It's like a amusement park when you go inside with the amount of people that are in there. It takes forever to get a salesperson to help you spent lots of money. Overall, go to look around but if you wanted to be waited on hand and foot while buying items you're better off going to a more traditional LV store somewhere else.

This shop is impressive, we really enter a world of fashion. The presentation is perfect, we see people place themselves with flutes of champagnes in front of sellers to make their choice. Even if the prices are out of reach for probably almost everyone, the shop is worth the detour!

I am so disappointed after already buying several items at Louis Vuitton I had a problem with a bracelet that I took to the customer service of the 4th floor which at first did not want to know anything because according to them my bracelet n was no problem if I take it to you It is not for nothing this famous bracelet worth 525 euros even if it opens itself I had to force them to take me the bracelet to make an expertise I called back 3 weeks later then they told me they had 10 days to call me back, but even if they were not able to do that on Friday, I managed to reach the gentleman who had took my bracelet the first time he told me that after expertise he has no problem the next day so I come back to collect my bracelet and ask for a document that proves that they have really passed expertise I am told it no no document to be issued j I had to wait 1:30 on the 4th floor to finally tell me that they lost my bracelet and give me a new one at first is that it does not even take care to pay attention to your business but two it was a stroke of luck that he lost it at least this one holds it and does not open by itself. after waiting 1:30 as he does not find my bracelet the seller to dare to ask me if I had not come in the meantime so I wait 1:30 to be insulted thief clearly that she disrespects

Interesting experience vising the flagship store. I did not think that the store had a large selection of items, you have to wait in line before being able to go in (we waited about 40 minutes). The location in Nice is smaller, has a much larger selection and no wait.

I was a bit hesitant at first to visit this flagship store due to all negative reviews I ve read here. My experience is totally fabulous. We came around noon on 27th December and there was no line outside, only polite security check fellows at the entrance. The store was full of customers inside and all staff were engaged with them. We strolled around for a while, looking at displays and finally when ready to ask for some items ( I knew exactly what I was looking for), we approached Florence who was in the ground floor and she instantly helped us, got the bag I wanted and even recommended a matching wallet. All of that with an amazing smile, nice chat and coffee.
After we finished ordering the bag and wallet, she took us around for a visit to the store and showed some jewelry we wanted to see. One item was not available and she checked for a store where it was in stock and gave us a card with the item number, store location and recommendation from her.
It took a while to get the final bill and tax free form filled, but Florence took care of it all. In the end, while she was waiting for my purchase to be personalized with my initials, we enjoyed champagne and played around with some luxury luggage.
In the end, Florence escorted us to the elevator on our way out with my amazing purchase, that she additionally wrapped as we were about to walk outside into the rain.
The whole experience took about 1.5h, but it was pure pleasure and I m highly recommending it! If you will splurge for LV, at least make it memorable!

A lot of goods are not available, the service attitude is also general, the most important thing is that just a few people, queuing in and going for an hour and a half, I don't know what to say, and asked seven packages to say no. Not to say that everything can be bought here?

There were not too many customers but still I waited outside for one hour and half, I don't know why should I went in and I asked for more that 7bags and they answered always No No. I don't know what can I Say, just one tip: if u don't want to waste time, you don't go there. Thanks!

Service was terrible. Really poor. We had to wait until someone helped us and the help was very poor without any passion or any joy. This is not what you expect when you visit the flagship store of a very expensive and premium brand. Totally unacceptable. Also the store has many many steps so it was terribly annoying to walk around with a buggy. Nobody offered any help. They just watched me cart the buggy in great difficulty down the stairs and all the way up the stairs on the way back. Shame.

Decent experience as is to be expected from the flag ship store, but don't use the free monogram service... Spend half a fortune then stand in line for 45 minutes because they only staff one monogram associate.
