This past September, ( 2015), I stayed only a few nights but the service and staff were impressive. I felt at home, and wished I did not have to leave. I ordered Curry Chicken from room service- I also highly recommend it because of the quality of food, and also for the service and attention to detail. I needed the internet to finish up on my classwork I was doing and a staff member assisted me right away to set up for that. Another person of this staff showed me a map of routes to take and personalized suggestions of what I could see. I have made my mind to stay here again because of how I felt from these experiences during my stay in London.
Thank you for your professionalism, and having such a friendly atmosphere.

The rooms were large and clean with double beds. They hallways were dark and a little dingy. The location works well since close to underground and overgrounf. The staff were mostly friendly. Unfortunately this property is child unfriendly. The lounge prohibits children under 16 and got the worst of both worlds since many families complied with rules while others didn't. There was no enforcement.

They seem to run short of basic supplies. The last night we had hotel towels rather than bath towels. They took allergies seriously except ignore the feather free request on one room. (note I chatted with them and they explicitly agreed to feather free rooms. ). They didn't have enough feather free duvets.

The connecting room they promised were not connecting.

Family unfriendly mars this property.

We held a meeting here recently and the facilities were good. The rooms were all a decent size. Here s the family double.
The hotel restaurant is a Carluccios which serves decent buffet breakfast and the usual Italian lunch and dinner.

Nice 4 star Hotel located on the edge of Central London. Good access by nearby Swiss Cottage tube which is on the Jubilee line to West End, South Bank and Docklands heading south. As well as Wembley heading north. The rooms are comfortable and there is a Carluccios restaurant. There is also a nice indoor pool. Parking is available but not cheap.

Always my preferred hotel when in London, always receive a warm welcome, staff are brilliant, rooms are always clean. My only issue is that the only restaurant is carluccios, there used to be a Marriott restaurant which had a wide selection of international food. I find the carluccios menu restrictive, ive eaten 4 dishes, and there is nothing else I'd like to try, the size of the meal is not huge and the prices are quite high, although the staff in carluccios are always pleasant. Therefore, I regularly order take away food from just eat. My second favourite hotel - the Maida Vale, also has carluccios coming soon!

We were staying at the hotel overnight in a family room for a weekend break. The hotel was easy to find from Swiss Cottage underground station, just a 5 minute walk away. Reception staff were helpful and friendly throughout. We had to ask More

The hotel was fine. The food was underwhelming. Maybe it was because it was a large crowd they were hosting but arguably the worst food experience I have had at a conference all my life. The room and facilities were good though, and service was great.

Attended Conference, all great: venue, refreshments. Toilets a little bit outdated only two stars because food at dinner was horrendous compared to ticket price. Staff super attentive and friendly. If you pay a fortune for that food served, you want your money back. Marriott, be lucky for 2 stars.

Amazing quality of service and very nice room--they redid the hotel--looks much better on the inside that it did on the outside--great food --awesome room and the manager ADA from Italy was very very curtious and went overboard for us--as we came with out infant son and could not do enough for us. THANKS THANKS--love London!!

The worst hotel experience ever.

The worst hotel experience ever.
Where do I even start. From check in I was disappointed with the staff, receptionist took the payment up front and gave me key to the room she haven't told me which way my room was, what time was breakfast served or anything about facilities in a hotel. I had to ask other guests for directions to my room. Once I got to room disappointment continue, room was accualy bigger than I expected but was so dark and silink was so low that I felt claustrophobic. It only got worst after that. Only reson I book that room was the bathtub, there's was no bath only shower. When I tried to contact the reception to my surprise I realised that phone in a room was only conected to the restaurant and not to the main reception. At that point I dicided to go for swim. To find the swimming pool I had to ask the other guests once again for directions. once I got to the swimming pool I was told that I cannot use it as is was full and that I would have to come back later. Later that day I went back to swimming pool just to check what I was missing. And I wasn't missing much. Swimming pool was very small and shallow, it's way to small for adults. After my horrible experience with the hotel I thought that at least I could get good night sleep, once again I was wrong. when I got in to bed I realised that pillows, duvet and mattress protector was filled with duck feather which am allergic to. I tried to contact reception once again form my room with no success. I was forced to go down to reception, receptionist told me that she will TRY to find non feather bed lining ( I'm not sure what she meant by TRY to find) But almost 1 hour later finally staff member came with non feather bed lining. I end up changing bed lining myself and I wondered why I stayed in that hotel. It was the worst hotel experience in my life.

DO NOT stay in room 520 if you have health problem...

DO NOT stay in room 520 if you have health problems because there is a horrible sewer gas smell coming out of the sink drain (it started after the first use) That gas small lingers all over the room - perhaps why the bathroom door doesn t stay open and always kept closed. It was so repulsive, I checked out early the following morning. I also had to request the a/c turned off because the non stop loud noise from it was so annoying.

If you eat at the restaurant, never order the lasagna dish as you will get frozen/re-heated lasagna. Yes, not a typo! that is exactly what you get for almost 18 pounds - runny pasta and cheese. I m not a picky eater but that was horrible coming from such a hotel restaurant. And, no I did not take a chance on breakfast the following day.

I m a Gold Card member and was asked at check out how my stay was. I told what I wrote above, hence probably why I never got a survey. Marriott controls the reviews, perhaps why they only have stellar reviews because nobody can post a negative one. Thank you Google for giving me the opportunity

Went to Carluccio for a birthday celebration, it has gone from bad to worse. The staff treat you like you're an inconvenience and if there is a problem they don't want to do anything to make amends. We will not be going back again.

I ve stayed here in the past but today I was visiting my daughter. The rooms have been upgraded and decorated. They look very nice and trendy. The executive lounge has been moved down stairs. Children are not allowed in which is fine but you would think when it s quite during the day they d relax the rules. Staff were friendly but it was hard work asking for the envelope my daughter left for me. No matter how I explained it the woman would not look for the envelope. In the end I asked for a new key just so I could get into my daughters room. The hotel has a carluccio s now rather than the Indian. There is also an area which sells tea, coffee and cakes which anyone can pop into. The hotel looked clean and tidy. It also has a swimming pool for guest.

Marriott Regent's Park is a great hotel. It's obvious they've spent a tonne of money on the refurbishment. Rooms are modern and stylish with nice design features and plenty of space (room 224 shown). The Carluccio's restaurant served great dinner and is where breakfast is served (also excellent quality and choice).

ENGLISH: PREVENTING a 14-year-old child from entering the empty gym to accompany his uncle may seem strange, but PREVENT a 14-year-old child from going to the pool after 8 am, with the pool not closing and being accompanied by an adult and that she would swim, and not play in the pool, this is ABSOLUTO, and the London Marriott? Such a nice hotel with these stupid rules.

Even under the current climate (both weather and pandemic) the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The five stars are for them!
Breakfast was collected but had to be consumed in one's room. The restaurant remains closed according to current rules. Yet the attitude of the staff remains superb.
