Sat night. Arrived at 9:45 so it was after the din...

Sat night. Arrived at 9:45 so it was after the dinner rush. Seated in minutes. Then the wait started. Took 10 minutes to get a waiter. Ordered entrees, one beer and waters at that time so we wouldn't have to wait on the meal. Got bread and waters about 5 minutes later. No beer. No waiter. 10 minutes later waived him down and asked for more waters and the beer. Soup came out on time. Then waited and waited and waited for our steaks. At 10:30 I told the waiter we were getting frustrated and were very hungry and we needed Something to eat. Soup. Appetizers. Anything. He brought out salads and said Sorry about the wait but they had 2 big parties earlier. One of those parties already had their checks and were arguing with the staff about wrong items on the bill. Nothing to do with our steaks at this point. At 10:45 I told the waiter We've been here 1 hour based on my parking pass. Got our steaks 15 minutes later. Heard him tell the table next to us they were out of potatoes... and sorry about the wait... and he'd have a manger come over. Steaks were ok but Very fatty. Wrong potato toppings on one order. Forgot sides on another. Finally got 2nd beer after food was almost done. There were only 5 tables of people left when we finished. If this was my first time to a Longhorns it would have been my last. I was just the staff... or lack thereof it this location.
