I don't know how Michelle has any decent reviews. My experience has always been rushed and uncomfortable with this girl. She is robotic. Usually people will give you a little break if they see you experiencing a great deal of pain. She asks if you're okay as if you're taking up her time and rushes the entire process. She doesn't care. She wants you in and out quick and I swear today was the last straw. This is also the only place that says you have to keep coming for the hair removal laser to keep working. I've had this done in the past on the Island (Owner moved out of the country) and I will tell you that it's far from the truth. A few sessions is all I've ever needed and I would come back every six months for maintenance. My hair is growing back thicker. Michelle has the worst attitude on the planet. Her people skills suck. Today I was a in a great deal of pain and honestly she's not the type to give a crap about that. Again, I only have two other places to compare this place to and it's far from what the reviews are saying. I honestly will never go back. They are inconsistent with their deals, promising emails with discounts and you never receive them. They are cheap that's for sure but I'd rather pay double for someone who isn't rushing a LASER treatment. My god, I have my face done there and I was out of there in 15 minutes today. My entire face in 15 minutes and my face is still burning. Sometimes a chin and upper lip requires that amount of time. Find professional people. This is not a professional place. I don't care how many 5 star reviews they have. Go somewhere else.
