Friendly staff. Very accommodating to all our requests.

How you are treated depends on if you are a corporate or group guest compared to a family. Even with the room we booked open on their corporate website, it was not available upon arrival. The front desk workers were unhelpful and unaccomadating after traveling all day visiting my father-in-law in a nursing home. We have stayed here before and the facility is a 5. However, the staff and lack of a adequate system for booking is minis 4 stars.

If you are a family, hopefully your booking will not be bumped in favor of corporate users.

Attended professional event. Venue was well set up. All of the conference rooms had clear sound and screens were large and positioned well for easy viewing. Food at lunch was good. Snacks were above average with a lot of variety at each break. Only issue which was minor, they ran out of hot water for tea before the last session. As a venue for a professional event it works very well.

I was here for a wedding. Very elegant location, and the service was professional and kind.

Nice facility, conference was well run. Rooms are spacious and updated. However at this price you shouldn't have to pay for wifi

I attended a conference here and was pleased with the accommodations. Not only were the rooms and facilities clearly marked, but hotel staff were quick to offer help and the conference rooms stylishly furnished.

The hotel part was great. The hotel restaurant's food was good, but the drinks were uninspired and plain which was disappointing given their prices. The margarita was tiny. I don't think anyone's drink had a garnish.

This hotel is gross. I never leave bad reviews, but the restaurant is nasty and my room smelled like old cigarettes.

In a very remote place - no food options outside unless you take a Uber/car

I just went here for orientation with Panera Bread company. The staff were super friendly though and the place was neat and tidy.

Service below what can be expected here. Even the wifi is paying .... I thought it did not exist anymore. You will find better at less expensive in the surroundings without any doubt

Joined my granddaughter for her birthday pool party. It was a nice and quite to wnjoy being with friends and family. Staff were friendly.

Went there for a conference, the lecture area and everywhere else was lovely. The only thing that could have made this experience better would be to get another pokestop, one isn't enough to satisfy my hunger to catch them all.

Perfect location right off the highway as we were just passing through Minneapolis. 30 min walk to Chipotle! Beds comfy, room larger than I expected. Good fitness facilities and helpful staff.

Mildew on bathroom ceiling...room smelled if stale smoke.

Attended for a work event. Nice decore in the lobby and ballroom. Good audio/visual in the ballroom.

I attended a wedding here on a hot Saturday afternoon. The staff was very friendly. Despite other events going on, the event I was attending was still quiet and enjoyable. The facility is very nice.

Was here looking at this hotel for a wedding, considering the amenities it was very expensive.

The space we held our conference was nice and the location was easy to get to. The food served for lunch was decent, but nothing to write home about. Staff didn't check our refill the hot water dispensers between the breakfast and morning break, so no tea for non coffee drinkers. Parking was fine, but leaving was frustrating. There were 2 exits out of the hotel lots and both were backed up a surprisingly long time given the time of day.

This hotel is very clean and modern with wonderful holiday decorations and friendly staff!

On December 8,2017 I was scheduled to stay at the Marriott for two nights for my husband birthday. When my husband and I got there we was placed in room 303 and when my husband pulled back the covers it was hair on the bed and look like blood and other body fluids. Went downstairs to the front desk to let Mai know. She apologized and said I will move you guys to another room on the quite side for your inconvenience. So we was moved to room 328 and when we got up to the room my husband and I checked the bed and the pictures we posted shows what we found. We went back downstairs and let Mai manager see the pictures and she says I'm sorry would you like another room. Absolutely not then the manager says well I would buy you guys dinner but the restaurant is closed. I told her we was leaving. We will never stay at a Marriott again. So disgusting. Please check your mattresses when staying at hotels.

Aside from the $$$ it was great. I will recommend them. Very clean establishment.

An amazing hotel! Very clean and friendly staff. The normal continental breakfast. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

I attended a meeting there this morning and was very impressed with their amphitheater and their clean restrooms. It was a large group, chairs were comfortable and
staff was pleasant.

Clean and right off the freeway. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I had bad experiences last July when we had a wedding at this hotel. They will do anything to make you sign a contract then they will give you all their crap detail and extra charges. Trouble customer services. Things changes as the person you work with changes. If you go there for some occasions make sure you ask for every detail you need before you sign a contract and have it in written. I was charged $890.00 for cleaning dirty spots from the carpet, they claimed that somebody spilled drink on it. Two of my brothers had a big wedding at different hotel but non of them paid for cleaning. This peaple only care about money not about giving you good service. After paying a thousands of money I felt like I haven't treated like I should have been treated. I was charged a lot of un nessasry charges. I will never go back there again, very disappointed.

As usual, great place to have a convention in. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice, food is good. Wish that the cafe would stay open longer.

Conference room has no windows. Stingy on amenities. Food mediocre.

I'm giving it three stars because while it is a very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, attentive staff, great gym and restaurant, there was no free wifi and no free breakfast. I could've paid way less for a decent room at the Holiday Inn down the road and gotten wifi and breakfast. I just feel for the money spent here, those things should be included.

Last time I was here it was The Northland Inn. Let me say that Marriott has really improved the place with a very attractive and we'll appointed remodel. The conference center is comfortable and the food was great.
