Large boutique with a wide choice but with unqualified staff. Lack of soul. The sellers are almost absent, and are not there. To be avoided especially on Saturdays. Nothing beats the Louis Vuitton on avenue Montaigne

The service was 1st class. I wanted to buy a wallet and was treated friendly and respectful. The boutiques in Germany should all come down with a slice of the French. I was offered drinks and I was not snootily looked at. I was met at eye level and was not too bad for a smile.

great service. all it takes to smile and say hello.the hostest offered us to take the lift to 2nd floor, there are more free sales people to help. and the sales lady was very helpful and professional. they even offered drinks. i didn't have but they had water, orange juice and champagne!

One of the biggest store in Paris, Nelly was super helpful :)

Sadly it is a super busy store thus no one will have time to step up and serve you. Have to wait until some sales assistant is available luckily after some time we got Nelly, she is very nice and lots of patience showing us all the stuffs we ask for .

I am so sorry for the company beacause they put so much love in the details of the Store but this is all destroyed by the employers who are just unfriendly and condescending. Some behave like they are the owner of the Store.
I just want to spend money and have fun, in the end I end up beeing angry about how they treat me.

Well what can I say, LV visits are always a dream for the SO and this store gave her exactly what she wanted, that is limited pieces exclusive to the store and limited in quantity......but check this .....

(1)upon leaving, we opened up one pack just to see the wonderful bag and surprisingly , it was not the one we bought.

We had to go back in and ask for the correct one.

(2)The next morning we find out the bag that should have been only 1 in Paris, is at a few other stores in Paris.

So its either the sales lady doesn't know what is going on OR she lied to us.

I would have put 5 stars, but the invasion of tourists not respecting anything, devoid of politeness (especially the Chinese), makes me flee from this Louis Vuitton store, it would almost fight to defend his place! I prefer that of Montaigne or the corner of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann ... At one time there was no queue outside, I do not know if that has helped the situation.

Excellent, polite service was given from entrance to exit. Numerous greetings at the start, numerous offers for help in the middle, and numerous polite goodbyes when we left. We only purchased two small items but were treated quite while. I see why they hold the place they hold in the culture.

Very nice shop inside and out, but ...... the items are shockingly expensive and these are for people with a lot of black money who come in there. We as ordinary people with a normal income cannot pay there. For example, a salary per month of 2000, then you run out of money for one item. I can't pay there.

What a wonderful store! Obviously not for everyone, but it's beautiful to see. The bags are beautiful and so are the clothes! I really liked the guy upstairs who engraves your first name, initials, or whatever, on the item you just bought ... and ..... With gold leaf !! !
So a must see !!!
