Very professional and customer friendly place!
I went to Luminesse for laser hair removal after reading good reviews. The place met and exceeded my expectations!
Nicole, the owner of the business, was working with me. She is very friendly and forthcoming. She explained the procedure in every detail and addressed all my concerns. Though the procedure itself is somewhat unpleasant Nicole performed it professionally, quickly, and discreetly. She made me feel comfortable, easy, and relaxed. The results were great and exactly as promised! No side effects.
The place is very clean and neat. Out of 6 appointments there was not a single one with even a short a wait time. That's amazing! And considering everyone's busy schedule it's very valuable. Just no wait! Arrive on time and go!
