I had my first laser appointment with Steffanie a couple of hours ago. I am a new customer to Luminesse and was hesitant to go based on prior experiences that I had in other places with their technicians.

As soon as I met Steffanie, genuine isn t even the word! She made me feel SO comfortable within seconds of speaking to her! From the beginning of my appointment to the end, she was AMAZING! If I can recommend any laser technician to anyone, it would be Steffanie! She gained a client and I am so excited to get more hair removal done from her!!!
