Women's sports heaven!! Unlike any sports store I've ever been to. Immense selection of field hockey, softball, and lax equipment and clothing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who helped us find everything we needed. Would be there every day if we didn't live on Long Island.

I ordered my lacrosse bag on September 8th, it is now October 26th, and I still haven't received the bag????

Although I ended up not needing the equipment I ordered, and didn't even open it, their customer service during the return process was outstanding.

I have used Longstreth with no issues for years. I recently had a shipping issue, my fault with transposed number in an address. Customer service was able to resolve the issue and had my item back out the same day, and I received it in 2 days.

Longstreth is THE #1 source for all things field hockey! I have been doing business with this company for over 2 years purchasing everything from equipment, personalized uniforms, bags, tshirts, gifts, etc. If it's field hockey you play, it's Longstreth you shop. Period.

We are big fans. We have ordered from here for our daughters indoor and outdoor needs. They fill orders quickly, answer comments quickly and are ready and willing to take care of their customers. We live in Ohio and find this is the best place to get all the gear in one location. Geared towards girls sports they know what they are talking about. We've even made a trip out to see the store. They have thought of everything!

Longstreth Women's Sporting Goods Store has very knowledgeable and friendly staff in their retail location. They can help the female athlete with all her needs for the sports of field hockey, fastpitch softball, and lacrosse. As I said the staff is knowledgeable about both the products and the sports.

If it is your first time at Longstreth's store, you may find getting into the store difficult, as it is in an old barn and you need to go around the side of it to get in the store (go around to the right of the hours sign). The store itself is two stories with lacrosse and softball on the first floor and field hockey on the top floor. There are stairs inside and out with no handicap access to the store.

Each sport area also features an area where you can try out the equipment before you buy and the staff is there to assist you as well.

Full line of equipment and gear for each sport as well as apparel and gifts for sports enthusiasts.

My online order came very quickly and customer service was very prompt in answering my questions. My only complaint was that I never received an emailed order confirmation or a shipping notification, which left me wondering if my order had been received. Everything was fine in the end but a little extra communication (which most online retailers provide) would go a long way.

Although Longstreth is 45 minutes from me its worth the trip! Last year was my first time going for the tent sale, and it's amazing!! They had a small raffle like contest to win a "easy talk" mouth guard. And even though it was the second day of the sale they didn't seem under stocked. I am a goalie in field hockey so it is usually hard to find reasonably priced equipment but this was EXTREMELY cheap. I got 3 things and spent no more than $30. The people were very kind and helpful which was great because I had heard they were rude. I would say that the trip is worth it for anyone.

Always a positive experience. An issue with the quality of the manufacturers grip on the field hockey stick was resolved quickly. Also, very happy with the custom stringing of the new lacrosse head.

The only negative I can think of is that it is remotely located.

We ordered online for a supply of tournament field hockey balls. They arrived promptly, were of excellent quality and totally served the purpose!! In the past we have ordered various gear and supplies for personal use and have never been disappointed!!

When adjusting I had asked some questions regarding my purchase and they helped pick a stick that met what I was looking for, in the specs I gave, by same manufacturer and price range. We were introduced to Longstreth shortly after starting in the game of Lacrosse. All i can say is WOW! We have since relocated to the south east and continue to use them for all of our lacrosse needs. The staff is beyond helpful and if you are a girl looking for perfect equipment made for a girl this is the place.

This might be an interesting review, but our softball team ordered a set of jerseys from Longstreth. When they came, we were very unhappy with what we ordered. Longstreth offered to send samples so we could see what we were ordering, but we refused.

Anyways, after calling and talking to their extremely helpful staff, they showed genuine care about our satisfaction. After talking to them over the phone, I left with a great feeling, and was completely satisfied!

They really took care of us and showed concern that we were totally happy with our purchase. I couldn't thank them enough for their hard work on our problem. Thank You!

The sales are frequent and fantastic. The return policy is great! I recommend this store to every player and parent looking for equipment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Sue Fretz in customer service was amazing! I ordered some items for a birthday present that never came. When I contacted Longstreth, they said the items had been delivered the previous week and signed for upon delivery (sadly, not by me or anyone in my household). Without hesitation Sue refunded me to get the issue resolved. Without knowing anything about softball or the clothing I ordered, it was so refreshing having someone be so helpful in a spot where I'm sure she has to field alot of angry customers and complaints. This was the first non-intro field hockey stick we purchased for our daughter. The information provided on the website about the different features of a stick were really helpful. She is now mastering dribbling and it was her goal to be able to do aerials with her new stick. We're really happy. Can't wait for this season to get fully underway with the first game next week. Customer service is great for my club and camp orders. Most of the time I don't even have the order numbers in front of me and they know what I need. I wish I could do more, I've just cut way back on ordering sticks and merchandise for club, camps and tournaments because kids can get anything online and at the big tournaments.

Longstreth is great. I have been to their store and ordered online. Both have been great experiences. Ordering online is real easy and they pack and ship right away. If you can, I would definitely recommend visiting their retail store in Spring City also. The store is like no other sporting goods store. You can try out most of the equipment they sell. I went up with my daughter to purchase a new field hockey stick. She must have spent an hour trying out sticks before settling on the one she wanted. All of the employees are very knowledgeable. They are all players or former players. Their prices are very competitive and they are always running sales. Can't say enough about Longstreth. I highly recommend. You can't go wrong.

So far no problems at all with the items I ordered and both turned out great. Look forward to getting more equipment from them. Very easy and it came right away.
