Gorgeous looking hotel. Would love to stay there. 2 great exhibitions going on...Titanic and Body Works. We didn't go as we'd already been to the Titanic exhibition in Belfast and the Body Works exhibition in Picadilly Circus in London. Body works is beyond amazing!

Poor service, room quality. They charge you extra per person/room, but does not provide you with the simplest of amenities. It seems like all the MGM properties are same; old, broken down, and lackluster service. There are MUCH better options available on the strip!

Our stay was pleasant for the most part. We got upgraded to the Towers, the pool was open, and enjoyed the Egyptian atmosphere. Could use a few more places to eat, but the Excalibur is right next door and has several restaurants so it wasn't hard to find a decent breakfast. Location is a distance away from the strip, so be prepared to walk, ride the tram, or call a taxi.

Worst experience ever with horrible management. Offered no apology for rude servers. Then was treated horribly rude by hotel service manager. Will never return and I'm telling every person on my social media accounts to never give this casino hotel a dime of there money and to never go to any casino or hotel owned by Wynn resorts.

Out of all the hotels to look at in Las Vegas, this was one of our favorites to experience! It was amazingly cool.. haven't stayed in a room here but we hung out inside for a while it was so cool.

Charged A Resort Fee..... Which is Illegal in Nevada By The State Attorney General. Wallpaper Is Peeling off the wall on the 9th floor in the Tower. Water Was leaking from the ceiling in the hallway near the Casino Lobby Elevators. Kept turning off the Escalators before 9 PM. Never Again Will I Stay At The LUXOR.

I stay here almost every time I visit Vegas. Pricing is good, pool area is nice, buffet is pretty good....I really enjoy the DJ they have in the bar/ casino area. Just all around a great place to stay.

We didn t stay here but we visited for the different in house exhibits and shows. Great food court in the back. The Titanic exhibit was incredible and very well done. This is my second time to experience the Blue Man show and I loved it all over again . There is a bar that s called Diablo that looks like it needs my attention, and it was packed. There is also a Cabaret show I want to visit the next time I come to Vegas. The Luxor was very busy and looked to keep their customers happy with options. I also loved the fact there was a tram between it and Mandalay Bay so we didn t have to walk the whole distance.

I love the Luxor , and seeing it not as busy as it typically was , I get it COVID but of all the places this one is so special ,, almost magical. The pyramid cafe has the Best BLT, the floor is sparse now, which is nice you can tell they have given machines plenty of room

I stayed in the East Tower. It has seen its Better Days. There was cracked tiles. And you can see the shower door slowly disintegrating. I would have to say the buffet is below average. I stayed there two nights with second night. I only stayed there because of convenience. So I wouldn't have to go look for a new. Hotel

Awesome guest services, bell desk, waitresses and clean rooms with a very good casino! Multiple pools and hot tubs. Also has a paid pool which allows the people who are spending extra money on cabanas, tents or tables access to a more exclusive pool without dealing g with being crowded.

We've stayed at the Luxor a couple of times. The first time, I used a groupon to book our room, the room was nice in the tower. The second time (January 2-5, 20) we purchased a room with breakfast/lunch included. The room was located in the Pyramid section, which I believe is nicer, but I would of rather stayed in the tower. The bed was okay, not enough blankets (1 sheet/1 blanket), froze one night! The pillows suck (2 pillows only) and it was very loud! They play music in the atrium all day/night, people yelling, thank God I had ear plugs with me. Food was excellent in the deli and the Pyramid Cafe. First morning, we had a female server and she was very pleasant, attentive and very upbeat. The second morning, we had a male server. He didn't come around for a long time, we had to ask our beverage gal where our server was so we could order and it wasn't even that busy! Once our food was served, he didn't come around much. The table next to us ended up having to ask who their server was and it was the same guy! The Mexican restaurant located in the Luxor has really good food, but the service sucks! We've been there twice and both times, service was extremely slow! This last time, we sat there for a good 15 minutes before anybody came to get our drink order. My husband wanted 7-up (he was sick) and they didn't have any, she said the order didn't come in (right before a weekend???) So he ordered orange juice and that took about 20 minutes to get! The chips/salsa wasn't ready, that came to us about 25 minutes in. The staff just didn't seem prepared and it wasn't busy at all. The hotel's location is perfect though!

My husband and I stayed here during a busy weekend when there were two festivals going on. Service was good and the staff were helpful. We tried to check in early but couldn't because it was a busy weekend so thats understandable. We saw Carrot Top which is a show located in The Luxor. We enjoyed the show a lot and thought it was funny. We stayed in the Pyramid Room and were supposed to get one king bed but instead got two queen beds. We didnt care to ask them to change it. There is no refrigerator in the hotel room. It was an older looking hotel room. AC worked great though! We loved the pool! They let us use the pool before we could actually check in which was nice too. Location wise it was okay. It is towards the end of the strip so just be aware if you are looking to stay center of the strip. Would stay here again just because of the room rates and we had no complaints.

Loved this hotel. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, a million things to do within the hotel itself. Underground tunnel connects you to shops, eateries, and another hotel right in the strip. Several dining options and very easy to catch an Uber or taxi right out front.

The AC didnt work. There is no working exhaust fan in the bathroom. For a newly renovated room - its awful. The carpet is crunchy, its very dark in the room - even with all the lights on, and the windows are dirty.

The rooms were large, there were some things that were very good like the room service came every day to refill the soap, toiletries. The hotel looks newer than other hotels which give it a modern-ish feel/ vibe. The place makes you feel that you are in the Ancient Egypt times which is quite cool. The distance between the Strip and other hotels is not bad which is walking distance. Otherwise, the experience was good.

Okay the Luxor is an older property and the rooms ...

Okay the Luxor is an older property and the rooms show it. We arrived and they put us in a room that wasn't what we reserved and that needed to be burned or gutted. Micro fridge on the floor, visible patch jobs with no attempt to match the paint, all the furniture has scrapes, scuffs, or is broken. The panel to access the tub plumbing was open, hair in/on the tub, no GFI outlets and in the room they moved us too, there are switches about 2 feet off the floor that shuts off the power to bath. What else? Air conditioners struggle to keep the room cool, ALL the furniture is worn and some is need of repair, elevators have graffiti and wear. More time and money is spent on the casinos then the rooms. MGM Resort is on the door and the only thing this could be considered is the MGM Ghetto experience or MGM has partnered with a well known chain more associated with funk and extramarital affairs and this is the "for a few dollars more" option. With properties like the Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and New York just to name a few so near, how the hell can MGM sit with a thumb in their rear and let such a land mark property be operated in such a state? Somebody from corporate needs to haul their happy a@@ over to the Luxor for a surprise inspection. There is no excuse for the state of these rooms. If you are staying in Las Vegas, avoid the property and go somewhere else. I can't list everything that is wrong-behind our armoire there is garbage that could be a used condom and a wine cork. Billing is a nightmare, get the wrong room, the attitude is one be grateful they talked to you and moved you. Need a wine glass? Tough, don't bother us. It's frustrating as hell, I mean a pyramid? Who doesn't want to spend a night in a pyramid?

The Building structures and details are magnificent, The hotel is with big casino's and 3 swimming pool. We have a beautiful view of pool in our room the only downwards here is that the rooms are dated and no complimentary coffee or water here but in the 2nd floor they gave Starbucks and restaurants. It's affordable too!

We just stopped at Luxor during our wondering of the strip, and the place looks impressive. Under the big 30 floors pyramid there are monumental statues, obelisks, and buildings all inspired to ancient Egypt. Mixed with this scenario, there are entrance to several shows, small shops, and slot machines. Overall a real Vegas experience.

The Luxor was a great place to stay, fun casino, lively. The buffet was amazing, thanks in no small part to Ethan and Ray down there. Robert at the bar in the casino is a wonderful bar tender. The pools were very nice and there is a connection with shops to the Mandalay Bay. The burger shop in that connector has Kobe burgers for 18$ and amazing truffle fries. When coming back I would love to stay at the Luxor again.

Luxor Hotel is our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. The rooms are awesome and the staff is the very best. We enjoy playing the slot machines. Great restaurants! Overall, I highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. I booked a package which had pretty good savings. The hotel itself was super nice. The only downfall was we got in at midnight and the line for check in was extremely long. Could have had more people working check in, but other than that we were happy. They also upgraded us at no charge because they ran out of the room I initially booked with the package.

Wow this hotel.... definitely the best! When we arrived we treated so wonderful by everyone there. They went above and beyond to make our trip better. They even upgraded our room to one of the nicest I've ever seen. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back next year and this is where i tell everyone stay!!

Great place to stay. Buffet was a but repetitive and felt more like a golden corral. Overall the experience at luxor was great. Staff is helpful and house keeping cleans your room perfectly each day. No issues at during my 4 day stay.

Mostly just walked through the building and the architecture is absolutely stunning. And I was particularly in love with the carpet, ceiling, and lighting fixtures. By far one of the coolest buildings to just flat out explore. Now just imagine if you did the other stuff, too!

My friend Sean and I stayed at the Luxor during our weekend in Las Vegas. Overall we had a pretty good time. Unfortunately the room we had in the tower wasn't as special as it was advertised but I guess that could be the case at most hotels in Vegas.

We didn't have that good of a view unfortunately and our bathroom had hair on the counters and towels. The size of the room was good for 2 people as well. The bathroom was my favorite part about the room. It featured a huge tub and separate shower.

The casino was entertaining and the staff was pretty great for the most part. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good and we often times used the light rail to get closer to the strip, which is free and also fun! Would we stay here again? Likely but I think we may check out a different hotel more towards the middle of the strip.

I stayed in a corner king suite and it was clean and reasonably priced. The room itself felt a little old, but nothing was dirty so I didn't mind. The single interaction I had with the staff was pleasant.
The casino floor was nice and they have several $5 minimum tables. If you want something nicer, it is conveniently connected to Mandalay Bay.

Enjoyed my time at Luxor. Clean hotel, nice staff, and close to everything. Biggest complaint was having to wait in long lines to access the elevators to my room. I would definitely stay again though.

Nobody cleans the rooms unless you ask, or brings towels or toilet paper.. Over priced for what you get will stay else where next time. Was suppose to be next to my family but was 3 stories up,and attitudes were horrible.

If I could give the customer service for the shows a zero, I would. The one star is for the great architecture inside and out.

We bought tickets online for a show and went to pick them up at the box office. After standing in line for 40 minutes, we were told the tickets were not ready for pickup and to come back in half an hour. We came back, were told to stand in line for another 45 minutes, and then we were told AGAIN that they couldn t find the tickets that they had already charged the card for. The sales representative went on the phone for 15 minutes and we were fed up after waiting for close to two hours. We asked to cancel and get a refund, but were told tickets were non-refundable. Yes, the tickets that they couldn t find and give us, yet charged us for, were not refundable. We filed a complaint and got our money back though our credit card company.

Nice and a huge one. Plenty of options to explore shops, restaurant and casino. The tram is one of the options to visit Mandalay Bay shark reef easily. Tram ride between Excalibur and Mandalay Bay is a free short ride but helpful to explore all 3 huge hotels. There are plenty of food court and nice restaurants. Only issue about Luxor is the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms.

Rooms need remodeling. Wallpaper is comming off walls. I was disappointed that there is no coffee pot in the room. Also, the.resort fee is ridiculous when you don't even use the resort. You should only have to pay for it if you're using the pool and spa and such other areas. The elevators are a little freaky as they go sideways instead of just up and down but that's fun. For the most part it was clean and quiet and I would stay here again.

The staff was GREAT, & everything went smoothly. But I must say, the rooms, in this hotel need to be updated. I've stayed in more modern Mlife properties, with better restaurants in the properties. I went to other hotels to dine, b/c I didn't particularly care for the restaurants that was in this hotel. And in all fairness, I only ate at Starbucks. I didn't try any other restaurant the Luxor. But they have many great properties you can choose from.

I liked the location a lot easy walk to shoppes at Mandalay, decent restaurants on site, really friendly staff everywhere and the ticket counter for local events and attractions was really convenient. The rooms are a little worn in places but still really clean and quiet.

Rooms are very nice.
Payed for all-day buffet...not worth it.
Only 3 items on the buffet changed from the brunch.
Was disappointed with this.
All they added was fried chicken... Mac and Cheese...and steamed vegetables.
Oh ...they added steamed clams and mussels.

I expected low with the age and based on other reviews, and was still disappointed. Literally every fixture and furniture in our premium room was damaged or broken altogether. Service was not customer friendly at all. Housekeeping was nice, earning the second star. Will not do again.

Old rooms with cheap prices. Needs renovation for most rooms. Big lobby with a lot of slots and smoke. Rooms reasonably large but due to pyramid style design you loose some height. Restaurants are okay but pricey and quality is at borderline. Location is very good, close to every shop and connected with Excalibur as well with other hotels around in the area. Parking is nearby. Add daily resort fee of $50.00 in addition of the room rates. Easy access from the highway and close to major outlets.

I stayed at Luxor to attend a conference at the adjoining Mandalay Bay, and while the rate was excellent, check in was an issue - room was prepaid, but for some reason Luxor only charged one night. It took my too additional stops at the front desk to get it straight. The room was clean, but it is showing it s age. Edges on the furniture are worn, and the shower is not nearly high enough for someone like me at 6 4 . Next time I m there, I d probably spend a bit more and stay somewhere nicer.

Great service and price. The hotel is located tight on the strip. Has a buffet and another small eatery within the hotel. Quick and courteous staff and check in/out. Would recommend.

I have always liked this blue collar casino. It is not the most modern or hip but I think that is why I feel comfortable here. This is good place to gamble with personable dealers and great service. There is also easy access to other casinos, shops, and restaurants. They might benefit from updating their shows and adding a night club.
