think whether it should be elsewhere in Paris. Although I think that it is worth while going inside and watching the atmosphere, I do not feel like buying it.

I was really big fan of Louis Vuitton but the staff here, they are soo rude when they talk to customers who just want to buy the products from here, the 1st store in the World. You will just have to wait n wait n will listen again "Just Wait" from the rude staffs there as very rude manner not friendly attitude or not friendly voice. They think they sell the Best products n luxurious product but the staffs attitude, they are soo much far away compared to their products that they sell for. They really need some service training how they approach to the waiting customers.
They ruined my Paris Trip on the day when i visited there n also, affected a lot for the Brand Image that I had. This store, it might be the First store in the World but the service mind of the staff, it is soo bad!

It is quite beautiful because it is our head shop, but avoid the weekend. I felt like Myeong-dong of Korea .. I wanted to buy it. I asked the server about 3 people and I do not know when it will be.
