Really small room, no overnight laundry service, no real work space for laptop. As you can see from photo, there is not even enough room for proper ironing board. Room was clean and quiet.

One of the most unforgettable experiences of my life!
Very Bad Service. They charged me 2 times, and charge me again the deposit. i asked the desk about this wrong charge, but he told me he dont know what happened, and he can not do nothing.
Magnificent Parisian luxury hotel. The bar serves incredible cocktails, the service is very attentive and the place is magical because despite a recent renovation, the place is still steeped in history. Indeed, this hotel was built to accommodate the large flow of visitors to the Paris Universal Exhibition of 1889.
If you can't afford to stay there, at least have a drink in the vast main room, it's a piece of history in itself, and worth a visit.
Simply Amazing. Beautiful place. Relaxing and stylish
What a pleasant experience! The staff were amazing and the room was super exciting! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and provided a smorgasbord of options!!! An awesome hotel!
Great location, wonderfully decorated rooms (I recommend a King Deluxe), beautiful bar area to have a pre or post dinner cocktail. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. HH Diamond Member and this is one of my favorite Hiltons in the world. My lovely, very-Parisian view every morning waking up...
The bar is a nice place where you can easily receive guests. It's safe to book
as usual with the Hilton Group...very good location with best Service
Rediscovery of this place steeped in history. FYI, the building is celebrating its 130th anniversary since it was built in 1889 and was from the start dedicated to becoming a hotel.
During the Second World War the building served as a hospital or a prison (perhaps for women) or both. But I can of course be on the wrong track. I will be doing more research very soon.
So I was saying that the place is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the quality of service perfect (reception, concierge, bar, etc.).
Two little things, however, made me take away a star:
1. Charging an additional 2 for certain drinks from 5 p.m. personally seems rather mean for a brand like yours. I was also unable to find out what justified this additional cost. Avarice has nothing to do with it, but rather the principle.
2. Drafts in the lobby and especially at the bar. In summer this can be understood but by the current weather a little less. Moreover, several people have complained about these drafts without this changing anything.
But apart from these 2 things, everything else lived up to our expectations.
The location of your establishment is also central and the district more than alive, it is hectic and boiling with energy and desires (department stores oblige).
A great address.
Ps: a big thank you to Miss Hermance from the bar, a real authentic personality, lively and warm.
Great hotel. Wonderful breakfast with everything you may care to eat! Lavish entrance and bar. Room is beautifully put together but noise isolation isn't great and water in the shower could have more pressure. Both are above average, but considering the price point I've expected something a bit better.
Nice hotel, great service, great breakfast! Walking distance to must-see places. Staff were helpful & friendly.
Hotel up to the Hilton name. Everything was perfect. From the kindness of the staff on arrival, during the stay and at departure.
A team of highly trained young people.
Very nice lobby with bar serving good cocktails. Rooms are small.
Very beautiful and luxurious salons and bars, high-end drinks.
But seriously done something for the mice or rats lying around because hygiene remains to be desired.
I used Roissy bus from CDG airport. The bus stop stops near the Opera, and it takes about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Subway station was near, and both Printan and Lafayette were on foot, and was really convenient.
The staff who can speak Japanese was also helpful.
There was only a historical hotel, and the appearance and the lobby were also wonderful.
As room was redecorated, it was beautiful.
I also want to use this when visiting Paris.
We only tested the bar part. The place is absolutely beautiful! The service is top!
A less good place than the Athenaeum but Theo is nice. To recommend for VVip
Good location and fabulous main hall. Underwhelming breakfast and slow check out
4 star hotel close to Saint Lazare train station. It is very luxurious with a nice lobby where you will find the reception and bellhop service. Then this luxury property has a bar where the architecture is beautiful. As for the rooms nothing like having a good bed to rest a nice bathroom and the breakfast is generous sweet salty at will. Thank you for this experience.
Not to mention the charming and welcoming staff
Charged more than promised in reservation, and for reasons still unknown, took away the (better) room we checked into online using the Honors App two days prior. Staff just ok but not pleasant, rooms fair, and bar nothing special. Lobby and all other common areas not air conditioned in the sweltering Paris summer. On the other hand, cleaning ladies and room service staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, would not return.
Amazing.! Careful - very nice area near Lafayette Shopping Center - Phone Pick Pocketing is rampant!
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Paris! Rooms are great and the staff is helpful and friendly!
Excellent structure, full of charm at the entrance and in the bar area, with splendid ceilings. The rooms are refined but not always spacious. The staff is in the Hilton standard, which is above average. Very good breakfast. Excellent location in the city
Stylish lounge bar, great chic place to have after work cocktails. Drink price starts from 8
Trying to check in at 4pm, but was told room wasn t ready and that we needed to wait for an hour. I though ok, maybe it was just a really busy time mid-September. Came back an hour later and the room still wasn t ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes before we can get our room. Nothing extra was offered for this long of a wait either. Hilton Diamond here but no staff cares about your loyalty status at this location.
Great location for tourists and wonderful breakfast though.
Beautiful bar. Rooms are very nice, clean and cozy. Even the cleaning ladies are nice.
Bathroom floor heating is a plus as well
Small rooms and over priced. The best hilton hotel they had was back in the day, right next to the eiffel tower. Sad to see it gone and this expensive over rated hotel replace it. Years ago!!! Not good. Reminds me of the hotels and prices in manhatten, new york. Rip off!
Check in was excellent and everyone at the hotel was very polite. The room was a little small, but very comfortable. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Paris.
They don t really understand the what the word hospitality means!
Superb place with sublime architecture. A great room to have a coffee or a drink or make a professional appointment.
Fantastic hotel. Very well placed in the Paris Opera district with walking easily possible to many locations including the Palais Garnier and Grand Palais within 10-20 minutes. If you don't want to walk there is an always full taxi rank right out front and many restaurants and boutiques right outside.
Free buffet breakfast is included for all guests was high quality and very enjoyable with cooked, continental, cold meat and fruit & yoghurt options.
Takeaway cups at the coffee machine is a very nice touch, if not just to keep your hands warm!
A traditional Hotel in the Centre of Paris. Located at the rear is a main railway station (Saint Lazare Station) which include Versailles amongst others Effiel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum.
Excellent and attentive service. Bedrooms are Parisian chic and stylish with modern amenities. Highly recommended.
Beautiful hotel well placed in the heart of the capital
Beautifully renewed classic architecture from industrial era. Descent club sandwich and croque-monsieur, good meeting place remote from city's chaos. Staff professional and friendly.
Hilton Hotel in paris, service is good and all staff can communicate using english
Excellent location, superb architecture at the lobby. Suites just ok.
Great hotel in a great location with great service. They treat their silver loyalty members very, very well.
I fail to understand how anyone can sleep in the front of this hotel. The street inside is busy and loud all night and the windows lack any tangible form of soundproofing. Hotel and room good, but overnight experience a disaster
Hilton Hotel paris opera The beautiful and magnificent hotel is one of the best in all of Paris
disappointed with the stay at Hilton Paris Opera, picked the hotel cause of its location and it's name. breakfast buffet looks like at some 3Stars hotel, some of the waitresses have the face that they don't wanna work there. there is no turn down service, slippers and bathrobes wasn't provided till to call up housekeeping for request. on our last few days before check out, our toioto basin has this leakage problems, we quickly cut off a empty mineral water bottle to avoid water leak through the toilet floor, went to tell the receptionist, went out, came back at night, the mineral water bottle still there. asked the receptionist upon check out why there is no follow up, they said they can't fix the leakage on that moment, and the room was pre-booked, they can't do anything about it.
you see, if you paid USD2000 for 4nights for your stay and you get the basic services? you guys can do better, no?
Great location.
Upgraded room.
Great staff.
Disappointed that they were using Executive Lounge for private meetings.
Good hotel next to major train/metro station. Rooms need to be upgraded somewhat amd room service food could be better givem the price. However, good hotel at good location at a fair overall price.
Beautiful hotel within walking distance to many Paris attractions. The view from hotel with the Eiffel Tower in the distance
Hilton Opera Paris has always been one of the right choices to stay in Paris.
I stayed there 5 days 4 nights last week on the 2nd floor and it was very interesting, the room was quite big with view of Rue Saint-Lazare McDonald's and Cafe Marco Polo, strategic location, right in the city center, next to Saint-Lazare Metro Station, where there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants, and for those who like shopping, Gallerie Lafayette and Haussman- Printemps are just 3 minutes' walk from the hotel.
And for those who like to run in the morning or afternoon, the route from the hotel to Place de la Concorde is also quite near, so you can run alongside the river Seine. If you are okay to walk, going to Arc de Triomphe can also be done on foot approx.20-30 minutes walk depending on how fast you walk.
Overall I can say that my stay in Hilton last week was perfect.
Great Hilton. Service, rooms, and food are what you expect from Hilton. The location is close to Subway and walkable distance to Louver and other sites if you are up for a walk. Taxi's are lined up out front if you don't feel like walking.
Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, cozy lounge. My girlfriend and I will be back.
Very nice place for an afterwork
Service a bit random
Very nice hotel completely renovated. Central. Next to Saint Lazare train station. Very nice room.
To avoid. All the hotels in the chain in Paris use and abuse their name and their situation. tiny room. .no glass of teeth. .not bathrobe. .not slipper. At 350 euros per night you can easily find better in Paris. Only More
Super gorgeous lobby and bar that makes one feel like you re in a European movie of the 1930 s. ultra overpriced drinks. Rooms are fine. The breakfast is very good though I wish there was an omelet station or fresh crepes/waffles. Staff is nice and helpful in a way they all seem to be in Paris (at least the nice places). Everybody seems to speak English well enough (though I can speak French so I can t judge too much).
Home deplorable, not nice staff, tear gas that stings the eyes !!
A beautiful hotel very well served with a top team and a very professional security, and really delicious gastronomic specialties.
Situated in centre of Paris and near Department Stores Shopping centres
Absolutely the best Hilton I visited. And I visit lots of Hiltons. Everything is right. Service. Pricing. Location. Rooms. The atmosphere. I couldn't really find anything to complain about and I'm very picky. Great Diamond status benefits. Its definitely left an impression.
Ground catches seem made to avoid being used.
Mobile data goes very badly but the wifi helps to mitigate in part.
Other than that, we are well settled. Not particularly well served (forget order, payment of the same note by two different people ...) but maybe there are new trainees every time I go there.
Beautifully done up hotel. The rooms are cozy and has all the essentials. Oozes the perfect Parisian vibe. Did i mention it's super Instagram worthy?
