The products this company makes are amazing. The products are life saving and revolutionary. But if you are homosexual this is not a place you want to work, in my opinion. I worked hard to get employed by this company. I sent my resume through email, I personally delivered my resume. I was hired because the owner of the company, after meeting with him, believed I had the skills. Which I have. I was working 50 hour weeks for the company because I believed in what they where doing. BUT the employes there are intolerant of homosexuals. As soon as my supervisor found out I was gay she would not talk to me and found ways to avoid me during my training. I had to deal with employes making comments about the sexuality on a daily bases. When my 30 day review came up my employment there was terminated because of "performance issues". Things that where never brought to my attention. I didn't go against any of their policies. When I proved their reason for my termination wrong they would not answer me. The company knew I was upset with the comments so they fired me rather the deal with the behavior of their employes in my opinion. I would recommend that if you are looking for employment stay away.

Same positions keep getting posted over and over. Management cannot seem to figure out how to hire people with skills, ability, and degrees necessary to perform work.
