Sue Fretz in customer service was amazing! I ordered some items for a birthday present that never came. When I contacted Longstreth, they said the items had been delivered the previous week and signed for upon delivery (sadly, not by me or anyone in my household). Without hesitation Sue refunded me to get the issue resolved. Without knowing anything about softball or the clothing I ordered, it was so refreshing having someone be so helpful in a spot where I'm sure she has to field alot of angry customers and complaints. Well done all around! I will be purchasing from them again regardless of the mishap. It was their fault and they owned it anyways.
