Great customer service! I had a problem with my order, my fault not theirs, and they called to correct. When adjusting I had asked some questions regarding my purchase and they helped pick a stick that met what I was looking for, in the specs I gave, by same manufacturer and price range. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.
