This is an excellent hotel. I am a quality snob and the amenities and staff truly impressed me. A great stay on New Year's holiday was had and I would return without hesitation. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our recent two night stay. The room, the view, the location were all spectacular. There are only 25 rooms so it has this very fancy boutique atmosphere with so many personal touches. However, as much as we loved the place, the people were even better. I am going to name names: Aybuke, Alexio and the manager at the front desk; Gabriel the bartender, Ulucay the driver and everyone else whose name escapes me. Thank you so much for an unforgettable weekend in Amsterdam we can't wait to come back.

A top hotel in Amsterdam !!! On arrival we received a glass of bubbles when the administration of our stay was taken care of. Very friendly staff at the reception. From the moment you enter you feel like a valued guest. A device to say goodbye to you and even the scents and soaps are from Rituals. When you walk into the room, your mouth really opens. Clean and tidy and a great bed! If I could give 6 stars I did it!

A lovely hidden gem in Amsterdam: 16th century Oudeschans, one of the oldest canals of Amsterdam. Within walking distance to all amenities and attractions in Amsterdam s city centre. Simply beautiful!

Remarkable home, luxurious and spacious suites. There is no restaurant, but if necessary, it is easy to buy food nearby and prepare it in the integrated kitchen. Possibility rarely offered in other hotels.

My uncles came to visit Amsterdam last weekend and, to avoid the risk of contagion as much as possible (they are older), we looked for a small hotel but with all the security guarantees. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend because her parents had stayed before the pandemic and we were not disappointed at all.

Everything is very clean, disinfecting the common areas very regularly. The reception and other areas are very organized to prevent guests from accumulating, and if for any reason there are too many guests, the staff is attentive to remember that the measurements are respected.

The rooms were very clean, very spacious, and the view of the canal with the boats sailing was a joy.


Of course, every time family comes, we will recommend that they stay here.

I don't think I have seen a negative comment but if there is truly ignore it! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It's beautiful and the staff are such a credit. There was a new gentleman who said he had just started working he was a real pleasure to meet overall our whole experience here was great rooms are perfect and the breakfast was great many thanks for your attitude and friendliness we will be sure to be coming back again:-)

What a lovely stay at Luxury Suites. The staff was fabulous. Peter arranged a private dinner on the canals for hubby's birthday. Spectacular food! Every need was anticipated throughout our stay. Wonderful customer service.

Does not bear the name of Luxury the small room seen overlooking a courtyard the misplaced bed related to the television

Excellent hotel The most luxurious in the world! First class service.
Central location close to Dam Square and the red windows but internal and quiet. We also prepared treats for us as a birthday present. Everything we asked for we got and above and beyond. Arrange for us a taxi at their expense on arrival from the airport. We even got a smartphone with Google Maps and free internet to get around. Assist in purchasing tickets to attractions. Highly recommended!

5-Star Experience from a 5-Star Staff

I stayed at the Luxury Suites Amsterdam with my wife for a week. It was fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance to major sites, yet it is just distant enough from the crowd noises. Peter, the concierge, afforded us top-notch help and recommendations for restaurants. He's the best! On the day we arrived, we were disappointed that the Anne Frank house was completely booked for a month in advance. But Peter miraculously got us tickets! The whole experience was amazing.

The room service, accommodations, etc. were superb. Very spacious room for a European hotel. Huge TV with satellite channels, wonderful shower / bathroom, complete kitchen with dishwasher. I could live there!

All of the employees were extremely polite and helpful. I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Amsterdam. (And they all speak English, of course, as does practically everyone in Amsterdam.)
