So we went here a couple years back with our son and he had a great time. Our daughter is 5 and despite the fact that you can get to see marine animals up close, she was very upset by some of the more injured and sick sea turtles. So note to self, perhaps this is not an appropriate place to take a child under 7 or 8 years of age. Other than that the gift shop is great you can't really spend more than an hour here because of the size of the place so plan to make it part of a broader day of exploration. I would not consider this a five-star event simply because although educational there is just not much to do.

Free parking and technically admission, but a suggested $5 donation is appreciated. Plan on 45 minutes + any programs: I believe 2 per day which occur at specific times - check their website for times. The 2:00 tour is $10. On-site cafe is open 11:30 - 3:00. There are many very helpful volunteers who welcome your questions. Soft, sandy walking trail / nature path behind the building.

Thank you for coming to rescue the dolphin in Arkansas don't know how long it was here but whoever brought it here didn't do any research on keeping this as a pet pretty selfish & stupid

Because of these amazing people the two half dead newly hatched baby sea turtles survived i can't thank them enough .the one thing that disgusts me is learning how many fisherman are NOT responsible and actual cut the lines instead of helping the turtles that end up on the end of their hooks. You think people who love the sea would care about what is in it! People need to evolve if our species is to have continuation. Thanks Loggerhead Marinelife for doing your part in Florida!

My family absolutely loves coming here!! Friendly staff and volunteers. Love their gift shop and most of all we love seeing the turtles! They also have a small museum type room to learn more about turtles. It s free to go, but they do ask for a donation to help keep the place going.

This was our first visit. We bought our 3yr old grandughter. She had a great time but we are looking forward to visiting ourselves. The staff is so knowledgeable and ready to speak about all the turtles. It was very interesting. The gift shop was also lovely.

I always visit when I see my mom and they have expanded. I love how much they care about the sea turtles and that they now have this awesome app that shows you when they release a turtle back to the ocean!!

This center is great to visit for any age! You are immediately greeted by one of many welcoming and knowledgeable volunteers who tells you a little about the facility and what they do. They ask for a $5 dontation which, in my opinon, isn't enought for all they do to help the turtles. They have a fun interactive center inside as well as a reasonably priced gift shop. Out back they have 10+ tubs/tanks with turtles who are all being rehabilitated and will be returned to the wild when they are healthy. They also have a hospital for the turtles that you can view into from windows. Have questions about anything at the facility or turtles? They can answer it! This place is amazing !

This was by far one of the best sea turtle establishments we've ever visited. There were so many volunteers and staff available to answer questions and the facility itself is large enough to accommodate a variety of turtles and large crowds. Admission is a donation of $5 per person however you leave thinking about how if it had cost $10-$25 per person it still would've been worth it. The staff and facility here are doing great things and they're so willing to educate children. Definitely worth the visit and will do so again.

My family and I were there several times this trip when we found out they were getting 20 rescue turtles in the following day after our first visit. Then went back again for an organized beach clean up.

Interesting for adults. Unless children have a particular interest in studying turtles or have some connection, most children will be mildly interested for about 10 minutes and will then be ready to leave. Adults will find the information provided by volunteers fascinating.

I love coming here and seeing the turtle patients and watching the turtle releases. They are so great at getting the community involved in their conservation efforts and they take such great care of the turtles in their care. This is a great establishment with an amazing cause.

Love visiting this place. Kids always enjoy. Favorite event is Turtle Fest each spring. What a great place to learn about turtles and observe those rescued that are being nursed back to health. If you're into the natural world and conservation efforts, LMC is a great place to visit!

Friendly staff & turtles. There is a large gift shop but unlike many places they don't force you through it. You should go in though because the stuff is super cute & reasonably priced. Plus it's a great cause!!

When the construction is finished it will be amazing!
I liked that they offered the story time for little kids (under 3) but I wish they offered more hands on activities for 2-3 yr olds. even if it was a pay for class we would do it. I also wish they offered a tour with the classes instead of only at 2pm (maybe 3?)
I love their mission and that they help so many turtles.
my family loves sea turtles so we had an amazing time regardless

Wonderful place to visit with kids. You get to see turtles that are being cared for and rehabilitated after injuries. The staff are really passionate about what they do. It's fun to read the stories about the turtles but reading them also makes you aware of the dangers of ocean garbage and pollution to the turtle population. Really good stuff the team here is doing!

Beautiful, free place to visit and learn about sea turtles, the ocean and all living species in the ocean. The volunteers working when I was there were friendly and knowledge. I was welcomed enthusiastically! Easy to find right off A1A and Donald Toss in Juno Beach, FL.

The gift shop has some really cool items and nothing is too pricey.

Nice nature trail beside it. But go early when they open because the steaming hot Florida sun can be brutal.

This was s great place to visit with my kids. They actually walked the beach to clear hazardous materials for the turtles safety. This was a school field trip for my daughter and they learned a lot of important things about turtles and met some awesome ones too!

Such a cool little spot! An awesome opportunity to see injured sea turtles up close and to learn a bit about the turtles and our ecosystem. It s a quick walk-through, definitely not an all-day stop, but definitely a worth while stop if you re on the way to the beach or in the area! It is a non-profit so donations are accepted at the door but it is free to enter. They are doing amazing things!!

The education we received and the passion of the volunteers were incredible. We went for Turtle Fest 2019 which was an amazing time... but more than anything else, we gained a respect for the amount of work that is put into rehabilitation of these incredible creatures.

The staff is always open to questions and friendly. I grew up in Juno and watched this wonderful institution grow into the powerhouse turtle rescue machine it now is. Keep up the great work and continue to strive for greatness!

Excellent place to take kids. We saw everything clearly, this center really keeps the turtles clean and well maintained. They dont keep them in tanks unless they wont survive in the wild. They take care of them and then release them once they are safe to go. Its educational and clean place. Its a non profit the admission its free but donations are highly recommended for its a huge help to keep these creatures healthy.

These folks are really in to saving sea turtles. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh and patient. All the souvenirs were very expensive. The cost dissuaded me from getting anything. I get it though they make their dollars that way.
