Flagship store with flagship crowds go to say you have been and but from a different store

It's like a amusement park when you go inside with the amount of people that are in there. It takes forever to get a salesperson to help you spent lots of money. Overall, go to look around but if you wanted to be waited on hand and foot while buying items you're better off going to a more traditional LV store somewhere else.

Great customer service. They give you beverages if you buy something and know languages from across the world

Haughty and condescending staff with the less fortunate clientele (particularly the young saleswoman who prided herself on being of Korean origin to better denigrate my beautiful family of Laotian origin). Scandalous for the brand's emblematic boutique.

Very busy store. Had to wait for some time to get a sales person. But she is nice!

If you're planning to buy something at LV, remember to bring your Passport or a Picture of your passport. You'll get tax return at the airport

Bad service since we arrived, they asked us to wait and some one be helping us waited 30 min till I said something. They send some one and I asked for 3 purses and she said I only have one. I walked up to the counter and I saw other people with the same ones I wanted, I told her she said ooh sorry I ll bring it later. I wanted to pay she said ooh I can t charge you with out a passport. THATS NOT TRUE. I asked to have some one else she said there me other stores. Wow horrible customer service that was not only me..

Excellent reception. I was served by a young salesman who is at the entrance of the shop. Very friendly and very polite, it makes you want to come back.

Our experience at Louis Vuitton store was excellent. We were served well by Audrey Faissal at this store. She was professional and has good product knowledge.

Service a little long, and the champagne is not first choice. Fortunately the saleswoman was very helpful and friendly.

Great flagship store! At the entrance there is usually a queue for bag control, but it goes through quickly. The staff are - as usual - polite, but you usually have to wait there a bit ... Otherwise, a nice shop!

It looks like a luxury museum. Even if you do not have money, it is an experience visiting this site.

Worst experience at this store. I have bought my bags in New York so I was so excited to finally go to Paris and buy from the flagship store. Once inside I waited 2 hours to buy a bag and didn t get the one my daughter hoped for. From now on I will stay in New York.

Very wide shopping space, but too many people, in addition to the clock area, other parts are difficult to find the sales staff to serve you.

50/50. I wanted to purchase a luggage tag with the store stamp on it and they told me to come back tommorow because it was an hour to closing. Came back the next day waited on the line and they told me it was closed upstairs. Leaving home empty handed now. Also no customer restroom at this store, had to use one at the Cafe outside...

Jadore LOUIS VUITTON is so beautiful but good prices are WOUAWW but hey there is almost that the stars who go there so it's really expensive or so people very very very rich but good for others it is not too much you have to be very rich for it.

This shop is impressive, we really enter a world of fashion. The presentation is perfect, we see people place themselves with flutes of champagnes in front of sellers to make their choice. Even if the prices are out of reach for probably almost everyone, the shop is worth the detour!

Although selling goods at high prices, but always crowded, friendly service, super security, and neat layout, not like a shop.

I am so disappointed after already buying several items at Louis Vuitton I had a problem with a bracelet that I took to the customer service of the 4th floor which at first did not want to know anything because according to them my bracelet n was no problem if I take it to you It is not for nothing this famous bracelet worth 525 euros even if it opens itself I had to force them to take me the bracelet to make an expertise I called back 3 weeks later then they told me they had 10 days to call me back, but even if they were not able to do that on Friday, I managed to reach the gentleman who had took my bracelet the first time he told me that after expertise he has no problem the next day so I come back to collect my bracelet and ask for a document that proves that they have really passed expertise I am told it no no document to be issued j I had to wait 1:30 on the 4th floor to finally tell me that they lost my bracelet and give me a new one at first is that it does not even take care to pay attention to your business but two it was a stroke of luck that he lost it at least this one holds it and does not open by itself. after waiting 1:30 as he does not find my bracelet the seller to dare to ask me if I had not come in the meantime so I wait 1:30 to be insulted thief clearly that she disrespects

Interesting experience vising the flagship store. I did not think that the store had a large selection of items, you have to wait in line before being able to go in (we waited about 40 minutes). The location in Nice is smaller, has a much larger selection and no wait.

I was a bit hesitant at first to visit this flagship store due to all negative reviews I ve read here. My experience is totally fabulous. We came around noon on 27th December and there was no line outside, only polite security check fellows at the entrance. The store was full of customers inside and all staff were engaged with them. We strolled around for a while, looking at displays and finally when ready to ask for some items ( I knew exactly what I was looking for), we approached Florence who was in the ground floor and she instantly helped us, got the bag I wanted and even recommended a matching wallet. All of that with an amazing smile, nice chat and coffee.
After we finished ordering the bag and wallet, she took us around for a visit to the store and showed some jewelry we wanted to see. One item was not available and she checked for a store where it was in stock and gave us a card with the item number, store location and recommendation from her.
It took a while to get the final bill and tax free form filled, but Florence took care of it all. In the end, while she was waiting for my purchase to be personalized with my initials, we enjoyed champagne and played around with some luxury luggage.
In the end, Florence escorted us to the elevator on our way out with my amazing purchase, that she additionally wrapped as we were about to walk outside into the rain.
The whole experience took about 1.5h, but it was pure pleasure and I m highly recommending it! If you will splurge for LV, at least make it memorable!

A lot of goods are not available, the service attitude is also general, the most important thing is that just a few people, queuing in and going for an hour and a half, I don't know what to say, and asked seven packages to say no. Not to say that everything can be bought here?

There were not too many customers but still I waited outside for one hour and half, I don't know why should I went in and I asked for more that 7bags and they answered always No No. I don't know what can I Say, just one tip: if u don't want to waste time, you don't go there. Thanks!

Service was terrible. Really poor. We had to wait until someone helped us and the help was very poor without any passion or any joy. This is not what you expect when you visit the flagship store of a very expensive and premium brand. Totally unacceptable. Also the store has many many steps so it was terribly annoying to walk around with a buggy. Nobody offered any help. They just watched me cart the buggy in great difficulty down the stairs and all the way up the stairs on the way back. Shame.

The location is great and there is no toilet for clients

Crazy Louis Vuitton store. This place is a must see. It s one of the biggest stores anywhere and the collection iS so big. Even if you are not planning on buying something definetely go and check it out

Excellent attention and atmosphere. As a life-long fan of the brand, I was delighted to be welcomed into the store with beverages and to find the items I desired to purchase.

Boutique very pretty to discover when you come on weekends (even if the prices are above my means)

No words, We were blessed to have visited the museum and the factory; I'll never forget this visit for my girlfriend's birthday.

Decent experience as is to be expected from the flag ship store, but don't use the free monogram service... Spend half a fortune then stand in line for 45 minutes because they only staff one monogram associate.
