I found Luminesse on a google search and thought I d give it a shot and hope for the best. I am so glad I did!!! I had lazer treatment years ago and this was by far so much better. They are very professional, from the best of the line equipment, cleanliness and to the great service. I was fortunate to get Jamie who was amazing and so personable, but I must say even those that did not treat me were so nice. I have already booked my next appointment. Great place!!

Luminess laser is amazing, I started doing laser hair removal about six months ago and the results are unbelievable! All the staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable, so far I've had treatments with Sara, Stefanie, and Tara and I highly recommend all of them, they all made me feel at ease and were very professional. I have been looking into laser treatment for a while and was never sold as the price was just too much to deal with. I do have some hair in unwanted areas and it has literally been the worst ever trying to remove the hair and keep it off. I finally came across this amazing place! They offered so many more services not just laser! I ended up getting a facial and eye treatment and got myself a couple laser packages. So happy I did this. I have already seen results and it is (almost) painless. The staff are so down to earth and friendly and the facilities are completely clean and calming. Will totally recommend to anyone! I may even think about layering more areas...eventually :) definitely would recommend. Cant wait to return!

Had my first session for a tattoo removal recently (first time and did not know what to expect) and I have no complains. I don't know how Michelle has any decent reviews. My experience has always been rushed and uncomfortable with this girl. She is robotic. Usually people will give you a little break if they see you experiencing a great deal of pain. She asks if you're okay as if you're taking up her time and rushes the entire process. She doesn't care. She wants you in and out quick and I swear today was the last straw. This is also the only place that says you have to keep coming for the hair removal laser to keep working. I've had this done in the past on the Island (Owner moved out of the country) and I will tell you that it's far from the truth. A few sessions is all I've ever needed and I would come back every six months for maintenance. My hair is growing back thicker. Michelle has the worst attitude on the planet. Her people skills suck. Today I was a in a great deal of pain and honestly she's not the type to give a crap about that. Again, I only have two other places to compare this place to and it's far from what the reviews are saying. I honestly will never go back. They are inconsistent with their deals, promising emails with discounts and you never receive them. They are cheap that's for sure but I'd rather pay double for someone who isn't rushing a LASER treatment. My god, I have my face done there and I was out of there in 15 minutes today. My entire face in 15 minutes and my face is still burning. Sometimes a chin and upper lip requires that amount of time. Find professional people. This is not a professional place. I don't care how many 5 star reviews they have. Go somewhere else.

I have been to Luminesse Laser a few times now and I have to say every time I go I always have a great experience. I'v had services done by both Nicole and Adam and they are both Amazing. I highly recommend this place.

After two visits I'm already starting to see results. My laser technician always makes me feel very comfortable during each session. Definitely considering going back and working on other problematic area's in the future. Plus they give great incentives for coming as a first time customer, being a constant costumer, and recommending friends. Would highly recommend going if even just for a consultation.

I recently went for my first appointment and met with Christina. Super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility itself is very well maintained and cleanliness is superb. All health and safety measures are considered which made me feel safe and confident. I look forward to the rest of my treatments!

I just had my second laser hair removal appointment for my full face and I am so happy that a friend recommended Luminesse Laser to me. After the first session I saw a dramatic decrease in hair growth and I am totally looking forward to doing basically every area that they offer lol :)

Great place, very clean, knowledgeable staff, and great machines. I started off with a consultation and then tried out the laser services. I have Steffanie do most of my laser services. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are always available to answer any questions, make the experience pleasurable, and have never disappointed me. If you re looking for a place to do laser hair removal, I would say this is the best place. I ve gone to consultations to other places and no place compares to here.

I ve been coming to Luminesse for a few years, always great service from Christina, who is really kind and gentle through out the laser hair removal procedures. She will do her best to make sure you re comfortable, and tbh we just chat the entire time so it distracts you from any potential discomfort. The more often you come for maintenance, the easier and more painless it becomes, im really happy with my results for Brazilian specifically. Who doesn t love a smooth WAP ( joking lolol ) but seriously it is actually smooth. Appointments are also really easy to make, I always just shoot a text & receive fast responses via text, you can of course opt to call as well though. P.S. I did originally choose Luminesse because they actually use the laser that works best for my skin tone.. I don t remember the exact name as it s been years since I originally inquired, but if you re a woman of color ( I am medium- tan skin) then this would def be the place for you, especially on SI. ( feel free to contact them more about their laser hair equipment though. )

Nicole, the owner of the business, was working with me. She is very friendly and forthcoming. She explained the procedure in every detail and addressed all my concerns. Though the procedure itself is somewhat unpleasant Nicole performed it professionally, quickly, and discreetly. She made me feel comfortable, easy, and relaxed. The results were great and exactly as promised! No side effects.
The place is very clean and neat. Out of 6 appointments there was not a single one with even a short a wait time. That's amazing! And considering everyone's busy schedule it's very valuable. Just no wait! Arrive on time and go!

It was my first time visiting Luminesse Laser Center for underarm hair removal. I was very nervous because I never did this before. However, everything went perfect. I like that clean and relax atmosphere. I was called right away upon arrival. Michelle was nice, professional and quick. She asked if I was ok, and if I need, she can stop and give me a little brake. Treatment was bearable, maybe a little tingle. After treatment, underarm area was a little bit red but everything was gone in about 2 hours. I was using cooling gel provided by Michelle. After 2 weeks underarm hair started coming out, and a big part of it did not grow anymore. A month later I came for the second treatment and I was very satisfied with the result. 3 weeks later I still have no hair in my underarm area. I think the laser hair removal really works. Thanks a lot to Luminesse Laser Center and Michelle.
I would recommend this place to everyone. Also, I think prices here are reasonable. Making appointment was smooth and easy. It can be done by phone, sms or email.

I went to Jaimi for a facial and Microderm it was absolutely wonderful she is hands-down the best I was so very happy with my facial And how my skin felt Jamie should own her own place that s how good this lady is the staff at the front desk I have to say however did get my appointment which was a little annoying since I had to wait 45 minutes

I'm a Trans Women and I received my first ever Laser Treatment today from Christina and had the greatest experience ever!! Not only was she extremely informative, the facility was so cleanly and safe as possible during this Corona epidemic, I didn't have to touch the doors with bare hands even, she gave me hand sanitizer the first second I walked in, I used a new pen to fill out the forms, just never have I seen a business so well kept. Besides the cleanliness Christina (my technician) was extremely kind and courteous explaining the procedure and asking me thru the process if I was alright with the pain. A few friends referred me and pointed me out to a great place! I live in NJ and it is totally worth the trip. The prices are great, and when you book your appointment they go over allot with the prices thru text and phone calls. I've never seen any other facilities online that give rough estimations on the particular areas you wish to get done which helped me out allot knowing then what I had to save up. I ve done laser tattoo removal and now I m doing laser hair removal. I like that they use a cooling machine that blows out continuous cold air onto your skin while doing your laser treatment so that the pain is minimal (I have friends that have gone to other laser facilities that have not used a cooling machine). I always walk out of there with a huge smile and feeling great. Their prices are also reasonable and they often have sales and package deals. I love them and honestly, for the quality and results of their laser services I wouldn t mind the price, it is worth EVERY penny!
