Staff is very friendly. Scheduling was easy. I was nervous as it was my first time but Tara was caring and helpful. Great investment. can t wait to see my final results in a few months time.

I started laser hair removal at Luminesse a year ago and the results have been phenomenal! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating but Nicole is the best! Do not hesitate to try this place you will not regret it!

I have been to Luminesse now for four laser hair removal treatments and a facial and peel. Every experience I have had there so far has been exceptional. The waiting area is inviting, the rooms where the services are done are clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and so far the results have been incredible. I noticed significant reduction in the hair on my legs from even just the first treatment. This is a fantastic medical spa, you'll be so glad you went!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went to get a tattoo removed, they advertise on groupon you get three sessions for $135.00. Prior to that I was paying them $100.00 per session. All it did was lighten the tattoo. At this point I had paid over $500.00. When I asked about the groupon coupon he says I could give you that but we turn the laser down so we can stretch out the sessions longer. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I have written a complaint to the BBB also to the CFPB STAY AWAY!!! On another note went to go see another Laser center and was able to disappear in 2 sessions... Again stay away from this scam !!!!!

I highly suggest everyone who is questioning whether or not to get laser done, to call for a free consultation. The staff is so friendly and the laser tech is very informative, she convinced me right away after she answered my questions. Also the office is so clean and not to mention the prices are so affordable.

Definitely book your appointment here! Place is super clean & the staff is super nice! (especially sarah) They know how to make you comfortable and answer any follow up after care calls or texts promptly. Prices are great too!

Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The location is very clean and staff is very polite and knowledgeable. I went for laser hair removal with Tara and am very pleased. Not only were the results incredible, but my experience was wonderful. Tara was very patient, professional and understanding. The entire staff is very friendly however, Tara makes you feel like family with her warm and charismatic demeanor.

The staff here at Luminesse are wonderful. Every contact I have had has been a positive experience. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean this facility was. I was really impressed. Nicole does my laser hair removal and I have had a couple of sessions. I am extremely happy with the service and results. I went to another place before finding Luminesse and I am just sorry I did not come here sooner. My daughter has also had spray tanning done by them. she looked natural and not orange. she loved it and the service as well.

I had the IPL photofacial.
It was the best thing I could have done for my skin. My skin is so clear and fresh now. Freckles, age spots and sun spots are all gone now. It took years off my face and there was very little to no down time!

My first time there was great.I was referred by an employee at my nail place who raved about the service and prices. I was shocked that I could get laser hair removal for such a great price. I was quoted by another place over 2 times the 6 package deal. The technician was very pleasant,thorough and informative. It is clean and in a great location. I come over the bridge from NJ and it is so worth it. I would recommend there services to everyone.

I've been a loyal client of Luminesse Laser for almost 2 years now- they are amazing! Everything from facials to laser hair removal. Sarah is my laser technician and she is awesome! She explains everything beforehand and walks you through the entire process. Kelly does amazing facials too! I will continue to go there for many years to come.

I got to say, within the few times I ve been here, it was only for tattoo removal. And upon learning they do all kinds of other skin treatment and even teeth whitening, they ll be seeing a lot of me after the tattoo removals are finished. But the best thing ever is how friendly and professional the staff is. Adam, especially is a very down to earth great guy. I highly recommend this place. They gave me a free consultation and guided me in the right direction as to what would work best for me. I went today for my first tattoo removal session my appointment was with Adam. I will say I was so nervous as to what to expect but Adam was amazing explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable through the process which was so fast and hardly any pain. I can t wait to go back to continue my tattoo removal process and schedule other services from Nicole.

My sister and I just left Luminesse after our first laser sessions and we can not get over how great the experience was! We had separate appointments, but both had the same experience. They really have taken every precaution possible to make their clients feel comfortable and safe.
We scheduled our appointments online and were contacted immediately after with digital forms to complete prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we called to see if they were ready for us and we entered individually at our appointment times. Our temperatures were taken at the door, they provided us hand sanitizer and we were immediately escorted to our rooms. We did not come in contact with anyone other than our technician and there was no waiting around. Once we were in the room, we were handed a new pen to sign our forms and the technician re sanitized everything in front of us. The appointment went smoothly and we scheduled our next appointments right in the room. When we left, we used a separate side door to avoid coming in contact with any other technicians or clients. There were even tissues at the door to use when exiting to avoid touching the handle.
We highly suggest using Luminesse for your laser needs!

I started going to Luminesse about 6 months ago. I wanted to try laser hair removal after much thought and research. I am so happy I chose Luminesse and got Jaime. Jaime was so professional, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. This was important to me because I was a newbie. Every session was dare I say it...fun! I felt like a friend was doing my laser. Jaime was knowledgeable about the procedure and was able to offer practical advise. The environment was clean, staff was always on time. I convinced my boyfriends sister who had also been thinking about laser hair removal to try Luminesse and requested Jaime as her aesthetician. She is 100% pleased as well. I later booked a microdermabrasion facial and infrared heat wrap. I would without a doubt recommend this place.

I went for a full body massage today. The therapist was professional, courteous and knowledgable about working on people with herniated discs (which I have). The office is very clean and inviting, Definitely going there again.
