First time at this beautiful place and was immediately greeted. I told them what I was looking for and was directed to a salesman, Oliver, who helped me find the bag I was looking for. Oliver will be the reason I come back. His service was beyond and above. I could not be happier with the purchase process and the courtesy champagne is good too! Thanks Oliver!

Terrible! Went twice half hour before closing, both time was told they were closed. If they were going to close half an hour early, just change the website, otherwise, as a business, I think one should at minimum stay with what s published on their own website.

I was willing to buy bags in Louis Vuitton, and I came all the way here to Paris, which is the origin of the LV. I travelled 6492 miles just to buy some bags, and what I received is, a very very very TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I queued in line for 30 minutes to enter the shop, I was willing to queue as I know a luxury brand does this because they want to serve every customer personally. But after I ve entered the shop, I ve targeted what bags I want, just to wait someone to approach me and I will gonna purchase it. After standing in front of the bag that I want for like 20 minutes, all the salespeople just passed by me and just ignored me, and SAY CUSTOMER FIRST IN FRONT OF ME WITHOUT NOTICING ME. I don t think Louis Vuitton deserve the title of luxury brand, as even the Headquarter don t know how to show the customer service that a luxury brand should have. I m very disappointed.

Although it is the flagship shop in this area. Keeping customer waiting in line outside the store was not a good strategy, especially during summer time. The staff inside was not very patient and keep on asking us wether we want to buy it or not while showing her impatience all over her face. We had an awful shopping experience here.

Very professional and polite . Service was excellent. They just need to have a restroom for the patrons. Its not a quick purchase because you have to wait for a sales associate and upon purchase there ia some paperwork and if you want your initials put on the item you have to wait also, not to mention there was a lengthy line outside to get in . So I really think a restroom are needed.

Arrived at store an hour prior to closing . Was not allowed to wait in line because that also was closed. Can't imagine closing a line with 15 people ahead me with an hour left of operating hours.. Hope the customer service is out of this world.. I will never get the chance to know as my time of Paris is coming to a close..

Price is ok. Not too expensive compare to asia. Store was big. The articles are various and lots. The only bad thing is their service. I know they want to make sure 1 customer - 1 personal shopper but they seem cannot keep up with it. Understaff and make the place look bad.

My wife and I are Americans living in Europe and made sure to stop in during our stay in Paris. This is an amazing flagship store for LV and can be very busy.

We stopped in on a slower Sunday which was still very busy. We looked around and waited for help but no one seemed available. Unfortunately, a lot of people come in just for a keychain or to gawk, so, we were initially treated as such.

Then Anthony came up and asked us if we needed help. The right question! Long story short, he was very helpful, and very sweet to our dog (yes they are dog friendly). As we were shopping for many items and needed some extra time he brought us to the VIP area (Little Yachty's promotional Team were there as well for his European tour...)

We ended up with a new dog collar for our pup, a gorgeous handbag for my wife, a new billfold for me and a new briefcase and a bag to bring back for my mother in law... all exclusive to the store. Anthony filled out our paperwork for the VAT refund and grabbed us a taxi. Did I mention he brought us macaroons and champagne???

Great store and amazing help. Ask for Anthony!

One of the most beautiful shops on the Champs Elysees with spectacular showcases where you can find products of exceptional quality, from top of the range to French. We are always very welcome and we do not hesitate to serve you a flute of champagne or what you want when you wait for your article. The after-sales service is also of high quality.

I can understand the time waiting outside.
And inside, the staff said me " i call the seller for you, stay here", and I waited. That's how I've been waiting for an hour - 2 hour.
But staff didn't apologize to me or make excuses.
And while I was waiting, staff made excuses and apologized to the other person next to me. They came in later than me. They were not VIPs either.
When I walked into the store, i thought 'I will buy two bags', but I didn't want to buy bags in a rude place, so I just left.
Louis Vuitton is a luxury brand that everyone around the world knows, but manners and service are the worst. Please be careful

There was so horrible experience from here. The seller broke our appointment that the seller kept our bag if it was there next morning. Also if the bag was there, she could keep it in 2 hours. That is why we were heading to Louis Vuitton early in the next morning, but she was not there. And then another seller served us but he was mean and he told us keeping bag in 2 hours was impossible. Moreover, the other seller who was her suddenly interrupted our conversation. She was so rude and I felt kind of racial discrimination. They changed what they said. The manager was coming and she also were so rude and she looks like she was completely unapologetic about that. Our honey moon trip to France were so totally spoiled by them.

Please be careful for all traveler who want to buy something here.
