They have a very knowledgeable and engaged staff. They were able to accommodate my need for a restringing of lacrosse stick on short notice. They do a great job on everything they do.

Great customer service and product knowledge. I know nothing of the products I was purchasing because they were for my daughter who is playing field hockey. One of the sticks I ordered online was not available, Customer Service promptly emailed me. At first I was upset, then they discussed high-quality alternatives and explained the differences. I ended up with a better quality product in the end due to their assistance. My daughter was very satisfied and her teammates complimented her on the new gear.

The ultimate store for woman's sports! I've never seen such a large selection of field hockey sticks. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Only problem I have with Longstreth is they're too far from where we live (but they do have a great catalog and online store).
