On the whole, it is a wonderful experience of staying in the family. It is possible to check in early in the morning, the staff at the counter is friendly, and the reception staff at the door will take the initiative to assist. The whole lobby bar has a great design and there will be live performances in the evening. The atmosphere is very good. When it happens to pass the bar at night, it happens to be a happy birthday song, which makes us feel very happy.

This time because of the birthday (the birthday is a birthday, the diamond card members have not mentioned any extra snacks or drinks), the hotel has prepared a white rose at the expense, but the quality of the flower is a bit disappointing and the flowers are dry. The bouquet is like being taken from the flower shop and thrown into the water, a little casual. They are going to eat Epicure's bouquets, and the hotel's own bouquets look old.

Breakfast is located on the stairs between the lobby and the first floor. There are two restaurants, one is for half passengers, the other is executive lounge, and the restaurant for general travelers has a wide variety of breads and drinks than lounge restaurants, but lounge The number of people is relatively quiet, you can go to the general dining area to take food and then lounge to eat (open the door with a proximity card). The door opens at 6:30 in the morning, but it may be later.

This time I live on the 5th floor facing the tower, I can see the Eiffel Tower. In addition to the lighthouse, at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the tower is still shining like a Christmas tree. Originally thought that the window would be very noisy because of the road, but whether it is a soundproof window or a door (two doors), the room is very quiet, so that it is good to sleep at night. The welcome red wine sent by the diamond card is a bit ordinary, so it is good to buy it back to the room. The bathroom has only a shower, no bathtub, and spare parts. But when I went back to the room at 7:00 in the evening, I came across the room replacement service (I thought it would be done during the day). I felt very strange. Later, we chose to leave for dinner.

This location can take RoissyBus from the airport to the Opera House. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. It is close to the nearby attractions and shopping malls. It is very convenient and worth recommending!

Beautiful building, fantastic location.. our room was quite large, with a good bathroom (shower only). We didn't eat here, but we did take drinks in the bar.. the cocktails were fantastic! Is recommend this hotel...

Beautiful place. We joined friends already seated at the hotel bar. We waited 10min to order a coffee. No one came to see us to take the order. Disappointing for a 4 star.

Absolutely lovely hotel, we arrived on the 24th of December to stay over xmas for 2 nights. As soon as we arrived we received an upgrade to a suite without even asking. Staff were amazing and very friendly, drinks were very expensive in the hotel but you pay for such lovely surroundings, we didn't really mind. Will definitely be back again, one of the best christmases ever. xx

Ritzy hotel in a great location , fabulous public areas and bar .

Great time at Lpb. The service was fast and the cocktails were very good with high end products

1. Train/ Metro just behind this hotel and bus , taxi all around here. 2. This is a entirely standalone building for this hotel only. 3. Unlimited restaurants at all style and from 08:00 to 24:00 Mon to Sun. 4. All major must visit spot are in 2-5 km

Rooms are a bit of hit and miss especially for the price you're paying. Nice bathroom on the small side.
Service could be better, example they run out of umbrellas during a downpour or you only have one receptionist at a time.
The big big issue is the breakfast. Poor quality ingredients, sausage and bacon for example are really terrible. If you want an omelette ir fresh eggs it's extra, coffee is from a machine and croissants are industrial and frozen.all of this for a mere 23euros!!

Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Rooms are a little smaller then I expected but great location right by the subway station and can walk to several places nearby. The heated bathrooms were a plus! Our stay was at the end of June where it was a tad chilly but it was perfect weather

Hilton Paris Opera is a beautiful building. The rooms are finished with modern touches, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the bar area is a great touch.

Very nice place, the staff are polite and pleasant but I shortened my visit because of the presence of mice .... Inadmissible for a hotel of this scale.

The property looks really marvelous, the lobby is beautiful. The location couldn't be better, it's perfect for either turism or business. The so called executive lounge is only good for bottle water and soft drinks, which can get pricey; but do not expect anything else otherwise you'll be disappointed. The breakfast is fantastic, they even have a honey comb, their tea station is outstanding.
The rooms are small even for Europe standars, the best part is that the bathroom has heated floors . The carpet may need some maintenance, my husband's allergies were out of control from the moment we got to the room. If you are traveling by train, you really don't need cab/uber, the Saint Lazare's station is literally across the street. I gave it four starts because I really had high hopes for this hotel, it was the one place I was really looking forward to stay, not what I was expecting for the price of this hotel. The concierge staff is really remarkable, far nicer and welcoming than the front desk staff. Also, be prepared to wait for your room, even if it's after 3 pm; this is definitely a very busy Hilton Property.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. This hotel has become on of my favourites in the French capital. The hotel has a lot of history and looks amazing both inside and outside. The lobby is huge, and worth to visit for a drink even when not staying in the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated with mural paintings and high ceilings. Bathrooms with marble, mosaics, heated floors and mood lighting. Very attentive staff. Good executive lobby. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, mostly frequented by English people. Wonderful lounge (very high drinks prices) with comfortable armchairs! The staff are lovely and attentive, the rooms are well appointed, clean and the bathroom superb! We enjoyed our stay very much (4 nights) Near the department stores, the opera and the Saint Lazare train station!

Service was amazing. Everyone was very accommodating and the room was very clean and well kept. Access to the metro was just outside of the hotel as well as many shops and restaurants.

We had a conference on the first floor. A bit surprised they didn't have a lift to get there. One of the attendees was using crutches after surgery and she had to manage to go through the stairs due to the lack of lifts.

It is a very nice hotel, the reception is beautiful, the attention to details and the wonderful staff. Very good breakfast service, complete and very careful. With meeting rooms in the same hotel and a very cozy bar.

Homophobic, childish staff that can make any occasion memorable for the gawking looks, gaping mouths, and childish giggles employees of Hilton feel are fine. For my birthday I took my partner to the Hilton Opera in Paris and ordered the 'romance' package. When the check-in staff saw that I was with a man she went dead quiet and my partner asked 'what is wrong;' she would not look me in the eye again. Upon heading - quietly - to our room after being singled out by staff, the cleaning crew was near the door and when they saw two men enter the room, they covered their mouths giggling and turned around the corner. I have had one other experience like this at a Hilton and it was in Chicago, the manager dealt with it superbly by apologizing after I mentioned the incident and I had to note - in Chicago it was only one staff member. As a Diamond member I generally get decent service at Hiltons because I'm there for work, however, for any personal stays - in France at least - I will never stay at a Hilton again for it seems they feel fine to shun same-sex couples that celebrate relationship milestones in the same manner as different-sex couples.

Room for meeting or for a very comfortable coffee in a beautiful setting. I recommend.

The setting is beautiful for coffee, tea or snacks. However, it is necessary to rework the level of service that is not up to the institution.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, we had a room with access to the lounge which was under reservation which was not clear when making the booking. Temp lounge was terrible, bad selection of drinks and food, too few seats etc.

Nice location. Right in the heart of the city. The rooms are smaller than expected but the interior is classic. They have their own bar right in the lobby and you can really feel the ambiance.

For this price, the hotel is great. Unfortunately, there was a crack in the floor of our room that cracked open to the main entrance. If it weren't for this, I could have given them all five points. Also, I found that there are always many people in the hall. I guess it may be that the lobby is very popular with tourists, especially those from mainland China. Therefore, you will find that the lobby is a bit crowded and quite noisy. Free WiFi is also available in the hotel lobby.
