Beautiful hotel, ideally located in the city center with a magical view of Bellecour. Helpful and very professional staff. Breakfast varied in an authentic setting.

Very nice typical hotel decorates with taste. Very professional welcome. The concept for apprenticeship training in the hospitality and catering trades is a great initiative. Nice room overlooking the Place Bellecourt. At night it's magic.

The hotel is located in the cultural center of Lyon, where you can visit the city on foot.
It is an old building, but very well decorated, with refinement and attention to detail.
Parking is outside, but is very close.
There is an excellent breakfast and a very inviting restaurant.
The front desk staff is helpful and very helpful.

Good location, good staff, good rooms. I was a child, but the staff's response was very good, and I got a doll for a bear for children.
It is already a nice atmosphere from around the front, but unlike a chain-type hotel where rooms are often, it feels like a European.

Nice decor and exceptional meal. We were a table of 7 people and nothing to complain about. The dishes were simply worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The service is not perfect yet but it is apprentices and the job is very difficult ...
It's a good discovery and a very good address. We will come back again.

Home below expectations but quickly corrected .... finally the stay was very good ... the breakfast was just exceptional

Came among friends for a Lyonnais weekend, we all appreciated both the rooms and the service. The staff are attentive and helpful and allowed us to enjoy the stay despite obligations related to COVID-19

Excellent service, the room service was delicious, and the room was very comfortable. Oh, and I was here in Lyon for the great heatwave of June 2019 and the hotel's air conditioning was much appreciated!!

2nd MGallery hotel 1 min from Place Bellecour. In keeping with the MGallery Carlton on the other side of the square: the +: the award, the restaurant Paul Bocluse's Institute stuck to the hotel, the bar & staff that offers creative cocktails. "Royal" atmosphere. The -: the choice of breakfast in Lyon specialties is limited, the bathroom is less modern. Upon arrival at the reception, the staff addresses the price of the room while it was a surprise ... An approach not very delicate ...

The bath is comfortable and located in the center of the main commercial street, very close to the Metro Metro station, very convenient.

Hotel with atmosphere. A very rich and exclusive breakfast buffet. Courteous in the service. Gladly again.

This hotel was fine but nothing spectacular. It was clean. Breakfast was good but cost about 3x what it was worth. The location is central to sites in the city.

This hotel is beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious, but the reception is not nice and we try to give us a lousy room while we are regulars for many years. We are more like loving customers. Finally after a lot of palaver we get a good room but a temperature of 17 degrees in the room. We finally receive an electric heating but the 2nd requested chair has never come. A deduction on the final bill but a big bitterness across the throat.

Nice hotel great staff. Just some maintenance issues that keep popping up (plumbing specifically). Centrally located close to a major Plaza period the lack of gym makes it difficult to stay in shape with all the great food in town

Roads were closed when we arrived. Staff were found a temp parking location for us and gave us lots info about Lyon...

I stayed here several times. Excellent boutique hotel with excellent location and food from the students of the resident culinary school. Each room is different and furnished with antique furniture and some rooms have excellent views. Recommended.

The setting is really top! The rooms are well equipped, everything you need is there. The view is splendid !!! The reception is very nice. The breakfast to see again. A little poor choice but the place is nice. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the restaurant which is closed all the month of August.

Great location and beautiful hotel. we enjoyed our room looking on the street which is lively and full of action. The courtyard view looks onto the back of a building with no views. I wouldn't suggest it.
My only complaint is with the concierge service. You're better off on your own. You get a lot of attitude with little to no to assistance.

Service Beyond reproach. Most delicious food. Wonderfully appointed rooms. Centrally placed to all activities.

Too bad for this 5 stars that services and benefits do not follow.
Room not super clean (goblet for coffee with mold in it-forget the previous guest ...- traces of coffee on the complaints), shower bar that breaks from the wall, mirror bulb almost HS, and whenever we asked for the car either the request was forgotten or we waited forever.
In short it is a good 3 stars

No, this is not a 5 star hotel ... The mundane rooms are poorly maintained, the hotel has aged badly ... The shower leaks and floods the bathroom ... Breakfast served in room n is not complete ... Ah yes, I wanted to leave the same comment through the site on which I booked ... Guess what ... I was censored.

Hotel in great location, very central, close to all the main road to go to the 4 songs of lyon, opposite a supermarket, train station, a beautiful square, close as well to the many restaurants, staff and impeccable service, always available to advise and to help us, pretty comfortable beds, great breakfast.

Beautifully decorated and great location in the heart of Bellecour. The rooms are comfortable and have a balcony where you get to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a variety of pastries from the local boulangerie.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay feel honey at possible. Restaurants surround the area and many shops are available for your shopping needs.
