I also went here to take exams - was quite pleased with the environment. Didn't experience the same noise issues as others have reviewed - the exam room is adjacent to a training room, but it wasn't an issue. As for road noise, it's Central London, wasn't bad at all! They give you a choice of ear plugs or industrial ear defenders on the desk if you want. I didn't require either. Staff were friendly and professional. It's a training centre. There were 5 other people doing exams at the same time as I was. No issues. Yes - look for the very small sign on the buzzer on the wall - they could use some larger signage, but that wasn't an issue. Comfortable waiting area etc. I don't know what more you could reasonably ask for as an exam centre.
