One of the nicest Louis Vuitton stores I've seen .. great service! You find you want it in there and you're really missing out! All I do not like at all is the style of the gentlemen guarding the store !!

Long line outside but staff is very helpful if you can get a hold of one which usually takes a while. But, if you are a tourist, being the first store, the wait is worth the experience.

This is historical place right at champ elyses. Historical and famous. Staff was great. Very helpful and convincing.
It's right next to the metro station so very convenient. Must go.

I read reviews before going but can say my experience was extremely positive. I was helped within seconds of arriving. The bag that I wanted, Speedy 30 bandouliere, was in stock. Also, I was traveling with my kids, and they were unfortunately not the cleanest after walking up the Eiffel Tower. The sales rep, Sylvia, was exceptionally nice despite our appearance. The store gave my kids a soda and myself a glass of champagne while shopping. She even helped find a place for my kids to sit while I got my bag monogrammed. Shopping at Louis Vuitton in Paris with kids was not my ideal situation, but I was not leaving Paris without my bag. Thank you Sylvia for being so kind and making my purchase a still wonderful experience.

The bigger and imposing! the store is an entire building

A place with an incredible history. A delight for the eyes (except when you look at the prices). Little tip: go to the books area, buy a book (between 13 euros and 50) and leave with your book wrapped in a Louis Vuitton bag, you can go parading on the fields and fooling all passers-by.

I give this store two stars because of a few things..... first - we waited in line for about a hour and a half before we could get in. The waiting wasn t the problem. The problem was that about 45 minutes into our wait we were cut in line by a French couple that wouldn t leave the line, even after being confronted by a woman who spoke French. I told a security guard that the couple had cut, and the security didn t do anything about it - he even said It s no problem. It was a problem. Second - after going into the store and talking with a sales professional, I asked to see a purse and I got the feeling that the sales professional did not take me seriously. She handed me the purse, then immediately started texting on her phone. When I told her I wanted to buy the purse, she seemed surprised. Third - after telling her I wanted to buy the purse, she did not offer me anything to drink - after knowing there was a long wait to get in. I had to ask for something to drink to celebrate my purchase for my birthday. I love my new Louis Vuitton purse, but I am very disappointed with the experience.

The staff is very attentive and have excellent service. They let us try out all the bags and we were able to select a few. Only bad thing is some bags can be sold out. I would give this place 6 stars as our host was very pretty.

Worst service ever for a fancy store like this employees should be professional or else the store will lost their customers. I m a Louis Vuitton collector but the customer service in this store was very bad. I was so shocked. They gave me this Asian woman that was very rude to me for no reason. Other customers were looking on how rude she talked to me. I think her co-worker noticed that as well. If it wasn t just for the product, I wouldn t buy here. I don t recommend this place I must say go to the one in Vendome.

Beautiful store however service is decidedly snooty. If they perceive you are not dropping your Centurion card they are in no rush to serve. Beautiful gear that honestly nobody needs (direct quote from staff member)

Beautiful boutique. Very kind staff. Marketing at the highest level. But we are in Paris can not be otherwise. They were wrong to make the bill and then they contacted me to return to pay the difference. (I had left the number, unfortunately there was not a bag I was looking for ...) To apologize for the mistake they offered me champagne and chocolates! Congratulations!

Most products have not been available for several months. (ex: mini palm spring). Explain the concept to me. You will never retain local customers by reserving all the bags for Asian customers. No interest .

It's like Vatican for people who love LV. It's a big ass store and I felt the price was cheaper compared to Dubai and India.

Pretentious AND packed to capacity. Obviously very short staffed which is a no-no during French Open week.

Amazing place to shop at Paris. The staff are very nice and professional.

While in Paris make this a stop, we spent the day shopping and just wanted to know if there was a difference in products in this store compared with others. And there were some items that we haven't seen in other stores. As you walk in the security guard is just there looking around making sure everything is safe. We checked in with a lady and asked for help, we put our name down and soon enough there was someone there to help. Don not remember her name but she offered something to drink while I tried some shoes. Speaking of the shoes, they were not the most comfortable but they looked cool, so for short distances they will do, but for a day of long walks they would probably hurt after a while.
The store has plenty of things to consider, for both men and women and if you are thinking of giving a gift, you have also belts, scarves, accessories.
I did not feel pushed onto buying more things and it was a comfortable experience.

Not impressed with the customer service. I knew exactly what I needed to get and get out yet had to wait for a while and some silly sales people just have zero customer service skills. It was a male. The female who helped was very sweet and helpful though so that's why it's not a 1 star.

The relationship between quality and price is not always justified. It is true that the brand is renowned, but we should not fall asleep thinking that people can put any price because it is LV. The brand aged with always the same products. The reception of salesgirls is pedantic but when buying a product. These are just vendors.
