Service is very helpful. Guy at the desk saw I was struggling and was nice enough to give me free soap.

$33 for a full load of laundry to be washed, dried and folded for us. Friendly staff. Ours was ready in 2 hours: we left for brunch and came back and it was done. Very clean inside.

Super nice staff. Fast machines, wifi, restaurants and a Coles supermarket around the corner. Two machines with dry costs so 27AUD and last about 1h.

Power went down while our clothes were washed. The guy in the shop wrote down our contact details. And he made sure that our clothes were delivered at our hotel, dried and folded and it was all free. Only the washing was paid by ourselves. So I would say,

Excellent laundry, in a central position, although a little hidden, where you can wash (and dry) in a short time the clothes that have been dusted for two weeks of Australian powder. Even self service, as we did, is simple and cheap.

Great machines and service! Guy was very helpful and even gave us a free bag . He said plastic was bad for the turtles! Highly recommend this place!

Very rude female staff. Was busy on her phone and upon requesting for help, she answered but why should I do it? What s the point of hiring someone who wouldn t assist her customer. Because of this, my partner and I had a huge quarrel after. Never coming back.

Only thing was that there is contactless card payments on the machines. Foreign cards don t work in the Australian contactless system. Therefore, if you don t have a card issued in Australia, you can t use the soap powder machine. Really inconvenient when the supermarkets only sell huge boxes of the stuff.

Fast, convenient and eftpos on every machine. Owner/manager and staff are extremely helpful and polite, nice to chat to them and do our laundry there regularly.

The second time i am here. lots of washing machines (12 machines) and dryers (about 15). Paid by credit card, which is very convenient as do not have to struggle trying to find coins.

Have wifi (i believe) and nice sitting area. Slightly pricey (i think, not really sure what is avg market price) but the convenience and atmosphere and location is worth it.

This place is superb' a convential way to put up the laundry...... i like it more than ice cream..... wanna do it again.

Great service and quality. The washing machines and dryers work great. The place is very clean and approachable with plenty of room and tables to keep and fold your clothes. You can pay for the machines using your card and it has contactless payment making it a lots easier then messing around with finding cash or loose change.

This place is not your average old school laundromat. It s clean, professional, modern & well run. And Kevin who runs it does a fantastic job of making you feel welcome & looked after. A real step up from any other laundry or laundromat.

Dropped off laundry at lunchtime and it's arrived back at my hotel already, in under 4hrs and still warm from the drier. Amazing service!

Great service, was able to pay by cash even though EFTPOS only. $7 for small wash and $7 for dry plus a vending machine for liquid or powder laundry detergent. Free wifi and very helpful, friendly man helped us.

Great laundromat. Went there on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Plenty of washing machine and dryer. You can buy powder over there. Loved that you can directly pay by card at the washing machine. Don't have to worry about loose change. If you want you can leave your laundry at the staff and they will wash it and fold it for you (I think it's around 35$).
And they have a waiting area with plenty of books. Nice touch!

When I used a dry machine I have to pay 7 bucks twice bc the machine didn t start at the first time even though I paid and pushed start button as follow the instruction. And you know what there s no one in charge at the shop so....yeah. What a waste.

Exceptionally nice staff. These guys helped me out when I was in Melbourne on an internship and needed my shirts ironed and washed weekly. Great prices, and great service. One of the highlights on my trip here.

Relatively expensive place to do laundry. Its $7 - $10 per load depending on size of the machine you use. Detergent is $2.50 per load extra (from a vending machine). Better off buying from the nearby Coles. Not a big place and can get busy. No staff on Sundays. Not much seating for waiting. Good location though.

For the capacity of washing machines of small, medium and large sizes here. No need to bring detergent just to buy it in place. Payment using a debit card.

Amazing place! You can pay by card only, use free WiFi, sit down and relax while your washing and drying is on. Read / borrow or swap a book for free, charge your phone or even have a soft drink in the meantime. Powder for the laundry also available t purchase. The man that greeted us was absolutely kind and willing to help us and described us everything.... highly recommended

I am very surprised that none of you guys who have highly reviewed suffered with card identification issue. All the customers who came in today had to tap / insert their card multiple times to get it to finally process. Most times it just said authentication issue, and after trying many times it worked. Owners please fix :-)

Be aware that you can only pay by card (American express, JCB, mastercard or VISA) there is also free WiFi, Just look at the window for the password;-) You can even adopt a sock from the wall of lost socks, if you are in to that

Convenient self service laundry. Washing of 7kg clothes at AUD 7 in 30 minutes. Drying also takes 30 minutes at AUD 7.
