I have had the absolute pleasure to walk the road with Monique Hatting of the LRE Group. My house was sold by her in November 2019 and is still not registered due to the Covid 19 outbreak. I cannot have asked for a better agent to assist me! She has gone out of her way to get legal documents done and is still managing the proses. This is most surely the most difficult proses during lock down, to get properties sold, registered and to manage the household move to a new property. Nothing is to much. Her support is excellent. Moving into my new place the toilet was not working, she stepped up and had it fixed! (The new property was sold to me through another agency.) Her regular communication with me, with updates regarding the process at the deads office, is calming. Believe me this is a stressfull time, but if you have a capable, caring agent like Monique it is bearable. I can gladly recommend her to willing sellers and buyers! The have found the LRE Group very professional.

Lerique Matthee was excellent at selling my ground floor apartment in Kraaifontein. Not only did he take the time to listen to all my questions, he was available throughout the entire process. Even giving advice on the property I bought (which he wasn t selling) I had complete peace-of-mind knowing that I was in good hands. Oh, and did I mention that I got a full price offer for my property!! I would strongly recommend Lerique to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market.

The LRE rental agent was extremely communicative prior to me signing a rental agreement. Afterwards, sadly the service declined. She arranged a move date and then did not have the key on the arranged date. My furniture removal company had arrived and already began packing when she told me that I could not get the key that day. My furniture was left out in the rain and I was treated like she was doing me a favor when she eventually agreed to handover that day after I threatened legal action. Very disappointing and very poor after service.
