Smelled kinda gross at entrance. Food was delicious. Waitress could have been a bit more attentive.

Service was beyond slow. Later found out server forgot to place food order. Even when asked about meal was never informed of delay.

The food was spot on. The service was going good and then the server seemed to begin neglecting our table as if the other people were more important. I hope everyone is not treated that way.

Terrible service tonight! One waiter on a Monday night? Just keep the dining room closed if you don t care about the service.

Ordered togo, would have been 5 stars but the "curbside pickup" needs a lot of work.

If I could rate this place a Zero I would. Waited half an hour from walking in and never even received a glass of water. Will never return to this location.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, with great food and service. But unfortunately my wife and I got a terrible case of food poisoning the morning after eating here.

This is my favorite LongHorn to visit. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant and friendly and the food is ALWAYS great!!

Steak was not cooked well and drink was very weak...staff very polite

My friend and I decided to have lunch at this particular location. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had a trainee as a waitress and she done a wonderful job and her supervisor also came by to make sure that we were taken care of well. At this location remember if you park in the parking deck bring in your parking ticket and they will validate it.

The Best restaurant to invite your family and friends

I've been to plenty of Longhorns in different states but this one is my least favorite. First there is no on site parking. You have to park at the parking deck across the street which was filthy. The stairs are so nasty and smell like urine. The restaurant does validate the parking so there's no cost. The waitress sat us at a table where the table top was clean but beneath the table was mess there were used napkins, straw papers on the floor just a mess and they didn't bother to clean it before they sat us there. The food was just ok when normally it's really delicious the waitress never came to check if we needed anything after serving our food not even to refill our water glasses. This particular restaurant gets a thumbs down from me but I will continue to try other Longhorns along the east coast.

Service was mediocre. Didn't get any bread until we got the check! Waited almost half an hour for long island tea.

Our server was very polite and very attentive and the food was spot on me and my daughter will definelty come back

A great American streak house dine in with a lot of opt in menu with comfortable seated delicious dishes and it s friendly staff and there is bar.

My family and I went there for my birthday again, love it. Was treated to a nice juices streak never had one, eating their steaks I thought i was in Heaven."Just Saying!" On Saturday and Sunday when i don't feel like cooking, I take a break and stop in there for dinner. Their staffs are excellent!" Take a break some time and relax, and let LongHorns streak house pimple you and your family. Love this restaurant," Will go back again soon!

Our server was great. He was always making sure we were good. Black guy wish I remembered his name but was serving our area and another. Great customer service with him. Just polite and respectful. Food was good just which they had more options with sides. I mean they have lots of saturated food options anything potatoes, fries, mashed, baked, then there's rice. Veggies I mean broccoli and asparagus? I don't like neither of them. But I wish I had a veggie option. Green beans or corn.. Would have been nice.

Place is good. But absolutely no any dress code. I mean it's okay to be here with low pants and underwear exposed.

Place a to go order, which they got wrong and when I called to get it handled they was rude Iver the phone, had me on hold for 20mins to have them hang up on me.

Date night and my girlfriend picks Longhorn in Buckhead. We get there and sit in a large, comfortable booth. The food tastes BETTER than it smells! The drinks were delish!

However, because of our server, Misty, I can only give this location 3 stars despite the delicious food and great drinks. She wasn't attentive at first. But when a 8-top came in, she never came back. Other servers had to get our bread and check. As I watched a different server handle four tables like she was a pro, our server wouldn't even check on us 20 minutes after delivering our food. Another drink would have been nice. But alas, Misty decided we weren't worth her time unlike the men sitting at the 8-top.

We will be back but I will demand any server BUT Misty!

Total let down... my ribeye came out at an 1/8 inch thick, horribly done and at least 1/3 fat and another 1/4 grizzle... The potato was dry as a bone too... Couple that with lackluster caring from mgr, and if it were at all possible to give a negative star rating I would...
This was and will be the very last time they get my hard earned money... It was simply an awful experience in every way imaginable...

The food was great. My steak was cooked well and very flavorful. The service was okay. There was only one waitress for the entire floor.

Margaritas are surpringsingly great! This being said by Mexican!

Good service, nice portion sizes. Had an issue with order not the servers fault, manager came to table, acknowledged issue, and remedied it.

Horrible... we were not seated until 10 minutes later... Mind you, it was Not busy at the time. Once seated we didn't get utensils or water until 30 minutes after being seated... Hell... the customer service was horrible the bartender especially... it was around 2 to 4 pm on a Saturday service was horrible... The food was good though

Wow! I ve never seen such. Got there at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. Over 1/2 the place was empty but the line was out the door. I asked why a long wait and they said we are short staffed and the kitchen is busy with so many people here! Huh!?? Busy!!! Probably 2/3 was empty. Homeless people were sitting on the chairs inside. We left. You could tell the service would be awful! I still can t believe no one cared. Didn t apologize or act like there was anything wrong.
