Don't buy a car from this lemon stand. You can tell they're used to angry customers by the way hardly anyone even looks at you if you come back after purchasing a vehicle. The car I bought blew its turbo about four months after I bought it (almost $2k to repair) and I ve had nothing but problems with it ever since. I m sure they have a couple of decent cars on their lot, but buyer beware.

The truck I bought was a nice truck and I am happy with my purchase (so far, anyway). But the customer service and straight up LYING by the owner and Gary, surprised me even though others have complained about the same thing - maybe I was hoping they were disgruntled or isolated incidents by one particular employee. Nope. The truck I bought needed new tires, so our deal was to include tires at a discount using a local tire shop they have an account with, basically getting them at cost. I wasn't expecting to get half price or anything, but the liars told me the tires I wanted were $50 more a piece than I could get at Discount Tire! When I asked for other options, radio silence. I should have got the deal in writing; my mistake. Regardless, don't trust these guys - they give used car salesmen a bad name. Not to mention, when I pulled up, the OWNER was outside smoking a cigarette, and when I asked him if he was the owner, he said no and ignored me. Garbage customer service indeed.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Went there with a friend, this "sales guy" dressed like he rolled out of bed this morning and came to work. He didn't introduce himself, didn't ask for our names, nor did he do anything other than look at his phone. When it came time to look at the car he wouldn't open it or start it, nor would he let us drive before he got a credit app. Well with a shady lot like this they would submit you to 30 different banks. Doesn't seem like they want to sell a car. Don't go here, save yourself the trip.

We stopped in to look at a car for our son. I have never had that great of an experience shopping for anything!!

Trampus was one of the most pleasant people that I have ever dealt with. We got a different much better vehicle for the same price than the one we went in for. Great building, great location and very friendly staff.

My recommendation would be to find Trampus but from what I could tell from all of the other customers i saw there ALL the staff is friendly, knowledgable and kind!!

Thank you guys!

I purchased a 2011 BMW idrive50i from these guys 2 months back, i had been saving for years so i could pay cash for my new vehicle.

As part of the cash deal they made me without considering any negotiating or even really speaking to me before drawing up papers... i was promised windshield wipers as well as a user manual if i returned 1 week later. Needless to say I felt very disrespected as I believe Rob was his name... walked away and into his office while holding his phone to his ear trying to act very busy so they didn't need to uphold their end of the deal. The person I purchased the vehicle from.. his name was Gary - I called the cell number he gave me a few times so he could fix the mix up, he never answered nor called me back. After about an hour I got windshield wipers that were for the wrong vehicle so another 20 minutes of waiting for the right wipers and forget the book, it was never given to me.

The day after I purchased the vehicle I took it to a BMW dealership here to handle a recall where I was informed of multiple issues that may have intentionally been hid to get a buyer.
A jimmy rigged active headrest, issues with the radiator, what looks like a tampered washer fluid line... but hey, that's not the best part yet... those inspections and repairs only would ve cost me over 1.4k the first week of owning it... i bought the car from these crooks for over 10k cash... but wait, hold on....

I wouldve happily paid that 1.4k to drive my car..until.. i was informed my engine is completely shot and requires more than i purchased the car for to replace because repair isn't an option.

Rip bmw x5, you only had 105k miles.

Avoid these liars like covid!

My husband went to look at a vehicle this morning after driving over an hour there, walked around lot for 10 min without contact. Went to the door (instructions say wait outside), waited outside for 5 min with people looking at him but not coming out. Then he went to look at another truck to see if they'd come out, but no. He then went and waved at the people inside who saw him but didn't come to the door. After 25 min with no one helping him, he left. After reading these reviews, I'm glad no one helped him and we didn't buy that vehicle.

Horrible... pulled in to test drive a 2001 Toyota 4runner 340k. First they had to jump start it.... Secondly they had to use a half of role of paper towels to wipe of moisture of the inside of the windshield.... the passenger windshield wiper was ripped in half scratching the windshield. Passenger side mirror was broke. Carpet was worn threw in multiple spots and both front seats were broke. Sun roof didn't work. I get that the car is 15 years old but top top it off the vehicle missed and would barely run under power. They are asking 5k... and it KBB for 3k. But hey he tried throwing in a tune up

Been to lot 99 a number of times and have never had more than a mediocre experience. Sales people are a bunch of uneducated liars. Most of the cars have a number of issues, and are marked up 5x higher than they buy the cars for. Horrible attitudes, and horrible customer service. I would go to any other car lot on mcloughlin before coming back to this lot. Think about your decisions before buying from here. reviews dont lie, and 90 percent of their reviews are Negative.

Drive over an hour to get there and find out half the features in the car that were in their ad didnt even work! Car salesman had no clue about anything in the car and was unwilling to even drop the price. The bumper was all scratched up and falling off as well. Seems lile they have false advertisements and don't take the time to even look over the car before posting ads. We would have boughten it if they could negotiate the price or fix the back up camera. If youre going to say it has all these features you should probably check beforehand. Basic common courtesy is lost here. I mean they cant even respond to reviews right.. Customer service needs WORK.

*Edit.. NotNot 2k under retail price like owner reply says.. it was 94$ under price we checked before we got there lol. And thats if it was in good condition! Not enough to cover fixing the bumper and backup cam.

I've personally always had a pleasant experience here and I've come in for my rapidly changing automotive curiosities multiple times. Each time, the transaction is smooth with no pressure. Sometimes they're a little busy but that's life when you have a decent selection to draw all sorts of folks out.

I can t give them a bad review because I didn't do business with these people which is what my review is about. We stopped at the lot looking for a Tacoma they had on craigslist we didn t see the car on the lot and the staff was busy with customers so we left. I contacted them through FB and asked if car was still available for sale they replied back it was and we could set an appointment to see it. I replied back, I m free the whole weekend let me know what works? On, FB it tells you if the other person has seen your message,..so I know someone there read it...just say'n :-) Anyway, it was memorial weekend i own a service based business and I get it and I get it but that was over a week and a half ago I ve never heard back from them....was it something I said? Playing hard to get ? As of this writing the truck is still listed for sale on craigslist 2002 Tacoma TRD w/ 209,000 miles but reading some of the reviews maybe it s for the best? ..LOL Update from reply below with pic of FB messenger lot 99 I never received a reply?

So I live in CA and was looking for the car I boug...

So I live in CA and was looking for the car I bought for about 3 week. I found this car at Lot99 llc. I first call them up and a gal answered the phone she was in sales. I asked if she could tell me about the car I was looking at. She first said no and she did not know much about it and that she was going to send me to Terry another sales guy. I talked with him on the phone I asked him questions like what are the rough spots on the car because I take photos of cars for a living so I know they were hiding some stuff. I proceeded to get what I thought were all the problems with the car. I then proceeded to get everything from my end that they needed super fast so I could make it as easy as possible for Terry ( Terry was great by the way) Once the deal was done Terry set up shipping and the car was here in 4 days. Now once I got the car I started noticing a bunch of things that they did not disclose to me. Like the steering wheel volume button was broke. that the window tint was fading and that OH YEA someone tried to break in the car and the window frame is bent and water leaks into the car ( I found out when I got a car wash) So I can forgive all of that right I did not go see it in person. The one thing I asked for was that the Kenwood navigation and stereo that was in the car did not work. The navigation worked but the unit was broke. I texted Terry I asked if they could send me a new one so I could just replace the one that's in it. $299-$499 Terry jumped into action and said that they would replace it. He asked me to take a pic of it so I did and in the pic you can clearly see it is a Kenwood head unit. I just received my new one and when I opened it I was so disgusted because they are so cheap that they sent me some off brand and expected that to be OK. This is a big joke and Lot99 management is a BIG JOKE. I really recommend that if you are buying a car over 15k that you really really take the time and dig into it or go see it your self.

I chose to finance a used Subaru here because the website is informative and easy to use. The Sales Team is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I started to browse their inventory on a Thursday and had a car by Tuesday. Quick processing time in my opinion as a new car buyer. Nice working with you Lot 99 team!

I am very disappointed in the integrity of this lot! One of the sales men Mason failed to fill out the paper work correctly and called and texted me for three days pleading with me to over night the correct paper work. He told me he would mail the check for the cost of the over nighting but never did! I have asked for it several times but have not been mailed my check! And it is months latter! So if you are wanting to work with men of there word this in not the place!

I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 truck from ...

I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 truck from these people along with a warranty from ASC. When I got the vehicle home I realized the vehicle didn't sound quite right so I brought it to my trusted mechanic. He told me that the timing phasors need to be replaced initially and we proceeded to try to use the extended warranty. They denied my claim saying that I haven't had the vehicle for a long enough period of time so my intent was to cancel the warranty and use the money to help pay for the repair. Only problem is that after 2 phone calls with the dealer I can no longer reach the person that I need to reach in order to get the warranty canceled. On top of that they incorrectly calculated the taxes for Washington State and are short a bit, but because I can't get ahold of this key person at Lot 99 I cannot do anything about it. To add insult to injury I have authorized my mechanic to start the repairs on the timing phasors and since starting the work he has noticed 3 broken exhaust manifold bolts, both exhaust manifolds need to be replaced, the coolant system is full of rusty water and need to be flushed and because of that later down the road the heater core, radiator, and freeze plugs will need to be replaced. So far the repair bill is up to $5000 with the potential of hitting $7000. I will NEVER buy from these people again!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer back in March. Almost 4 months later they have still not sent appropriate paperwork to complete the transaction. The vehicle itself is top-notch but I am highly suspicious of the staff who operate this "dealership". Communication with personnel is nigh-impossible and when contact CAN be made, no actions are taken. Be wary when purchasing a vehicle from this company. Stay on top of everything be thorough when following up on their progress.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOT.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOT.
They will lie to you, scam you, and sell you a lemon all the while being completely unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars I would, as they don t deserve any. To make a long story short I bought a nice looking truck for $15k and ended up having to pay another $18k+ for repairs within the first year. I d also like to mention that after calling the lot trying to get ahold of the manager, Gordon, I received texts from his personal phone in which he was very rude and unprofessional.

Now for the long story, I drove the truck home 20 minutes from the lot and there was a very strong coolant smell. Checked under the hood and saw some coolant had leaked out. Drove it straight back to the lot and they had their mechanic check it out. The mechanic wiped it off and had us drive it around town for a while and come back to check if more had leaked out. Nothing had come out so the mechanic and managers insisted it was fine. Within a few weeks the coolant smell had returned and one day the degas bottle had melted and radiator hose had come off and the coolant had exploded out everywhere. I replaced it and flushed the radiator (which had very dirty coolant), and the hose continued to pop off a few more times, the coolant smell persisted, and the fresh coolant had become black. I took it to a shop that specializes in my vehicle and they said it had blown head gaskets that ll cost $6k. After contacting Lot 99 they reluctantly agreed to pay for half of the expenses ONLY if I took it to a mechanic of their choice (RPM Northwest). Being my only option I took it. I had to pay $200 just to tow it there. It was 3 months before the shop had finished working on the truck and cost me $3k out of pocket. Then a week after getting the truck back the coolant became black again and now smelled like diesel. I took it back to the mechanic and they immediately diagnosed it with blown gaskets and cracked heads!? The receptionist told me she sees this happen all the time; lots like Lot 99 come to RPM and literally tell them to do THE BARE MINIMUM so that the vehicle will run and they won t have to pay to fix it. I ended up taking the truck to another mechanic and the truck was finally fixed for $10k of my own money. I also had to purchase new batteries ($350), breaks and calipers ($2k), and new shocks ($2k) all well within the first year of having the truck, which was in the shop for most of the time.

Steer clear of Lot 99, don t waste your money!!!

They sold me a Jeep Laredo that had an ant infestation! It was absolutely horrible. I have never seen a that many ants before in my life. A queen must have found her home there. On top of that the break lights and wiriring was all messed up. I took it to a few places to get worked on but the issue kept coming back. About two weeks after having the car it started making awful noise when stearing the car. People on the street would look at me. I just had to turn up the radio and ignore it. They also sold my friend a SUV that on hot days would smell. It showed up when the car sat for a while. The SUV runs perfectly fine, it just literally stinks on nice days... -_-

I question where these cars are coming from.

My friend bought a vehicle from this place. Had a warning light that indicated a suspension problem. The salesman "educated" us that it was nothing and that it wasn't a big deal, and it wasn't important enough to budge on price. After purchasing vehicle for 800 under asking, she takes it to her mechanic. Low and behold the entire suspension is shot, not even road worthy and she could have had a catastrophic failure driving it home on I-5. 3500 to repair just the suspension. After calling the salesman to inform him that he sold her a vehicle that wasn't road worthy, and that she could have been seriously injured had something gone wrong. He said it was your problem, you bought the vehicle with the warning light and we don't care because you own it now.

They don't care if you die, just that they made a sale. Enough said.

Went there and test drove two different trucks and almost bought one of them, the salesman had a "whatever" attitude when I expressed some concern with the cosmetic aspect of the exterior. They failed to disclose any problems with either of the vehicles and refused to help fix any problems we found out later in this transaction. When we refused to buy the salesman got visably angry so we left. We suggest finding another place to find your ride.

Saw a couple of nice trucks for sale on the website... was going to check them out but after stumbling upon and reading all the reviews I'm just going to assume the saying of "where there's smoke there's fire". The reason for 1 star review is simply due to some of the responses from the employees belittling/mocking and even responding to a consumer named "Colin" and calling him "Colon" which I doubt was accidental. It appeared they had good prices on vehicles, but I would rather pay a little more to a company that stresses professionalism.

Buyer Beware! My son just purchased a 97 F150 from Lot99 LLC. No power in 5th gear and burned through 3 quarts of oil on the drive back. Had it checked out when he got back to MT. Blown head gasket is the diagnosis; probably needs a new engine. Can't prove that Lot99 knew about it, but suspect that's why they had a hard time selling it.

First of all very happy with vehicle and price. I recommend doing research on the vehicle you're looking at and if you're not mechanical inclined bring someone with you that is and you trust. Get your own Carfax. This is a great tool. Gives you good history on maintenance, recalls, accidents and title transfer. They provided the Carfax and I was able to use that against them. " We've only had this Gem a couple weeks, I've got a couple people already looking at it". Carfax shows them in possession of it in June 2016. It is now February 2017. Once again I knew what I was buying and was only focusing on the vehicle. It was an 8 year old car so I wasn't expecting a new car. I was preapproved by my credit union which is to your advantage so I made an offer and said that's all I'm offering and I bought it. I'm a Washington resident and this is the only problem I had with them and that was trying to get any information on where are my plates. I hate to stereotype used car sales people but after the sale they are worthless. Called and talked to three different people and got three different answers (guesses). The temp expired and they told me I had to go buy an extension or just wait for the plates. Not all used car sales people are high school drop outs, convicts or "Carnies" left behind by their family. There is that 1%.

I would strongly advise Run away from this dealership!
They are always nice and agree . I paid cash for a car at this dealership . With the agreement to have them replace the factory stereo took them 6 weeks to order and replace the stereo with the INCORRECT model (4/15/2019) they replaced it with the wrong model causing and disabling the integrated system the radio was part of GPS, BoothTooth, Steering wheel controls now don t work also nor does the original display screen. I have screen shots of the original advertisement of this with dealership own pictures and showing the correct working radio before purchase . After calling three other dealership the factory stereo costs $1,100 New with an additional 150-250 in labor. They replaced my stereo with a $45 wrong unit, that was used and damaged at install. They have not returned my calls since 4/20... I signed a agreement to arbitrate using AAA and the number they provided is disconnected . Lot 99 LCC And have blown me off 1000% and will give you the run around, sloppy business practice, and if a manager had actually called me back same day would have never progressed to this horrible way to run a business!!! Do not let them touch your vehicle for repair, no paper work was complete for this install and replaced with parts as stated by Salesperson Bryan Davis purchased from ebay Salesmans justification why it took 5-6 weeks for a radio to be installed and order . Lot 99 LLC Used WRONG & damaged stereo unit, replaced it with the wrong model causing and disabling the integrated system in the Nissan Sentra I purchased from them for cash. I would strongly advise Run away from this dealership!

I waited until my mechanic did the inspection befo...

I waited until my mechanic did the inspection before writing this, just FYI. I mean, I really love my truck but I made myself wait.
I came in with my own funds and their advertisement for the truck that I wanted.
I put $500.00 down on an Avalanche and they agreed to do a couple repairs before I picked it up.
Then I realized that it did not have a feature that I wanted and I asked to move my $500 over to a different truck, even though I already committed to buying the first truck.
Rob said no problem and was very accommodating.

I came back to check out this second truck. It was more expensive than my first pick. But full disclosure-as long as it wasn't hemorrhaging oil, I was pretty much sold.

And wow, it was such a difference! I immediately felt the price difference and could see where my money was going. The second Avalanche was a much smoother ride, better maintained, and had hella features- all in excellent working order.
I had been looking at Avalanche trucks for sale everywhere from Tacoma to Salem to Bend and I knew that the pricing was correct and typical for our area, but seeing where the value went when I compare the two trucks- that was very important and reassuring.

I like that they let you test drive without a sales guy with you. I like that I could bring others with me and take it to a parking lot, bust out our flashlights and crawl under it without distractions.
I like that I had the option to do the title myself and avoid a fee.
I like that they gave me a reasonable amount of time on the trip permit.

I've brought my own funds to dealers before, and when I did, they signed me up for financing anyway as a backup in case there was any issue with the cashier's check. Then I would have to call and cancel that financing the following week.
I don't know if financial communication has maybe changed or possibly Lot 99 LLC is just cooler like that, but Rob just took the check and gave me the keys. No "backup financing". No waiting around. Quick paperwork. Sweet.

So today my extremely thorough and time-tested mechanic completed his inspection and told me: "You got a good one." One minor repair was needed and it was one that I was expecting.
Over all- I got a truck that had been well taken care of by the prior owner/s and needed almost nothing, which is better than what I expected for a 9 year old truck.

I mean I kind of knew it was in good shape, but was glad for the confirmation.

You sold me a good one, Lot 99! Thanks Rob!

I just bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza from them and the head gaskets blew not even a week later. But I only made it a couple days and the car started excessively leaking and overheating. Now I am out of another $1,600 in repairs and I won't have a car for a week. The people here seem extremely shady and do not come off as genuine at all. Seems they only care about making sales. I should have taken it as a warning sign when I tried to test drive the car and it was dead. The salesman literally had to jump start the car so I could test it!

Just bought a 2004 wrx sti from these guys and after owning it for one day I get a catalyst code P0420. This isn't a code that's just going to pop up that quick this had to be an on going issue and they just kept resetting the code to ensure it wouldn't show up during a test drive. Kind of disappointed and won't be back to do any buisness with them. I would rather get honesty and tell me the issues so im aware and solve them myself then to get a check engine light in the middle of the interstate not knowing what it could be. The sales associate was also very questionable, be aware and trust the negative reviews on this place.

Bought a truck a year ago from them, that on the outside seemed to be decent. Within a week or two, it was obvious that I had serious alignment issues and took it in to Les Schwab to have it looked at. They were able to do the alignment but in the process noticed that the tires I had (seemingly expensive BF Goodrich Mud Terrains) on were over 12 years old and had serious weather checking and spider cracks all over the side walls. They also let me know that the lower ball joint's needed to be replaced. The next day one of the sidewalls blew out causing me to have to buy four new tires Two weeks later the alternator went out. This was just the beginning of the single most expensive piece of junk I've ever purchased. The driveline was slammed together so poorly that it was incredibly out of balance and I had to have it rebuilt at a cost of almost $500. The hubs and bearings have gone out on both front wheels. The electrical wiring seems to have been done by a 12-year-old child. Whenever it rains I get a leak in the back of my cab. I could keep going but I'm done as I think you get the point. Stay away and do not buy a vehicle from this company. You will regret it without a doubt.

We had a great experience. We did our research and Mike was extremely helpful to get us the vehicle that we wanted. We always dread going to the car dealership but the staff are all wonderful and made our shopping experience worthwhile. Thanks to all the staff for helping us in getting our dream car. Make sure you do your research before purchasing your vehicle of choice. It will make it easier for the staff to assist you with your purchase

Never was able to get ahold of anyone. They said they needed a credit check to book an appointment in light of covid. Went ahead and called them a couple times and emailed them several before I gave up on a truck I wanted.

I spent $30,000 here and my tank was bone empty upon pickup. Mentioned it to Rob the sales manager, and he laughed in my face and refused to fill it up before I drove away. Glad I found my truck, but this place is a scam, I would avoid this dealer if at all possible.

There are numerous reputable diesel dealers around who WILL provide you fuel to get your purchase home from the lot after spending $30,000 and I recommend you shop those spots first. Lot 99 is a last resort.

Buyer beware! Stay away!

Shady. Very shady. Do not buy from this dealership. They will do everything in their power to inconvenience you, they are buying cars from auction in rough shape and passing them off as in good working condition. They are rude and poor at returning calls or even taking them. They will not honor any agreement pre or post sale. They are just not worth your money. Run away.
