I don't really enjoy modern country music... When the good lord made Conway Twitty, he broke the mold. That being said, I generally get my longhorn's to-go. There are a couple of non-valet parking spots that are designated for chili's curbside pickup. When those spaces are available, I prefer parking there while I grab my food. The chili's signage is so prominent though, It makes me paranoid that a confrontation with chili's staff could always be just around the corner. Another option is dunkin' donuts parking but there's always an employee staring at me from the drive-thru. I wind up feeling guilty, so I get a dunkin' coffee drink to clear my conscience (even though I really don't care for Dunkin' donuts coffee style drink treats)

Very disappointed! First off, there are no parking areas around this restaurant, and it seems to be intentional, forcing all guests to use their valet! We went in and waited for 10 mins, no one showed up at the front desk to seat us! We asked a couple of staff what to do, they didn t even care! Very disorganized!

The lunch of sliced prime rib sandwich without the bread was over salty and not much meat. The Salas was good.. I won't go back if I do I will stick with Salmon.

This is the worst Longhorn I have ever been to. Steak was inedible and the server was awful. Never even got bread.

Had dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday. The food is good. The waitress was very pretty, but she disappeared a good bit.

All I can say is lobster tail lobster tail. I jad an outstanding meal fun friends and out waiter was off the chain.

The food was fair priced and good. The portions were very generous.

Waitted for 2hours this was the worst customer service I went to chili's and I ate.

They earned 1 star because they do validate parking. The waiter and waitresses were more interested in tips than customers. Our waitress actually carried on a conversation 10 ft from our table about switching stations. They don't ever have to see me or my money again.

My steak was undercooked and barely warm. I didn't have a chance to send it back bc our server disappeared. We sat there for 15 minutes before I got up and approached a manager (a manager who passed by our table two or three times and didn't feel the need to stop and ask how things were). The manager could could have cared less that our steaks were undercooked and below satisfactory, my salad was drowning in dressing, and the overall experience was terrible. This location is not worth the time or money.

My husband, my parents and I had lunch here. Everyone was so friendly and so on top of things. Our lunch special of a burger and shrimp and lobster chowder was amazing. Our server was so attentative as well as everyone we came in contact with. We will be back. My parents had a wonderful time too. Thank you all for a relaxing and delicious lunch.

Always have great service and excellent steak & lobster.

Longhorn was really nice went there for lunch staff was really knowledge so willing to help one Another. Food was very tasty did not have to wait long somewhat busy but not over I really like that because The waitress was really on point with everything a nice place to come and experience

It was ok. The food look and tastes like it had been sitting for a while. The waitress was nice though.

The service here is TERRIBLE the waitresses are rude. The bread was hard u asked for well done i got medium rare and they took my steak and gave me another one that was burnt

Worst food and service ever!!! Table filled up with empty plates and drinks, orders got screwed up - we (party of 3) all wished we went to the worse rated Chillies next door

The service and food was good. I had the 18 ounce ribeye cooked medium with mashed potatoes on the side.

I suppose it was just a bad night for everyone here, we were polite and said thank you each time someone stopped by our table but never once did the staff respond other than our waitress, I do not believe we will ever return to this location. When we as a family pointed out the coke was not coca-cola our server simply said " well, if the wrong canister was connected then it will take a long time to run out, so pick something else." Then when we were asked if we wanted desert the server said, " nope we do not have the apple, so I asked for the cheesecake and she said, Sorry, we do not have that so I guess chocolate is what you want!" It was a very strange experience. We still left a $20.30 tip because it was what we would do normally.

Seating was horrible, i was skipped over, then i said something they told me I want up yet, skipped 3 more times, then they realized it, i had to step up once more, no apology, no courtesies.

Our server, James, was just the sweetest! He even made a fresh batch of sweet tea for my two friends who said their Arnold Palmer's were not sweet enough. James is definitely a very personable and customer friendly forward individual! Our lunch was excellent too!

Good food, Nice staff, drinks reasonably priced, great steak.

This location had one of the friendliest server. She took really great care of us and the steak was absolutely delicious.

The bartender girl was so awesome and good looking as well the best well one of the best Longhorns you will ever visit.

Wow! Phenomenal steak cooked to perfection at a VERY reasonable price.
Genuine Cowboy decor adds to the experience.

It was ok but at some point you need to turn on all the lights and really clean up dust on picture fames and lamps like you wouldn't believe.

You expect more from Buckhead. After a long day of work a cocktail was the first thing on my mind. But thanks to your local bartender Donnie, my experience here was garbage. You never sacrifice customer service for "rightness"! Yelling across the room at a patron from behind the bar is a definite no go! The only reason I won't give them a -1 rating is because the manager on duty tried very hard to passively rectify the situation. However, I see future incidents as this with the likes of these type of employees. Definitely not a good look to represent your brand. Will NOT be returning!

Good was OK. I went in late afternoon on a Saturday. Had to washout 15-20 mins on a table when place was empty. Assuming they were short on wait staff. Once seated my waiter was attentive and friendly. Food was OK.

I ordered filet & lobster tail.
Taste is good, but the lobster size is a too small.

Amazing service and excellent food. My family went to Longhorns to honor my kids for doing excellent in school and for their birthday. The staff and managers made us feel at home. If your looking for 5 star treatment this restaurant is for you. I will most likely visit again.

Arguably my favorite chain steakhouse restaurant & Beyond that this isn't like any of the others I've never had anything but a wonderful experience with the staff and they've always been kind quick and tended to my needs perfectly and nor have I ever had any problems or had to send a steak back or anything of the like

Food was Good! But Hostess didn't wipe the table off well. When we ask her about it she stated I tried. Sad.

For a chain Longhorn is as good as it gets until you hit $50 steaks. Flatiron steak I had needed more flavor and some marinade to tenderize :-/. Probably would have been better as a thinner cut as well. Good service :-)

So much better than expected. Birthday treat. Not crowded at all on a Wednesday evening. Family friendly and diverse. Clean. Pricey but not Chops pricey. Great salad side. Fresh baked, warm whole grain bread! Watch out, you'll ruin your dinner. Good customer service. Complementary birthday dessert. Very nice server.

Very good attention. The waitresses allways are very kind. Delicious and enough menu's options. Reasonable prices. The quality of meat are excellent.

Worst service ever. Gave our food to another table, ignored us for over 25 min. Still have no food after an hour. No manager ever came to talk to us.

I've always wanted to come here! I did and everything was better than what i imagined! The food and beverage was perfect and so was the customer service! The environment is also relaxing! I would love to go again!

Surprisingly great steak topped with lump crab meat. Great service and drinks.

Friendly service, decent food. The ribeye is always tasty! But the food was a little too salty and had to personally get up twice to have our drinks refilled at the bar.

During our trip to the US we were in many restaurants and Steakhouses. This one was definitely the best! Best steaks, cooked on the point. Really good burgers and always very nice staff. We were here in Atlanta two times and it was fantastic. Just try it!

I actually loved my experience here during these covid19 times. They are practicing social distancing, and employees are wearing masks which probably be a standard in the restaurant biz. I had an amazing ribeye steak and their awesome steak fries. Servers were great. Great place to have a conversation..no loud music. Eat and have a drink too if you like. Parking is validated unless you opt for valet.

I sat down after a long hard exhausting day, I wasn t greeted by my server. She simply said are you ready. I ordered a coke, mushrooms and a salad.... the food was good but the way the servers treated some of the guests is the reason for my 2 stars. Telling customers the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes and they needed to hurry and order (no where near closing time), a customer asked for a specific alcoholic drink and she responded- oh we don t make that. The customer service was BELOW par but the food was good.

I love the bacon cheeseburger and salad for lunch. Then you add on the bread they serve, I always leave stuffed.

Very fast and accurate really great and nice servers and the food was excellent the steak was cooked very well. As in good.

I am such a big fan of LongHorn Steakhouse. Here's a quick snapshot of what you should order: Wild west shrimp (delicious), Steak (medium well) and ask for table-side steak sauce (its way better than A1), and dessert... if its still in season order the pumpkin spice cake. If not, get the chocolate cake. AMAZING!!! Longhorn is definitely a great place to go with your family or your friends. The cocktails are good too!!!

I didn't like this place for a long time because I thought they were all about steaks my girlfriend this was one of her favorite spots and so I had to go and I fell in love with it kudos
