Toyota Aygo brought because of a recall, the rear window would be checked for free.
Rear window indeed checked for free, but apparently the garage also immediately checks a number of other points and I suddenly had to pay 60 euros when I picked it up because they had replaced lamps and wipers.
It is a great pity that this was not reported in advance and that it was not checked by telephone whether I wanted the repairs / replacements.
Closed down the nearest workshop in Amstelveen. Was invited to test a new model, but after 15 km driving, the car turned out not to be available yet. No creativity in helping a potential customer. Cash and carry for cars hier. I think my last Toyota in 12 years

My garage is no longer available by phone since a "call center" was introduced. Last week I waited 26 minutes (!!!!!!!!!!) before I got on the phone with someone who also knew nothing and had to go through everything. The tax authorities perform better.
I still have not been called back, but yes, calling again is of course no use, then I only get that "call center" again.
NB I have submitted a question about work performed and about a quotation.
Scandalous. A call center only makes sense if you also ensure that employees can do something there. Otherwise it is just a tedious, useless and time-consuming intermediate step for the customer. Another reason to leave this company. Tricky only that you seem to be left to the dealer with your hybrid?
Nice and well-organized case, ended up by chance when the center silencer of my then Toyota Paseo cabrio broke down (old age).
I already knew what the problem was, because it was already indicated at the MOT (<1 week before) that the center silencer was due for replacement very soon.
However, the car had to be on the bridge, so said, done in no time.
Conclusion: Your exhaust has broken off and needs to be replaced (center silencer).
Yes duhuh, no news! However, the estimated repair costs at Louwman were more than 1000 euros. Very much for a car from '97. Unfortunately, there was no Toyota Optifit option which only the original part solution would offer according to Louwman. When I asked if they wanted to look at the demolition, I received zero on my request.
Startled by the high amount and not wanting to think along with a suitable solution, I indicated that I wanted to repair the car somewhere else. That was possible, but I had to pay the "research costs" first ...
Your pants will drop from that anyway. Eventually paid otherwise I did not get my keys back. Finally, have the car repaired at the Euromaster a little further on, which carried out the entire repair, including assembly and VAT, for less than 250 euros. That's another way to do it!
They will not soon see me at Louwman Amsterdam.

Very poor service and communication from the workplace. Work on my car forgot to perform (air conditioning cleaning), and forget to replace the tires (while this was the reason that I brought my car along). After waiting more than 1.5 hours my car finally got back, but in terms of communication and planning there is still a lot to gain for this Toyota dealer.
In case of a flat tire, you have to go to a dealer (Toyota Breakdown Service) and lose the top prize for a tire, even if they promise you a discount when protesting.
Asked twice afterwards to pay for an offered replacement car. Account withdrawn after protest.
Called twice about cruise control not working at all. Nobody happened to have discovered an idea, solution (simple!) Later on.
Do not do second-hand parts (eg mirror glass with crack, 130 euros).
Now I have an unclear malfunction at start and can come by to have the battery measured (20 euros) and the car read out (35 euros). Battery has now been measured free of charge and approved by the Kwikfit where I went to replace it. Not replaced, but I'm still with the malfunction and just reluctant to go back to this company :( You want them to unburden you, investigate your malfunction, and then pay (market conform) for the repair!
In short, not a good feeling at this dealer and I am disappointed that they seem to have a monopoly here in Amsterdam. Where can I go with my nice car where they give you a familiar feeling?

A very bad choice for an APK. They check if the car is completely new, instead of a minimum safety compliance check. 5 of 6 findings were ignored by another garage and subsequent RDW check.
Not customer friendly at all. Workshop and warehouse closed on Saturdays, how should people who specifically need something outside their 40-hour working week get something here?
Had a question about the soot filter of my car, whether it was there or not. Mr. Westbroek, behind the counter immediately suggested driving the car onto the bridge to check if I had a moment. In the end this was not necessary and the workshop manager mailed a print-out with a complete print-out with options from the factory.
