It is a very elegant and well-equipped location with very respectable and very welcoming staff. The location for any event is very good.

Comfortable stay, but the check in process was a pain. However, a nice Marriott.
Lots of family facepainting events held in the foyer
A few pictures with Jo from Amazing facepainting by Jojo at the Haloween.
Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Recognised our membership privileges with pleasure. A fine stay including club breakfast, etc
Excellent atmosphere..friendly approachable staff..lovely ambience..
I stayed at the Marriot in 2016 and 2017. In 2016, the executive lounge was on the top floor, and had a deck with a view. We were very happy with our stay then. In 2017, they moved the executive lounge to the lobby floor - it wasn't the same. We were disappointed. Next time we're in London, we will look for other accommodations.
The rooms are not enormous but for the couple of nights we stayed they are adequate. The location was suitable for where we were heading over the two days.
Very nice hotel and good service from all the staffs especially the floor manager Mr Ferran S.
Amazing stay, staff were friendly and super helpful. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, staff were engaging and the hotel is gorgeous.
Rooms were clean, balcony was nice and the TV was excellent with a nice sound system.
Location is excellent close to Regents park and in central. Not the noisy part of central the cool and calm side.
I will definitely stay here again and have in fact booked another stay with this great hotel.
My parents enjoyed their stay at this hotel. A bit overpriced though
The rooms were amazing and the service was excellent
Great hotel for the city trip! Good restaurant for breakfast, reasonable for dinner. Near metro station. Hotel has been refurbished, not all rooms may have been included.
Great location and service. Quiet and great for families. Walking distance to the London Underground.
Terrifying - the fire alarm went off at 3am and because of the construction work combined with no planning we were trapped in a building site during a possible fire in the middle of Storm Katie. Chains on the gates and barricades blocking any way out.
Great location in center on London. Attentive staff.
Ask for a room on the the floor (if you really have to stay here).
Great rooms and excellent service. Rooms are cozy, food is great. There is a small swimming pool and a sauna bath. It is located close by to Regents park and primrose hill which gives lovely view of London's skyline. It is worth visiting here for sunrise. The nearest Underground station is Swiss cottage.
Went to the venue facility for birthday party. It was an amazing venue and high recommended. Big hall, easy parking, and the location is mid point between London and greater London.
A Marriott running off the mill, somewhat in need of a makeover.
Didn't stay there myself, so can't comment on the room, but trying to simply book and pay for a room for a work associate was an utterly ridiculous process. At one point, the guest was having to text me from the lobby as they were refusing to let her in. I was passed from person to person on the phone, none of whom knew what was going on or how to deal with it. All my paperwork was correct, they were simply incompetent. It ended up taking me all afternoon to ensure everything was as it should be. They apologised, but the system really needs changing!
Large lobby with a warm greeting. The room service here is great and everyone is super helpful. The hotel is close to an underground station, making it easy for transportation. The rooms however are a bit old, but the house is being renovated at the end of September of 2016.
Good comfortable room for a family of 4. Great having a swimming pool which entertained the kids.
reception staff were lovely...a lady on breakfast duty was rude...I asked her if there was any vegetarian items for breakfast ie veggie sausage or bacon and she just said NO very abrupt turned round and walked away.rude lady.other everything was lovely.
Excellent value. not in central London but good for primrose hill and Camden.
Nicely refurbished rooms, very modern and stylish. Small but perfectly formed bathroom. Great shower, push button before you get in then the water is already warm. Great pool for families, not so much if you want to swim lengths as it shallows to 50cm! Good staff, nice Italian restaurant on site (Carluccios). Aircon maintenance issues? Ours seemed to just blow hot air.
Overall a nice experience. Clean hotel with friendly staff however no free parking. Breakfast was good but could be better given that it was Carluccio's. The rooms were nice and clean but no x factor.
Nice hotel and friendly service. We only stayed one night when passing through London but I'd stay there again. Not right in the centre but still a good location to get public transport. We arrived early from an over night flight and the hotel were nice enough to give us lounge access until our room was ready (which was great as I had to work)
Get to the hotel and find out that the beds are not arranged !!
Excellent hotel, great service, good rooms and a good location.
Oh it's bad. We have a platinum membership for Mariot Hotels and through all the Hotels I have stayed at, this is the worst. The communication is horrid throught: the maids were never told when to come to our room after we educated the front desk and 2/5 days we stayed, they didn't come. We have the lounge (which has unseasoned food btw) and we were told that of there was any breakfast food from the normal line that we had 2 people a day can go get breakfast from there. Today, a man started telling us off about how we can't do that and forced me and my family that were sitting down, to get up and carry our food to the front desk to discuss the matter. Also, the battery on our door lock died and it took 6 trips up and down the elevator, 4 calls to the front desk and 1.5 hours to get it fixed. Let's just say we were late to our play. The maids and the handyman were delightful and the rooms were fine. I will NEVER be staying at this hotel again and I STRONGLY advise you that if ur in a hurry or on a schedule of any kind, DONT STAY HERE.
Slow service and sloppy operations, e.g. they lost my laundry and didn t find it until two months after, and in between I had to be the one driving the process by calling multiple times and sending reminder emails. Buildings need renovation, but rooms are nicely renovated and redecorated.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, fitness center actually had a wide variety of free weights in addition to the typical treadmills/machines, and the breakfast (included with the stay) was the best I've had in a hotel. Also, two blocks away from the most beautiful park in London. Stay here.
I am a Marriott member and i have no hesitation to say that service you get in their hotels are world class, keeping in mind London is really struggling with space so the rooms are bit small and the buildings are old.
But
The staff and services are amazing, my room was upgraded by the male duty manager because i was bit uncomfortable in my room.
The breakfast was as amazing as you could imagine.
Its really close to all amenities.
This hotel is clean.
Highly recommended!
Great hotel in a quiet location. Room quality is extremely good. Exceeded my expectations. Short walk from Swiss Cottage tube station.
Soulless hotel. Attempt to make money at every turn from not disclosing free on-street parking at weekends to not providing papers and breakfast to the level of other Marriotts
My partner brought me here for my Christmas pressie....wow! Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The room was incredible. Breakfast was delicious! Would love to come again.
Well priced Hotel a stone's throw from Cottage Garden Tube station. Great breakfast selection. Nice clean modern rooms. Very friendly staff.
Very friendly staff, great service and nice rooms. Good food, nice breakfast & clean pool and fitness area. I recommend this hotel for a stay in London for leisure or business. Not very centrally situated but a quiet location. It's just a short Uber/taxi drive to the centre of London. Also the metro is less then a 5 minute walk away, from there you're on your way to anywhere you wish to visit London. I would give it a 5 star rating if they freshened up the exterior a bit, but that said I would most certainly stay here again ! TIP : reserve an Elite Room and get 24/7 access to the M Lounge,... complementary drinks, snacks, etc in a relaxed and quitet setting (see pics). You can have breakfast there or relax with a drink after your London visit.
Went only to meet my uncle, however found the staff and service excellent and the rooms are very well kept. The hotel is also in a nice location
Amazing place to stay and good location
Quiet location so you can relax
5 minutes walking to swiss cottage tube station
It was a nice hotel very clean, kind people and had a pool and a gym. Only bad things was the breakfast
Calling the hotel the regents park Marriott is misleading, it s located in Swiss Cottage and is over a mile away from Regent s Park l.
Typical Marriott property, no surprises. It s nice and has a swimming pool l.
Everything was fine like usual. Thanks for the nice stay
Close to Regent's Park and the Tube Station Swiss Cotton only 5 minutes walk away.
Excellent in its services, the only thing I did not like is that there were no options for diabetics in its restaurant menu.
Yet again excellent service, especially with regards to food intolerances. It's always a bit warm in the hotel for my liking, but I do run a little hot anyway!
We enjoyed staying in this hotel and this is my second experience in this hotel is characterized by its spacious rooms and the staff are friendly but please reconsider the level of cleanliness of the rooms is not bad but I expect it to be More
Nice hotel and in a quaint location. The staff is the lowest portion of this rating. They seem to go out of their way to make a stay there less pleasant. Example: one of the members input my name into the system incorrectly (despite having my booking under Marriott s Rewards program). As a consequence of their actions, I was unable to access the internet. When I called the front desk to find out why I couldn t log in, they acted as if I were incapable pf logging into the internet (I travel with Marriott all the time, theirs is nothing unique). After resolving the issue, I made mention of the inconvenience at check out and explained that I was without internet for several days during my trip. The lady at the desk explained that it must have been my fault. I thought an apology and some pts were in order. BL - there are plenty pf great Marriotts in the area, try one of them first.
Exceptional meal Great staff including special reference to handicapped is highly recommended
Very Stylish with Lovely Bar and Carluccios Restaurant
Breakfast is also English, but not salty and delicious. Service and friendly staff
Hotel is fine - nothing special and not near Regents Park but in Swiss Cottage. The staff in the gym and pool and unbelievably rude - they think guests should be lucky to be there and have no concept of thinking of the customer.
Had a very good stay at Marriott Hotel Regents Park. Nice staff, clean room and very comfortable beds.
The rooms are very good and one or two metro stations to any of the main hotspots of London
Lovely room, friendly, helpful.staff. enjoyed our stay.
Such a pretty hotel. The reception staff are lovely, the rooms are very neat and tidy and food is pretty nice
Currently undergoing rennovation. Very freindly staff but restaaurant in hotel now part of an italian chain, which sadly means no Marriott favourites!
Conditioning very noisy, check in very slow, needs a big refurbish to be at Marriott's level...
Good central location, fast to the subway, clean rooms, unfortunately access to the pool only by reception hall.
