Lot 99 LLC Review

My boyfriend bought a 2007 BMW from this dealership for almost 9K. They said it needed a new O2 sensor (easy fix) and that their shop looked at it and cleared all the codes and it s good to go. By the time he got it home THE SAME DAY, the check engine light came on again. My boyfriend took it to the BMW dealership- and got a quote for $14,000 to fix both high pressure fuel pumps, misfires on cylinder 1 and 2, then the ABS light also came on. I have a really good feeling they knew this was an issue and just really wanted it off their lot. The car completely stalled in the middle of the road, lost all power steering and everything. This could have killed someone. I would avoid this place.

I purchased an Audi S6 from Logan Redden at Lot 99. He was great to work with! He provided a lot of info about the car, allowed me time to do research and gave me several good financing options. I never felt pressured at all! In the end, I feel like I got a very good deal on a fantastic car. I will definitely do business with them again!

Went in to take a look at a vehicle. The pictures of the car made it appear to be in excellent condition. I put forth way too much effort to come to Portland to look at it. As I walk up to the car, I immediately see that the sea rails INSIDE the vehicle are completely rusted. I immediately inspect the under carriage, and notice that it is severely rusted beyond repair. The rear exhaust hanger was so rusted, that chunks of rusted metal came off with little effort. The strut mounts were also rusted, and so was literally the rest of the car. The engine had been detailed, with most of the hoses replaced. Peering down through the engine bay, I could easily see that one of the CV axles was leaking. This was a very short inspection. No doubt there were other problems with it.

I didn't bother driving the car, naturally, since the car was so severely rusted. I always hesitate buying from a wholesaler, since they're rightfully known for being shady. If you buy a used car from ANYONE, have it inspected. It could easily be worth the $100, and could save you from a major disaster. Shop smart folks.

It was my second time visiting the lot. Both times were excellent. Both Rob (Ron?) and Tyler were wonderful. Test drove both times and still haven't bought a car - I do plan to!

Straight-up lied to me about the Carfax. my car has obviously been in a few accidents before. The trunk is damaged to where every time I wash my car water gets in the interior of the trunk and there's mold building up. After bringing this to his attention, he ignored me and never messaged me back. funny he message me every time until he got his money and then bailed when I got my f*****-up car. Bigger problem is I live out of state and I thought I could trust an honest dealer to give me a decent car but no, he lied about it and once I got the car I wasn't expecting he disappeared with my money. I have my lawyer on it

They are scam artist they list cars on craigslist that they don't actually have to get foot traffic . Steer clear

We test drove a Chevrolet pickup and noticed it had a slightly rough idle at first. After mentioning the rough idle to Jesse, our salesman, he agreed that it seemed a bit off, and offered to take it down to the mechanic to get looked at since this truck was very new in their inventory. A few minutes later, he comes back to us and says that the manager thinks nothing is wrong, the truck "just needed to warm up" and isn't idling rough anymore, so they take back their offer to get it looked at. The check engine light wasn't on either, and this pickup was in immaculate condition otherwise, so I bought it.

Next day, the check engine light comes on because of misfires in TWO cylinders (likely the coils or spark plugs), so the rough idle obviously was something worth looking at. It must be tough to sell used cars because I'm sure they all come in with problems, but... these guys look a bit shady, especially after reading other reviews.

Don't buy from them unless you really know your car/truck parts! We test drove a few other trucks with loud clunks coming from the underbelly, et cetera, and they also tried to pass those off as "no big deal," too.

Tyler was a great salesman. No pressure. Had a great buying experience. Would recommend.

Stay clear of this dealership. Vehicles look clean but most of them have issues.

Do not get a vehicle from here! My car stopped working omw to get my daughter from school only had the car for a month and two weeks. I tried to call them and speak to the man who sold me the car but they acted like they didn't know who I was talking about. So I took it to professionals and four grand later the car finally works right. When they sold it to me it had faulty wireing, time belt was done for, power rely was outa wack making the car shut down,and the fuel pump was bad. Please do your research b4 u get a vehicle from here. Look up a lot that's been in business over 30 years or a professional business

They are not the most honest people, sold me a 2005 Nissan Maxima with a bad transmission(Terry Beck) and when I called to ask about it they said nah man I don t know about that, should be good . I had to get the vehicle towed to AAMCO for a while new transmission which was more than the vehicle worth. I even asked Terry Beck to refund the transmission costs he said sorry it is what is.

These guys sucked and screwed up a lot of the paperwork. Not to mention the car they sold me was overpriced and broke down within a year.

Very satisfactory. A reasonable amount of haggling, but that is to be expected. The car is as advertised (so far). What really made it for me was the office chair in the dealership. It was very smooth and sleek and a beautiful shade of green. I was impressed with the pens as well. They glided smoothly along the paper. I was also amused by the fact that the dealership man told me to give my autograph rather than my signature. Would go back for sure in the future (to ask where they got that chair from).

DO NOT buy from this dealership!! They will sell you garbage! We haven t even had our truck for a month and it s already In the shop getting repairs! 2k worth. Go someplace else!!

Paid the price for a mint condition truck that s maybe in good condition, at best. They covered up major rust spots underneath the truck 100% Cancer holes hidden in the bed. Threw the driveline off balance from coating so much. Two days after buying it had to spend $2,000 to fix it and they wouldn t even help pay for rapairs. it failed a safety inspection. They put cheap tires on it that can t even be balanced. Very unloayl to customer satisfaction.

Purchased a Ram 1500 lifted. Truck was delayed on shipping that I paid for by a week and a half due to a fuze panel replacement. Truck got shipped and upon delivery the driver side mirror directional was broken and missing the lens cover. The wipers and heated seats and lights dont work. Now Im paying for a whole new electric sensor system and a new directional. Its costing over $500.00 to fix. To be lied to and expect. A $20,000 vehicle to be in working condition according to tge great lying salesman Terry is such disrespect. I would not recommend this place unless you are into buying a problem or a lemon. Thanks for the lying too me just to sell a vehicle.

Incredible experience from the moment I walked in. Did not feel pressured to purchase any of the vehicles, and came back a week later for a second drive in one of the H3s on the lot. Mike was the one who initially greeted me during my initial visit, and became my goto guy at the lot. I was more than happy to give them the sale. The check engine light did come on after a couple days of continuous driving. Surprisingly, without any pushback, Mike and the team gracefully took my car in and did not only the repairs to fix the check engine light (which happened to be a sensor), but a complete tune up of the engine! I have never experienced such professionalism and communication throughout the process. Mike had a lot to do with the service provided, and without the support of his team, I doubt this experience would have been the same.. highly recommended, and be sure to ask for Mike when you get in! Zero stars if i could. Got a high priced ram. Beautiful truck. Checked the radiator several days later and it had a generous dose of alumaseal in it. Just got the bad news. Water leak at number 8. Going to cost $2,500.00. No proof they knew about it, but come on. Buyer Beware

These guys are crooks. Do not buy from them unless you want to find out you payed double the price for a vehicle. They had the car fax printed out but failed to have an accident report on there that I found 2 months later from the Honda dealership.

Very bad customer servic . Will not help with or do anything about my cars check engine light, which they had cleared and it only came on only a few minutes after having bought the car from them. After having it checked out by someone else we found out that it wasn't just the one code they told us about but, about five other codes as well. I would never reccomend this company. They're a bunch of liars and will do anything to make money.

I'd give zero stars. This place is terrible. I would NOT reccomend this place to my worse enemy. The sales staff has no knowledge of general car information, they are rude, and you are hurried through the process. It appears most cars are repos or auction cars. So expect something that wasn't taken care of or cared for. You will only get pennies for your trade in. I have been collecting cars for 25 plus years. This dealer is the absolute bottom of the barrel. You have been warned !

Don't waste your time or money at this place. They are rude, dishonest, and tried to blatantly hide serious mechanical issues on a car they claimed was in "great shape." The guy I spoke with was named Rob. He looks like a short, low-budget version of Bill Goldberg. Stay away.

Lot 99 LLC is pleasantly surprising for a used lot in this area. The business model is set up to sell lots of cars rather than make huge profits off fewer sales. I bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee which was listed at a reasonable price so no need to haggle. They offered me a fair price for my trade so I didn t even need to negotiate.
Our salesmen was Jesse. He s been in the business a long time and is knowledgeable in every aspect from sales to financing. He is a great communicator and made sure we knew everything up front about the vehicle. He kept in touch via text and emails to work our deal overnight so when we showed up the next day we were out of there in an hour with our new vehicle. There was no BS which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Jesse for restoring my faith in car salesman!

Sleezy second rate sales staff, junk cars that are not worth what they ask for them. They will jerk you around and lie. They drag their feet on deals. Horrible run down lot. Typical slimy used car lot. Don't waste your time. There are other dealers near by that have much more to offer in a much nicer environment. 3 days of my life wasted on this joke of a car lot.

Sold me an overpriced lemon (BMW) and didn't let me negotiate the price down to market value. Check engine light came on as we were driving home. Very sketchy people. Avoid at all costs.

Awful, awful service. Been trying to get our title for almost a year now. Get a different story every time. They lost our tittle so now slwe have to pay twice for our vehicle. Just awful service. Should have read the reviews first I guess.

I would stay clear of this place. It use to be a decent place but I have had friends and family go there recently and its been all bad. I tried calling and talking to a couple people there I personally know and they dismiss everything. Be cautious with the cars here they clear codes that come back after 100 miles.

I wasn't impressed with the service or inventory. We wanted to view a truck, had called ahead, and then arrived to find it had multiple cracks in the winsheild, the volume button doesn't operate and no gas. The guy onsite said we could test drive it around the neighborhood, but they didn't have a gas card to fill it up. Well, can I use the restroom before a test drive? Nope. it's not open to the public due to Covid. Were staff and customers strictly following the facemask rules? Nope. However, the salesman advised I could test drive to a gas station.

I'm updating my review because people should know... Lot 99 sold me a manual dodge Dakota truck without a parking break. The spare tire that was sold with it was the wrong size and I found this out on the side of the road... The jack had been removed though I don't know if that ever comes along with the vehicle on used vehicles. I love my truck but it's sad people take advantage.

Like a lot of other people my permit expired before I received the paperwork then they told me I was not their only customer and their is a whole file cabinet full of people waiting also the truck had no headlights no heater and terrible rock chips all over the front that were covered up with some kind of awsome product until you wash it guess I am gonna have to find out what they used because it looked great until it got washed

Curtis is the Man! This is my first time ever financing and purchasing a vehicle off a lot, he made the process super simple if I need a car in the future I'll head that way and look him up I recommend giving these guys a shot, very inviting lot and Lobby everybody was super friendly I hope this is an example of how the process is ran on day-to-day operation well done!

Don't ever think of buying a car from this lot even it's ur dream car and even it's only one in the world just go to another delear -900000 million out 10

Terry was great to work with through the whole process. 1 day later my durango started making noise brought it to my local shop to check it out. Needing repairs but lot99llc is working with me and paying all repair cost.
Definitely recommend.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service, wouldn t buy a car here and would advise everyone not to. Shady dealership, always selling cars that have major issues and refuse to fix them after selling. Plenty of other dealerships out there, don t even bother wasting your time and or money here.

Lot 99 always has a positive environment and is never a typical car buying experience, they go above and beyond to make the time spent there worth it. My salesman Mason has spent days working with me to find the perfect car at the right price, he s always comfortable to work with and the most genuine sales guy I ve met - I have never felt pressured here to buy the car and will be referring people in the future!

My friend Rick just bought this nice BRZ...we pulled up and showed them their ad picture, and said "we want this car, we need the key's"...40 minutes later we were on our way home...very nice people

I bought a 2016 focus and Josh was very nice and helped me get into my first financed car and helped me through the whole Car buying experience and made it fun and explained everything to me and made it an awesome car buying experience. 10/10

They do not check cars before selling them. I bought a truck for $15000 and found out it had a bad transmission that lasted about a month before spending another $9000 to fix all the problems. Then i found out it had a broken gasket in the upper brake light. When it rained water was flooding in and rotting the seats and floor. After all the work I sold them my van and told them it needed work, but i saw them sell it online before work was done.

First, I called and they said they had a car. When I got there after a 40 minute drive, it turns out it had sold two days ago. The next week I went back (mistake), and the car they described as "excellent inside and out" had 20-30 scratches on the hood, smelled bad, had scuffs through out the interior, and was missing buttons. This place is a joke. I will never go back.

Bought a used bmw x5 at lot 99llc. Hesitation always sets in for me dealing with larger purchases. Lot 99 smoothed over the entire deal and had the exact car with options I had looked high and low for. A few weeks after purchase of the vehicle it had a battery light come on. Lot 99 went above and beyond and swapped the alternator and battery free of charge. Very untypical for the business they are in. Rob, Tyler and Gordon are top notch. I couldn't behappier with my purchase and lot 99llc. The prices were slightly below the portland markets and I could have easily walked around all day looking at their higher end vehicles. Hope your experience is similar to mine and happy trails!

If I could ever rate worse than 1 Star now would be the time. Terrible people, terrible consumer service, arrogant, misleading and dishonest people. Sold me my second car ever, saved up for years to buy the car for a fair price at what it was listed to be. Test drove the car multiple times and then returned to purchase it. Not even a week later the ETS light pops up and now the car is a constant problem. Bad throttle and a bad sensor. We called and they were no help whatsoever denying everything and Basically told us it was our problem now. Would not recommend these low lifes to anyone unless you absolutely know what you re getting yourself into.
