No bread was offered to me..but the same waiter of...

No bread was offered to me..but the same waiter offered bread to the other tables he was working. The waiter never brought out the tea I ordered but he checked on other tables several times while bypassing me...I will simply stop coming here to spend my hard earned money. I even overlooked that the place smells just like the shoes/boots they have on display and the strand of hair that covered my expensive steak. Humans work there so I guess hair happens and the smell may just be bleach used for cleaning but there is no excuse for such mediocre service.
