Can't stand this place. Leather is horrible. Went in and bought a bag for a friend, I would never shop here. The experience was horrible like the product. They made you wait in line like a night club. You know, the ones like Vegas when it's empty inside, but a long line outside? Just like that. I went in and straight to the counter for the big bags. I was there for 45 minutes while the sales guy went and killed/skinned a cow for me. Seriously, how long does it take to go back and pick up the damn bag. All this time, I wasn't even offered a glass of water for a 7k bag... the guys buying a small wallet was offered bubbles in flute glass... the place is a joke. Avoid. Save your money and spend it on something that will enrich the world and not your ego. Told my friend this is the last time I will buy for him, and for him to reconsider his life choices.

This Took 30 minutes of waiting to get in the store and 1 hour to get a sale consultant to be served and after that the sale consultant was not very pleasant in serving me. By this i meant she could not get my apple pay working and blamed me for wrong receipt tax refund as i wanted the cash refund but she put it card refund, which took extra time to fix the receipt. Come on man!!! a luxury brand sure deserve a better customer service than this. Feel so bad with this experience in this store, i do not recommend to buy in this store.

Flagship LV store. Super busy. I prefer the LV in St Germain which is a much calmer shopping experience instead of being pushed and shoved by mainland Chinese tourists who arrive by the bus loads.

The WORST service I have ever experienced! On our trip to Paris we decided to purchase 3 bags from the LV store. The long queue was dreadful, however because we were there with 2 children in strollers a sales rep advised us to wait inside. We waited well over 45 minutes before we had a sales agent come help us. Somebody asked us if we wanted to drink something, we never got our drinks. When a sales agent finally assisted us, it still took 3 hours to complete the transaction!!!! How is that acceptable??? They were extremely slow in showing us the bags, and paying for them took even longer. We wasted 3 hours of our day in that store with 2 small children. And to top it all off, they don t have any bathrooms for their clients. My toddler child had to use the bathroom and they told us to go across the street to a McDonals! Simply unacceptable! After insisting that was beyond absurd, a manager, said my child could use the staff bathroom. We were literally there to spend thousands of dollars, for such an awful service. This was not the first LV store I ve been to but definitely THE WORST ever! Thank you for making my shopping experience memorable for all the wrong reasons.

I had a very disappointing experience in this shop at Louis Vuitton, we waited 30 minutes for a seller to take care of us and in addition this saleswoman was very disparaging, already that I was not a fan of the brand basic it made me even more disgusted. Nothing to do with the quality of a service at Dior or even Yves Saint Laurent finally brief in any case very disappointed. Not to mention the wait outside the shop which is normal I can see but the fact that people are privileged according to their dress I find it unacceptable

If you ever get the chance to stop by here, definitely do so. The service is pretty amazing. If you also get the chance, ask for an associate named Mengjie, she was wonderful. She helped each person, individually, in my family. The four of us, each left with something. She was very patient, attentive, personable, kind and just overall, great. I've always been on the edge about Louis Vuitton because I felt they were overrated, but now I see why they're such a big brand. Not only are their products fantastic, their service is exceptional. Next time I'm in Paris, I'll definitely be stopping by again. (Side note: If you've never purchased any goods from another country, they'll help you sign up for tax refunds. They will provide you with the forms and everything you'll need.)

Yes, you have to wait in line outside... But if you're into fashion and in Paris, you probably won't mind a little wait. Note, they no longer have a museum upstairs, that's moved to the "Louis Vuitton Foundation".

My wife and I have been here a few times. We bought a bag on the first occasion and most recently a little wallet. What I really like about this place is the excellent service and attentive staff. Each time we were paired with a stellar SA. This last time, he took us on a tour of the whole place, got us free champagne and talked with us for over 30 mins. I couldn't believe it but he was just extremely friendly I guess.

Why waste your vacation at a store? Well, you can get better prices in France at the flagship store than you can in the US or elsewhere. You can get a refund on the VAT tax which is built into the price. So a 2000 Euro bag, you'll get about 240 euros back (~12%). When you add it all up, you're saving significantly over driving down to your local LV and paying full boat rates. Whether you report it to customs and pay the tariff upon re-entry is your call (I did, and it was still way cheaper).

I'm giving 4/5 stars because there is no public bathroom, which seems outrageous to me. Twice now I've had to use the can while spending decent coin and was forced out on the Champs El to find a McDonald's or something. Ridiculous!

No magic from Louis Vuitton. For about 15 minutes nobody asked me if I needed, then the clerk was not willing to show the article, the questions about the colors available, measures and if it were the new collection ... I made them, then looked with a sufficiency for my purse, a tourist visit to Paris, which annoyed me and I went out. A name like this that sells a luxury item in my opinion, must receive and treat the possible customer with professionalism and courtesy ALWAYS. Disappointment!!!

When going to the LV Flagship store, ask for Olivier!!!

I took my girlfriend to the Louis Vuitton Flagship store in Paris to buy her a LV bag as a surprise for our vacation. We were there on Saturday, July 14th. It was hot and we waited in line. The staff, with men in black suits, ties and white shirts with black ties shoes and women in black dresses, served us bottles of water from a serving tray. We were two Americans, dressed in shorts, t-shirts and sneakers, far from the best dressed people in the store.

After my girlfriend asked what we were doing there and I told her I came there to buy her a bag (shock and awe), I spoke to a manager who introduced us to this tall gentleman, Olivier Desirer (forgive me if I misspell your last name). My girlfriend surprised me by asking for a different bag. Olivier brought out the bag she requested, answered all of her questions and gave guidance as requested. Never pushy to hurry along to the next sale or be rid of these sweaty Americans.

Instead, he asked if we wanted something to drink. We had champagne. He took my camera and took pictures of their unbelievable ceiling sculpture. Olivier gave my girlfriend perfume samples and gift wrapped her new bag. He walked us to the door and shook hands with us and thanked us for coming in. By far the BEST shopping experience I've had anywhere. Thank you, Olivier!

My experience was excellent at this LV store. Laureen Calcat was my SA. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She brought me a wide variety of bags, in a couple of cases searching to find the only one in the inventory, and helped me to find the perfect bag for me. This was actually my first LV purchase, but Laureen helped to ensure that it will not be my last!
