It was a good experience to visit such a large LV store. Staffs were also very friendly.

Large store with a good selection of products on showcase. Service was far from ideal. We were served by an unenthusiastic Valentina. Was only interested in closing the sale. When we asked about a product she did not show us the product. Incredibly disappointed.

We waited outside in the rain for almost an hour. By the time we got inside I completely forgot the names of the purses I wanted. The first sales associate passed us on to someone else. Then I tried to describe the purses I wanted to her, and she the passed us on to someone else too. Romy was our sales representative and I'm grateful that she was, she was doing an internship and was in college, but she was very patient with us. She took us on a tour of the store, and told us the history of Louis Vuitton. She asked if we wanted beverages, and we got my daughter's purse stamped. We actually purchased 3 purses and a man's backpack, and since she worked on commission it was just what she needed. Thankful, the other two associates passed us on to her.

Olivier was so helpful whenever the bag I wanted wasn't in stock at Maison LV- he reserved it for me at Gallery Lafayette and I'm on the way to collect it now

Service was beyond subpar - was misdirected to the women s accessories three times by three separate staff members and then the initial lady who helped me was quite rude and cut me off. However, when I was finally looked after, the staff member was helpful and courteous.

Waited in the queue for 20min to get in and then another queue inside the store for another 20-30 min so we just left.

Service worthy of the scam. Order placed on 02/03/2018 (order by phone via the store number), Finally, I did not have the order before my departure abroad (09/02/2018). The queue to enter is too long due to a large tourist influx, but the LV catalog is complete: almost all the items are available. No need to wait or worse, have to place your order online. Huge product range over several floors within their building. This is the most diverse LV store that I have ever been to.
I think prices are lower by 15 - 20% than other countries I visited in Europe, Middle East and Far East taking into consideration that you get 12% back from tax refund at the airport.
It would be better that you go through their website and check what you want, and then go and ask to check the product in order to save time. Of course you can enjoy the huge product selection that they have as well which are displayed on shelves.
They have a special section in the upper floor to personalize your product and add names or letters.

Staff was excellent and gave you their best service.

Everything very controlled the entrance and exit. You are attended quickly by the workers and the security are very friendly and polite the shop is super large with more than 2 floors and elevator they sell bags shoes belts perfumes ... All obviously expensive since it is a signature mark.

There can be a bit of line but being the flagship store it's a must see. The staff are very nice but can be a bit overwhelmed by requests.

I hated the fact that we can not enter this shop Vuitton because there is a tourist queue very very predominantly Asian waiting to return so impossible to make purchases. I do not recommend this weird organization.

Such an expensive store and it still had a long queue! Even on the rain, people just want to window-shop in here. Allegedly it was a clearance event, but there was no publicity or ads implying that.

Came here with the intention for purshaing my 5th Louis Vuitton bag but ended up walking out after 30 minutes of trying to get help with no luck! WORST experience Iv had in a retail store EVER.

We waited 20 minutes to get into the queue! But once you get inside you feel awe! I recommend skateboarding because the main street with brands is huge!

A beautiful store. The flagship store I Paris. Four stories of luxury. Very friendly staff. Even if you're not buying, this is a place to see.

Bad service ever!!! Waited in line, to be rushed to purchased. Understand that the store is closed at 8pm but there were 20 other people who seem not to be rushed but picking on us.

Whilst the product is great, the service was shocking. There's just such an awful service procedure in place that it's difficult for you to be seen to. This is not just true of this store, but of the three I have visited. A lot of staff doing not an awful lot, whilst we waited a good 15 mins before we gave up and left.

I had a good shopping experience. Don't be scared if you don't speak French - all the reps at this store speak English (some better than others). I wish I could have spent more time there and visited the second floor, but I was pressed for time. I ended up buying a wallet and I am very happy with my purchase. Some items are made in Spain and other countries; mine says made in France.

You can actually get a discount if you submit the customs forms. I was rushing through the airport and forgot to mail mine. Discount = tax.

If I could give this S.A( Hsinling H.) a negative star I would she was extremely rude and not helpful at all she completely ruined my experience at this Louis Vuitton store.
