Canoeing activities! Super, I was afraid it was a boring excursion, instead the kids were thrilled.

It was a beautiful experience. The blue of Tirino is as spectacular as all the nature around. I would certainly recommend this tour. In spite of everything I put 3 stars for two in which left me and my friends a little dissatisfied.
After making the payment and having changed at the venue, we are asked to follow a somewhat arrogant staff member. After chasing him while he darted in his blue Seicento, we park at a distance from the meeting place for the excursion. Too bad that he parks and leaves without telling us where to go or who to ask, and this guy leaves with another group. I, who have years of customer service behind me, at least I would have indicated where to go with a minimum of smile, but oh well. That day there was a terrible sun and we were told that, at the end of the itinerary, we would be able to dive into the water. Arrived at the end and eager to take a bath, we are asked to go back immediately otherwise they would not have had time to leave with the next group. You can imagine the disappointment.
The experience itself is wonderful and we got to know ultra kind, helpful and above all passionate team members, as in the case of the boy who accompanied us with the kayak. But these two little things were enough to leave us a little bitter.
I sincerely hope to return to redo this wonderful experience in order to improve my feedback.

30 euros per person you go only in groups
If you own a canoe and want to take a tour, you need an authorization paying 10 euros for 2 hours and a maximum of 6 private canoes across the river. We waited until 11 on a Saturday to make this authorization but the person in charge did not show up. Avoid this place.

We arrived in the morning at the "Il Bosso" center and we immediately organized ourselves for the bike excursion! The loop ride is fantastic, not to mention the water of the Tirino river .... an overseas show! The kids of the center are really available even with those like us, who have "amateur" sports needs. We had lunch at the "Il Bosso" center with excellent cutting boards, vegetables and products at km 0, a great crescia, craft beers and a fantastic rose wine! All deliciously served on a large terrace where the eyes and the heart are captivated by the enchanting panorama! The Bosso also boasts of excellent initiatives as well as having an excellent reception and availability! Thanks guys for giving us our "mini" vacation in Abruzzo!

Great courtesy also from the staff of the Il Bosso collection center: upon returning from the excursion, the Eco - refreshment kitchens were closed because my friend and I had arrived overtime, nevertheless, seeing us hungry after a splendid day outdoors , they have reopened the kitchens and promptly prepared some nice sandwiches, showing a care, hospitality and availability out of the ordinary. Experience to repeat.

I tried both the bike ride and the kayak ride, both beautiful, both from a physical and didactic point of view not to mention the surrounding environment. If you are in those areas a tour is a must.

The association advertises a 5 km route on the river.
In reality you go up against the current for no more than 300/400 meters, with boring breaks under the sun. After that, in a few minutes you go back to the starting point. This is.

The guys from the cooperative who were the guides were very nice and very prepared. The river that you navigate is of a clarity never seen before. I really recommend it to all those who love nature. Halfway near the source there is a stop to swim in the icy waters (10 degrees) and for a nice drink of spring water. On the way back down the rivers accompanied by the current and the guides invite to be quiet to listen to the sounds of nature ... pure relaxation!
