Best hotel I ve been to in the world! Amazing and excellent staff, beautiful interior decor, amazing food and service, especially in the executive lounge. Most ideal place to visit if you re in London and you need some relaxation.
We couldn't have had a better experience. Being a Marriott member, we had access to the executive lounge. I would highly recommend getting access to the lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea/espresso and drinks at night. The staff did everything they could to get us what we needed. They helped us book reservations for dinner every night and gave us some tips to get around London. The steam room, workout facility, and pool was uper nice to have. The location is great right on Park Lane and Oxford. Very close to Hyde Park and all the shopping you could ever want.
Please allow me to inform you that I am an expert levelled reviewer on TripAdvisor.
I stayed at this hotel in February 2020 and my Louis Vuitton Connect watch was stolen from its charger in the room by the housekeeping team. I immediately reported this to the hotel who responded quickly, however after I departed the hotel out of fear they soon stopped responding. The guest relation manager Pantelis advised me this has never happened before which I have in an email, however when checking the reviews today I see that thefts from bedrooms by the housekeepers has happened several times this year already! And a shocking amount of reviews from 2019 regarding thefts.
What s more as you can see from the pictures, the first room given to me wasn t even clean and the second room had blood on the pillow, clearly the housekeeping team are more interested in stealing than cleaning.
Don t stay here if you have valuable items as they will get stolen and the hotel does not care!
Well appointed rooms, friendly staff, perfect location.
Hotel is nice . Nice thing is location. No need to commute. Find each and every thing walking distance.
Absolutely incredible hotel, staff and their service was superb. The rooms were exactly what you'd expect and our suite was quite possibly the nicest hotel bathroom I have ever seen or been in. Hotel is in a great location and would absolutely stay here again in the future
Convenient location, excellent service, rooms are a bit on the small side
Lane's restaurant has exceptional service and great value. Elegant yet comfortable hotel in superb location
London Marriott Hotel Park Lane is a luxury 5-star hotel in London, England. It is located at 140 Park Lane and is run by the Marriott Hotels group. The site was once occupied by Somerset House and Camelford House.
I am one of Marriott lovers since a long time. They take care of every detail. Service is excellent. Stuff are friendly. Food and drinks are remarkable.
Location and service is really premium! Staff is really Friendly and always proactively helpful! Rooms were quite nice furnitured and everything was quite clean! Also the welcome gesture aswell the proactive information about possible busy roads due to London Marathon was great! The only thing I didn't like was that the window of the room was tiny and you weren't able to look outside as it was 'too high'.
Excellent Bottomless Bubbles with afternoon tea. Very good and attentive staff who kept the bubbles flowing.
Lovely location next door to Harvey Nichols, perfect service and superior view on London.
Love this hotel. Convinience & stragegic location to start the exploring of london city
Very nice place good food but a little expensive for what you get
Corner of Oxford Street and Park Lane. This hotel is positioned fantasticly for shopping and sightseeing. Knightsbridge is down the road and Harrod's. Marble Arch and Hyde Park across the road. The rooms are large and comfortable, plush. With modern toilets which clean your bottom.
Awsm experience, great room comfortable beds and awsm service, would definitely stay again
Very nice experience as you would expect from Marriott.
Small room, and smaller lobby. Location is right across from the marble arch and, of course, the marble arch station. Walking distance to Selfridged and co.
Other than this, the entrance is from a back alley, small lobby, small hotel, one restaurant. Not worth the price. I would stay at a different hotel next time i am in the area.
Impeccable service and nicest room! Executive Lounge included fabulous breakfast and tea.
We had tea and scones in the afternoon enjoying the scenery in London after sighseeing.
Nice hotel just off Marble Arch and across from Hyde Park. Service is good overall except for housekeeping which is a total mess. Small, functional gym and a gorgeous pool with one co-ed steam bath. Only one restaurant and bar in premise but tons of other choices within walking distance. Do NOT come here during August and early September as that is when all the Quattro's and Saudi's visit. Not only is it total chaos but the staff can't seem to handle the extra pressure (not sure if I could either).
Absolutely wonderful Hotel. The staff are lovely and helpful, the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the meals are absolutely delicious. The locations fabulous as well, within walking distance of Hyde Park, and some theaters. I would go back to this hotel without a doubt!
Excellent well located London Hotel. Small rooms but comfortable.
Attended for an afternoon tea. Unfortunately found 2 hairs in my child's ice cream. I asked the waiter to replace it with some berries, none came. After an hour I asked one of the managers and explained what had happened, she apologised but it still took another half an hour or more for the berries to arrive by which time we were leaving.
Everything was great apart from one of the reception mimicking how I said yes when he asked me if I was okay. Not sure if it's because I'm black or something? Felt very odd coming from such a place.
Great rooms and great location. My son loved the Toto remote controlled toilet! Concierge room had very good breakfast.
My second experience and the hotel's location is very strategic to Hyde Walk and Oxford
Great location. Nice decorations. Good services. Will stay again.
Really nice bar with decent amount of drink selection.
The best afternoon tea in London- the chef's here are amazing!!
Stopped here quickly for drinks after a hot day in London, drinks and food was ok but service lacked professionalism.
The best place I have in London !!!! Is incredible!! The Staff is IMPECCABLE and very helpful! The amenities are INCREDIBLE! Breakfast is a 10
Hotel was absolutely amazing, besides the restaurant absolutely disgusting service the first night we had to wait 45 minutes for a burnt burger then I came again this morning ordered a breakfast with a buckfizz (champagne and juice) and they bring the drink out before the food and then come and tell me there is no salmon ... Second time let down poor poor service.
So stay in the hotel it's amazing but eat out and save yourself the hassle
Fabulous hotel and staff!! Perfect location in London! Great executive lounge with food, drinks, snacks, etc. I highly recommend this place!!
Great stay... Perfect location and excellent quality throughout. Great pool and gym. Staff very personable and professional... Will return.
It s an OK hotel, but the price just isn t worth it. Check in was slow, so very slow. Room wasn t as good as I d hoped. Crazy toilet seat (heated with more buttons than my phone).
Had a lovely stay celebrating our anniversary. Close to the theatres in London, and next to Hyde park for a lovely afternoon walk.
Note, didn't stay in the hotel, but ate in the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere. Good choice on menu, food came quickly, and service was very good. Ideal place to eat before or after the theatre. would strongly recommend this restaurant 10 out of 10.
Lovely room, so tastefully decorated. Luxurious structure
The location on the park lane top! Staff also tried very hard. Bathroom with very nice natural stone. Room decor adequate. Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Urine stains and pubic hair on the inside More
Park lane Marriott was lovely but I have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. Not least of all mentioning its sister park lane in Westminster which was excellent.
The hotel was very accommodating, as a surprise for my partner I requested a package be brought to our table at dinner, a request concierge was all to happy to oblige...this coupled with the lovely staff and modern room gave this hotel the 3 stars. However, it was the facilities that really let this place down, specifically the pool. My partner and I look for these facilities in are stays, but when the pool is extra cold, hot tub smells of wet dog, and a steam room with no steam. Your left very unimpressed, added we had to pay to use the facilities, but the gym would of been free. Again something not mimicked in its sister hotel as all was included there.
Overall location was good but for the price and standard, you can do much better.
Was reticent about a Marriott but my stay was superb - old world charm, impeccable attention to room detail/amenities, fantastic executive lounge & restaurant, spotless marble bath/showers & toto toilet. Within walking distance to Mayfair (shopping district). Highly recommended.
